Fantastic experience: An organisation that lives up to its name. Top instructor, top delivery and top service. Mariusz is an amazing instructor and his teaching style is great. As a person he is funny, talkative and very easy to get on with. He doesn’t make you feel bad for mistakes, instead addresses them respectfully as to not overwhelm his learners. My lessons started in October and I passed first time, today in March. This albeit with some luck, was suggested by Mariusz who was confident in my driving ability and gave me that extra push to go for it. I will say, I come from riding a motorbike so I didn’t have to learn all the road related stuff - this was no problem though as my lessons were adapted for my current ability and tailored to my requirements. In my experience, lessons were all about polishing roadcraft through actually driving around building experience spent on actual highways. There was no time wasted and you can tell by his approach he really wants to get his drivers in a position where they can pass. I’d heard horror stories from other people of their instructors (with different driving schools) yelling, being overly critical and the like. This in mind, I was fairly apprehensive when starting my driving journey. None of those uncertainties were realised though, as I genuinely feel as if I couldn’t have landed myself with a better person to complete my training with. Highly recommend Top Pass’ services and I do feel quite lucky to have found Top Pass & Mariusz. If you find yourself torn between different schools, honestly, choose this one!
