Fantastic experience: I found Marc's number when I was panicking trying to find an instructor for a test I had swapped only 2 weeks from the time. He was honest and polite on the phone when we had our first conversation. We knew it would be a squeeze to fit in everything that I needed to know before the test and Marc made that clear to me before we started. At this point I had had some lessons but I didn't know burgess hill. Marc showed me all of the hard parts of the test area in only 6 short lessons and I ended up passing with only one minor. Thanks again Marc.

Fantastic experience: I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am of Marc teaching me to drive, not only did he need a lot of patience as I really struggle with my nerves but I also needed someone to be straight to the point which Marc was but with abit of humour added to which made my lessons so much easier . Fantastic experience: I have been trying to learn to drive for a looong time: 25 years from my first ever lesson until now, and I just passed my test with Marc. I was an incredibly nervous driver and I truly believed I could not do it. After a seven year break from attempting to drive (and after three failed tests), I decided to pick it up again towards the end of 2024 and started learning with Marc. I explained that I was nervous driver and he taught me at my pace, while also pushing me just the right amount to keep me progressing. I was basically starting from scratch because I'd forgotten everything I learned, so I essentially went from nothing to passing the test in around 8 months, which feels unbelievably quick to me given how low my confidence in my own abilities was when we began. I would highly recommend Marc. He's very patient and engaged, and will tailor your lessons to you - he'll always have a plan but he's also happy to work on anything that you'd like to do. You can also trust him to be very on the ball and have a clear idea of your personal strengths and weaknesses. He also really cares and wants his students to pass - he is strict but that means that when you get praised, you know you've earned it! He also went above and beyond when it got closer to test time, arranging extra lessons and even doing very early morning pick ups before my extremely early test. If Marc can get me test-ready (and passing!), he can get anyone there. I can't recommend him highly enough - and he's given me the good habits and skills to continue being a safe driver now that I've passed my test.

Fantastic experience: I found Marc when I was in a real rush to get my driver's license. I told him about all my insecurities and difficulties right from the start, and he took it all on board without judgment. He came up with a clear plan and we got straight to work. Marc is incredibly patient, focused and generally coming to help you improve. He doesn’t just tell you what you did wrong, he explains it in a way that sticks. Some of the things he said still pop into my head while I’m driving! After a couple of months of lessons, I passed my driving test yesterday with only 4 minors, which honestly felt impossible when I first started. I couldn’t have done it without his support. If you’re looking for someone who will take your concerns seriously and help you build real confidence behind the wheel, I can’t recommend Marc enough. Thank you Marc :)

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test! Twelve days ago, I managed to grab a last-minute test slot — and anyone who's tried recently knows how rare those are(GOLD DUST). At the time, I asked my instructor (Not Marc) if he could help me prep, since we’d been driving together since January 25th. Unfortunately, he said he didn’t have any availability. That’s when my ADHD and impulsivity kicked in — I thought, surely there’s someone out there who’ll take on this challenge! I messaged a bunch of instructors, and most said no. But then Marc replied. He didn’t commit right away — he said he’d get back to me. That response was surprisingly encouraging. I’d laid all my cards on the table, been totally upfront, and his willingness to even consider it meant a lot. He called soon after and offered to take me for a test drive to assess things. I’m not sure I warmed to him immediately — the pressure was on — but about 30 minutes into the lesson, I realised: Marc is very good at what he does. He genuinely wants to help people. He’s empathetic, calm, and incredibly effective — and that really resonated with me. Fast forward 27.5 hours of lessons later… I passed! I couldn’t be happier. Marc didn’t just teach me how to pass the test — he taught me how to be a safe driver. I’m so excited to be out on the road now. Massive thanks to Marc — and to anyone out there still trying to book their test, keep going. It can be done!
