Fantastic experience: Thomas is the best instructor I have had, it only took me a month to pass my test, and I did not think I could do it. I have failed a few times before but with Thomas, I passed the first time. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I'm definitely not an optimal student. I'm neuro-divergent; my ability to process stuff is more than a little hit and miss. Tom was paitent, understanding when it was neccesary, and stern when it counted! I was not too sure of a first-time pass, but I got through it with Tom's help. Excellent, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: So this very kind considerate person took me on despite being from London. My railway depot really needed more drivers with my specific job role and I think this was in his mind too. He cared. The only test site I could find was Portsmouth. I had some driving experience and failed my first test (in Portsmouth) for driving too slow as practicing in London where speed limit is 20mph. I think the first test I had it easier than most as the one he helped me pass was twice as hard. Day one with this instructor, I understood extra levels to gear control. Something similar was happening at every lesson. Techniques to make my driving life easier. It helps that he is the perfect balance between kind and teacher so he would fit any student including those that might find others harsh. I could handle emotionally those instructors, but I recognise some others wouldn't. He is firm which is also needed. And he will save you from a mistake instantly with his own controls with calm. He also will stop the car for very brief periods and draw you scenarios of a difficulty your experiencing in the clearest way. That and his folder of different pictures (such as different roundabouts) was useful and he only did this when he felt I was lacking. His experience as a driver came out in his personal tales of himself which seems intertwined with driving in many directions in life and in his driving himself. Fantastic experience: I had less than 3 weeks till my test date when someone introduced me to Thomas.With 8 hours of training he was able to break my bad driving habits and prepare me for my test.I passed on the first attempt with 3 minor faults.He really is a good tutor.

Fantastic experience: Tom's lessons are a very different experience from previous teachers. In our lessons he was always patient with me no matter what, and at a time when I had very low confidence at the wheel, this was very reassuring.
