Fantastic experience: Bal is a very good instructor she’s helpful and patience and fair lesson prices she helped me pass first time with flying colours I was nervous on my test day but she made me carm and talked me all the way through it I can’t recommend her enough

Fantastic experience: Started out with Bal through a friends recommendation back in May 2024. She's been absolutely amazing every step of the way. She's always on time, always happy and has gone above and beyond for me. Bal has been a great person to learn from, she made everything so clear and easy, and helped with any issues I had. Positive experience: After initial few lessons ,training goes downhill,no lesson planned thereafter.Not allowed to discuss own learning progression.All focus on own benefits like many others, make hay while the sun shines.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Bal. She is calm, patient, approachable and professional. She teaches the lesson where you will easily understand it. I have always feared driving a manual car but with her guidance, I am able to pass my test. Both me and my husband are both her privileged students. Thank you Bal! I will surely miss our lessons.

Fantastic experience: After 3 driving instructors I came to Bal, I was so nervous but she made me comfortable and continued to motivate me. After every lesson I saw my skills improve. When I made a mistake she calmly explained how to correct it and encourage me to keep trying. She is professional, punctual and flexible. I finally passed, thank you Bal for being patient with me and I will miss chatting to you. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: I had around 16 lessons with Bal, until she stopped replying to my messages and in the end gave me no other choice than to stop learning to drive. I now have a new instructor who suits his times around me (not around him!) and am now learning to drive again. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend Bal if you’re looking to have a reliable instructor.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Bal enough she is friendly, down to earth and the most professional instructor I have had the pleasure learning from. as of today (9th of December 2022) I have passed, while I was learning with bal she never doubted my ability to drive and handle the vehicle well, always explained manoeuvres clearly while still being friendly and helping while I was struggling with certain tasks, I am happy that I have passed but my time with bal I will miss as she became a friend to me, I will recommend her to anyone that needs lessons 10/10 Thank you so much for the opportunity to learn from one of if not the best driving instructor in the Wolverhampton area and I will miss our lessons together :)

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY Amazing - I couldn't have asked for a better instructor! Due to my family history of car accidents, I'd always been a little nervous about driving. But Bal has been amazing, helping me build my confidence from the ground up. I made silly mistakes quite often but Bal was very patient, helped me understand why I made that mistake and how to correct it! She's been incredibly kind, patient and easy to speak to yet professional! She constantly gave me reassurance that I could this and made sure that I was okay. Right before my test today, she sensed nerves were high and she calmed me right down and gave me final pointers. I PASSED MY DRIVING TEST TODAY FOR THE FIST TIME (WITH ONE FAULT)!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot recommend her enough - I'm so so glad I'd picked Bal as my instructor. Thank you so much for making driving less scary for me!

Fantastic experience: I had my lessons with Bal and she always displayed a professional attitude. I am very glad that I picked her among other instructors out there as she was always calm and positive and made me really feel at ease all throughout . I enjoyed all of my lessons and really made steady progress with Bal's help, and ended up passing my test today with 2 minors.
