Negative experience: They don't answer phone calls

Negative experience: Company scammed me out of money, the actual instructors were great however the owner has scammed me and others out of money. The owner has also failed to reply to emails/phone calls. Legal action pending.

Negative experience: Disastrous Experience with PassDrive: A Nightmare from Start to Finish I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking an intensive residential course with PassDrive, and I must say it was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the very beginning, the company demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and left me feeling helpless and abandoned. First and foremost, PassDrive changed the dates of my course at the last minute due to their instructor testing positive for COVID-19. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, their failure to inform me in a timely manner was inexcusable. I received the news just one day before the original course was scheduled to start, leaving me with no time to make alternate arrangements. The communication nightmare continued when I attempted to contact the company regarding the rescheduled dates. Despite my persistent efforts to reach out to them via email, phone calls, and other means, they displayed a complete disregard for their customers by failing to respond. It is simply unacceptable for a company to ignore its customers, especially when they are dealing with such a critical matter as scheduling changes. As if the lack of communication wasn't enough, PassDrive proved their incompetence by failing to make the necessary arrangements for my accommodation. Upon my arrival at the designated hotel, I was shocked to discover that there was no booking under my name. I was left stranded and helpless, with no one available from the company to assist me. This level of negligence is inexcusable and demonstrates a complete lack of regard for their customers' well-being. Now I find myself alone and vulnerable in an unfamiliar city, Edinburgh, with no help or guidance from PassDrive. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. PassDrive's lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability have left me deeply disappointed and severely inconvenienced. In conclusion, PassDrive has proven to be an unreliable and negligent company that cannot be trusted with its customers' time, money, or well-being. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and disappointment by steering clear of PassDrive.

Fantastic experience: I did a residential driving course here and went from very little experience driving to being being able to drive at near test standard. While I didn't pass at the end of the course I felt a lot more confident at the wheel and was able to pass without any further formal lessons back in my hometown. Mark was a great no-nonsense instructor and helped me learn quickly while still be understanding when I made mistakes. After the DVSA cancelled my test (no fault of Pass Drive), Mark moved his schedule around for me to make sure I could do a test before leaving Kirkcaldy. There was definitely a focus on not just passing my test, but also being a competent well rounded driver. Would happily recommend Mark to any new drivers.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent driving school, run by people who genuinely care about the individual student experience and the importance of getting safe, considerate and skilful drivers on the road. After trying to become a driver on and off for nearly 20 years, the calm professionalism I found here was exactly what I needed and I passed within 2 months. Negative experience: My experience overall poor although service initially positive. I originally discussed an intensive course with them but nothing confirmed due to my availability. I decided not to use services in the end but had my deposit withheld. I was told this was to cover customer service costs. I should not have paid money in advance of my theory test.

Fantastic experience: Sylwia is the best driving instructor I came across. She is such an excellent teacher, incredibly friendly and patient. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t Recommend this company enough! Contacted Pass Drive after my previous driving instructor had told me after three lessons that I should look into automatic or other means of transport. As an already nervous driver, this ‘advice’ threw me and my confidence was really low. After explaining my situation Pass Drive booked me in immediately to access my capabilities and were unbelievably understanding about my previous experience. My driving instructor was Dave. We went for an assessment drive and he couldn’t have been more patient and calming throughout the whole lesson. At the end, he told me he would be happy to be my instructor and reassured me with practice that I could pass my driving test. I was so shocked at the difference between instructors. Dave not only taught me to drive but made me believe in myself again. Without his guidance, I would have never passed my test. I was very anxious throughout the whole process but Dave was so calming and encouraging. I even felt safe when I freaked out behind the wheel. I would highly recommend Pass Drive to anyone who wants to learn how to drive. Especially Dave! Having learned the hard way about dealing with horrible, negative and dismissing driving instructors. Having a driving instructor give clear instruction and reassurance is what you should be paying for. You shouldn’t have to worry about not gaining a skill straight away, it’s the instructor's job to teach you in a way that you understand, that’s what Pass Drive taught me. Never could have done it without you Dave!

Fantastic experience: After struggling with previous instructors i found pass drive kirkcaldy fantastic service from start to finish very reliable i started off with david he got me over my terrible nerves and self doubt i then had to move over to mark for final few lessons due to work commitments and mark was brilliant aswell couldnt fault these guys will be sending my daughter for her lessons soon as we can !
