Fantastic experience: Steve helped me feel at ease from the minute I met him and I have enjoyed the learning to drive process from the start. He was an incredibly patient and kind driving instructor throughout the learning process and helped me develop the skills to become a safe driver and pass my test. His lessons are structured really well, he is always punctual, and an encouraging teacher. I am really excited for my future as a qualified driver.

Fantastic experience: Steve is a fantastic driving instructor who I would very much recommend! He is patient, encouraging and answers all questions. He is happy to adapt lesson plans to work on things you are worried about (i.e manoeuvres). Steve offers consistent and regular lessons which has been so crucial to my learning! I really appreciate all of his time and effort into helping me learn to drive which resulted in me passing my test on my first attempt!

Negative experience: Bad experience with this instructor. Two hour lessons with less than an hour spent driving in most dropping me home early yet still charging full price. Was rude in the 2nd lesson with far too high expectations. If you want an enjoyable experience avoid. Update: you did teach me, I had a 10 hour block around April time however didn’t renew due to the poor standard of lessons and unpleasant atmosphere. Please do not lie

Fantastic experience: I have no words to describe how grateful I am to Steve (the driving instructor) for the patience, encouragement and all the lessons he's taught me. He is truly a great driving instructor and I would have not gained the confidence i have driving without him. He was always very clear with his instructions, extremely calm and very emphatetic- he doesn't interfere with the pedals unnecessarely which helped me feel more independant and confident in my abilities; he notices if you get stressed or fixated on a mistake and always helped me get out of my head and I never felt stupid for asking questions or discussing the mistakes I have made. As an immigrant myself I also want to add (after seeing another review on here that may just be a misunderstanding on the street and doubtfully from a student) that I have never felt discriminated against in any way, quite the opposite. Steve went above and beyond making time for lessons when they were most needed and helping me find available tests in a time when there are very few test available and he has always been very responsive. I will even post a picture as I am so so proud of myself for getting my driving license! Thank you so much Steve, for evrerything. I wish nothing but success to you and all of your present and future students - they are in good hands!

Fantastic experience: Steve is one of the best ADIs in Norwich. I feel so happy to pass my driving test in my first attempt. He helped me a lot to understand each and everything that is required to clear my driving test. I really liked the way he organised my lessons. I was able to pass my test just with 5 lessons and he planned my lessons well so that I was able to get understanding about all the required points and also gained more confidence. Steve keeps a high level of professionalism in his work and I happily endorse him for the skills he has got in training people. I was a bit worried on my test day but the confidence he assured me was so much helpful for me to pass my driving test with just 1 minor fault. The website covers all the relevant show me tell me questions which I felt very easy to understand. Steve carries a tablet which contains all the video demonstrations of the lessons he is carrying out. The best thing is that he is very open and is happy to answer any question whole heartedly. I rate him 5 out of 5 and can surely say that he is one of the best ADIs in Norwich! I feel so thankful to Goldstar for helping me to get my driving license in my first attempt.

Fantastic experience: Great tutor, if you can get past the awful jokes really helped me overcome my nerves and was willing to take it as slow as I needed for the best possible outcome. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: The old man with glasses can't be instructor of driving. As he self don't know how to drive. Giving for learner bad directions and making mess on the road and the car park. Also, very not polite with people around especially with immigrants. Not respect other on the road and on the living permission. I came to window to tell him that his on the private and car park and in the middle of it and I can't go trough to park my car. But I could not as hi stop me by start shout about the rights. My partner was on shock couldn't believe that old man could be so unprofessional and and so isteric. He shout that in this country we have manners, but the thing is that all countries do. I felt like he would keep us as some wild jungle people or some cannibals, all world have manners and we also people, same as him. Why sout like that? In my origin country, we also have driving manners, we respect other drivers, respect each other. Hi is too old to be professional driving instructor. Manners :D what he understand about that.. I hope I didn't left the dvr as I dindn't lock the file, will upload to youtube.
