AW Driver Training

Fantastic experience: Great day out. Learnt a hell of a lot about my car and how it handles (without traction control). I’m now far more confident and have already booked another day in a month’s time.

Fantastic experience: The most fun I've had in my car, ever. Really pushes you to your limit and beyond. Andrew pushes you to your limit and beyond. To the point you're finding new levels of grip and greater understanding of the dynamics of your car and you're able to exploit that in safe surroundings.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely fantastic day of training with Andrew. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their driving skills. Andrew's guidance was invaluable and really helped me understand my car better. Thanks again and we will be back in the near future!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been on 7-8 sessions over the past couple of years. It’s always an amazing time! Great activity if you’re interested in sport cars, driving fast, learning how to be a better driver. Andrew is a very good instructor and teaches a few different techniques throughout the day. After that you keep practicing essentially until the end of day. Great, safe way to enjoy a sports car!

Fantastic experience: I did a "play day" at North Weald with Andy. There was some instruction given, especially after I had gone into his high speed corner in my Porsche after following the instruction, "no need to brake" and immediately spun out in a cloud of smoke. He taught me a couple of things that allowed me to then safely negotiate the corner using 2 fingers on the steering wheel rather than clinging on for grim life! The rest of the day was great fun, laps on the smaller circuit, pursuit games with other drivers (one more spin from me!) and then timed laps on the big circuit. Just being able to push my car and myself, find and go beyond the limits of the car and driver and drive quickly in a safe controlled environment taught me a lot. I may well consider doing a training day with Andy in future to further my learning. And when I had an issue with the micro switch on my clutch pedal, Andy identified the problem and fixed it to minimise downtime. If you have an interest in cars and want to find out what it and you are capable of in a safe controlled environment, I would highly recommend.
