Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Sal! I've previously been messed around by instructors and had a lot of driving anxiety that was stopping me from reaching test level. Sal is a very calm and patient instructor and 100% gave me the confidence I needed to pass. He makes an effort to understand how you learn best and develops a well structured lesson plan to make sure you're continuously progressing, which is something my previous instructors didnt do!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? Sal is a fantastic all-round driving coach. I passed first time a few days ago at the Horsforth centre, all thanks to him! He doesn't just teach you how to drive to test-standard, he goes the extra mile to ensure you are a safe and competent driver overall. On top of this, he's just a very nice gent, easy to talk to and always has an encouraging outlook and attitude . In terms of the driving, the absolute beginner curriculum path I was on, did not feel rushed or dragged out - it was well paced and we ensured I had nailed a topic down before moving onto the next. It was always led by my confidence level and whether I felt like I needed more practice or wanted to move on. He is unlike other instructors in the sense that he asks you questions rather than telling you the answers. This allowed me to come to my own decisions on the road / solve my own problems. Though when I did struggle, he would notice and clearly explain my mistakes and how to rectify them (with or without dual-control ). I would highly recommend Sal for this reason as active thinking and problem solving is far superior, when it comes to learning, than passively following an instructors commands. He is very systematic and thorough, we went over everything that could possibly come up on the test, including the routes (for the Horsforth DTC), all the maneuvers, safety questions, etc... We did also cover some extras like nightime driving, rain and even had a motorway lesson. And finally mentioning the mock tests towards the end, which are great too! Overall exceptional experience, would give 10 stars if I could Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Sal is a knowledgeable and patient instructor. He is good humoured and supportive, and I particularly appreciated his ability to break down skills to make them easier to absorb, focussing on the positives. He provides learning activities and resources to look at when you're at home, and will always go above and beyond to help you on your driving journey. Lessons are excellent value for money; unlike other instructors, he doesn't have you sat at the side of the road chatting about driving, he encourages practical learning experiences.

Fantastic experience: Saleem is the greatest driving instructor I have even known. I went through 3 different instructors before having Saleem. He is KNOWLEDGABLE, patient and very skilled in the craft of teaching. I passed on the first attempt. Saleem will coach my wife and any friend wanting to get their licence I am for sure recommending Saleem

He works diligently on your weak points and make sure that they go away. It was a great experience getting trained with him and I would gladly recommend him to all new learners.

Fantastic experience: Mix Intellect, passion and years of experience and apply it to teaching how to drive. This guy provides exceptionally effective methods you will not experience anywhere else. Having two different instructors before I know what I am talking about. Most importantly Sal is a nice person and his ways of teaching not only prepare you for the test but for independent and safe driving after it.

Fantastic experience: Sal is the best driving instructor i have ever come across . I was used to driving in a different - european country and i was very stressed driving in the UK. I thought i would never make it..Many things in the Uk are different in terms of rules, road markings and most importantly the habit of driving on the left hand side ..Sal is not only excellent in teaching me how to be a careful driver and recognise the differences but he is extremely patient and has the ability to comprehend what the person who drives is thinking or worrying about while driving making him excellent in tackling individual issues the person is facing while on the road. I am grateful i had the opportunity to be taught by him - i would highly recommend him . Also , his big success on “pass 1st time” rates with a variety of students including those with significant anxiety levels proves once again how unique and fantastic driving instructor he is.
