Inspire Driver Training: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Steve sponsored me on my journey to becoming an ADI and what a blessing it was finding him. Steve’s additional qualifications and numerous CPD courses made him the right choice for me. He is caring, knowledgable and a great teacher. For 4 years Steve has been there for me every step of the way and is always happy to give any help or advice. I would recommend him to everyone!
Fantastic experience: Steve's a fantastic instructor who helped me pass with confidence. Highly recommended
Fantastic experience: Steve is a brilliant teacher who helped me pass first time, I highly recommend him! He teaches and explains very clearly, helping to pick up driving technique and skills quickly. I very much enjoyed my lessons and now love driving, thanks to him! Thank you so much Steve!!
Fantastic experience: Steve is a great teacher, I throughly enjoyed my time learning with him. Would recommend to anyone looking to learn to a high standard
Fantastic experience: Personally had an amazing time learning with steve, he is a great instructor who pushed me to my best, and learning with steve allowed me to pass both tests first time
Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend. Got me passed first time with only 3 faults. Teaches you how to actually drive in real life rather than just how to drive a test route and is really nice to have teaching you.
Fantastic experience: I can echo all the praise others have given Steve! He's a friendly, down-to-earth teacher who combines good theory with practical, real-life advice on how to drive safely and effectively in London. The last time I drove was 12 years ago in another country on the "wrong" side of the road. Steve helped me to get up to speed with the rules of the road here, and regain the confidence I needed to pass my driving exam. And his digital tools are impressive and effective in helping to communicate what to do in tricky situations like at roundabouts. I definitely would recommend Steve as a driving instructor.
Fantastic experience: Excellent is how I'd describe learning with Steve. Having taken a couple of driving lessons after turning 17 I was hesitant about getting behind the wheel again four years later. Steve covered the basics in solid detail and then we progressed to more technical lessons quickly. He's funny, generous with feedback, and not remotely patronising. This is great for instilling a belief that you can pass first time. Steve was a real find. Couldn't recommend him any more strongly
Fantastic experience: Steve has been a fantastic driving instructor and i have enjoyed every lesson with him. I have just passed my test first time and this is all due to Steve’s great teaching techniques. I would highly recommend him!
Fantastic experience: Excellent teaching!
Fantastic experience: So. By way of context: prior to starting with Steve, the last time I drove in a car was about five years ago, and when I first jumped back into the driver’s seat I made a complete hash of it — turns out that five years is quite a long time to be out a car. But it didn’t take long to get back up to speed, and I have Steve to thank for that. I felt completely comfortable and I made tangible progress every time I was in the car with him. He strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. I was also throughly impressed by the learning tools he had: having satellite imagery on his iPad of the local roads was invaluable for explaining positioning. I passed my test with just two minors. But I think it’s worth pointing out that while Steve is very good at preparing you for your test, he tackles the issue of driver training altogether more holistically: not teaching you solely to pass a test, but to be a good driver in the “real world” outside of test conditions. To me, that makes tons of sense, and I think it’s one of the things that makes his style so good. Steve isn’t my first instructor, but he is the first I’ve known to approach driving lessons in that way — and I think that approach is far superior. All told, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
