Nova Training - Wolverhampton - College Courses - Apply Now: Reviews
Negative experience: Attended here a year ago certain staff members are still acting like there teenagers by talking about students that finished a year ago really unprofessional wouldn't recommend
Fantastic experience: Zoe is and has been a very good coach throughout my apprenticeship. She helps me, listens to what I have to say and gives good advice on what to do. I could not have asked for a better coach throughout this process and I would recommend her to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Great training and have been perfect help so far and are very easy to access.
Fantastic experience: Helped me with my ongoing apprenticeship, Zoe is great and is very helpful and approachable if I was to have any queries or problems.
Negative experience: There is a lady that works there called Bal. I have never spoken to anyone with such a disgusting attitude, very rude and derogatory, I will be making a formal complaint
Fantastic experience: Carolyn was amazing, got back to me the same day I applied and sorted interview. Stayed in touch with me through the interview process and even got me an amazing annual salary- I would highly recommend Nova Training and thank you to Carolyn you have put a smile on my face :)
Negative experience: BEWARE a little thief attends here ! (Should name him but i wont !! ) So parents be aware !! Not send your child to Nova taining in wolverhampton with expensive clothing , they are full off apologies and promises to replace a £150 coat, reported to the police as nova requested both done nothing about it !
Negative experience: If I could give a negative review I would.. Don't send your child here!! Staff are rude and disrespectful... They bully the pupils who have SEMH needs, shouting at them constantly. The courses they claim is available, isnt. When you make a complaint it gets ignored and management are a shocking. The teachers spend more time on their phones than teaching maths and english. This place needs closing down.
Fantastic experience: Came to nova training for the mot testers course and straight away welcomed in by mark and jump straight into it. With marks training I passed on my first attempt on the theory and practical test. Can’t thank mark enough. Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: Good course and Mark is a good tutor! Highly recommended
Fantastic experience: Yeah it was great, enjoying whatevers happening, it feels like an adventure. :)
Fantastic experience: Excellent friendly MOT training
Negative experience: I attended here to get a motor vehicle qualification . They were completely unable to provide my course nor did they offer an alternative. And the staff were very unprofessional. Overall Wouldn't recommend attending here
Negative experience: Applied for a farmfoods retail apprenticeship in the Handsworth area of Birmingham and was told I was unsuccessful as I had no work experience filled in the gov apprenticeship application as I wasn’t able to fit all the work experience from the CV and was told that there was over 100 applications and was looking for the strongest application with experience. What a waste of time avoid these so called training providers that won’t help young people gain qualifications or apprenticeships as staff will get paid by doing nothing and students will treat training providers like behaviour centres by messing around.
Negative experience: There was really nice women I spoke to who helped when I asked about my application and she told me someone would give me call, however no one has. Someone emailed me and then she said they need someone with more experience. Bearing in mind, I'm 24 years old and I have experience!!. Now someone please tell me if I was 16 just out of school how on earth would I be able to have experience?!! and aren't apprenticeships all about gaining experience?! they also leave your applications up for months with no update!!!!!! Thanks so much Nova!
