Negative experience: Hi. I booked a 2 hours introduction offer In The wembley area . The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly . The driver was on time and then I started my driving lessons . The instructor seemed good . But from mids onwards, the communication during and after . Which made write this review . based on my recent experience. And why is important to read the red flags... Well my red flags . After rebooking my next session this with a notice of 5 days at least . The instructor named Nuhddin ask me not to cancel again and just be punctual. Which I understand.he has a business to run . Today is Sunday and how can I make this clear but I DINT PLAN TO SPENT MY BIRTHDAY IN A AND E . getting stitches on my leg due to a minor accident. Well your instructor doesn't seem to understand it. I contacted your instructor to apologise and explain. I understand it's the second time I rebooked and it's annoying from my side . But I don't think it's fair his response of " I new it . You gonna cancel . Wow. Really. So upsetting. Well nevermind. In the spirit of full honesty I received from your instructor and maybe how upset I am now. I shall be honest and may I suggest the following.. 1 .Even dough . Is stressful teaching a newbie . Is not cool to repeat " f...Ng... H..ll . Here and there. As this left me wondering is my bad driving or the other drivers bothering you? 2 Vaping even if u ask for permission. Isn't cool . 3. Which pricing shall I follow. The one the driver convened with me or the one on the website that it's cheaper . ? Anyway . If is me or the instructor. I will not carry on with this lessons .. maybe I'm the wrong type of student... 4 A simple Policy or cancellation fee would solve this type of situation. Thanks Regards Adrian

Negative experience: 0V22 LGF- CAR REGISTRATION NUMBER WITH THIS COMPANY ADVERTISED ON IT DO NOT USE, THIS DRIVING INSTRUCTOR ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT AND BROKE 2 MAJOR RULES. TODAY IN SOUTH HARROW - WED 12 MARCH, AROUND 1PM Driving instructor fails to give way at a roundabout and then zooms off going through a red light. Very unprofessional and dangerous. He should be fired and license taken away if this is how he is teaching people to drive.

Negative experience: I booked a 10 Hour Block Booking for my son as his birthday present nearly 1 year ago, but now 11 and half months passed, we still haven't got an instructor to do his lessons! Every time a lesson was confirmed, we were then told the lesson was cancelled just a few days later. The reception staff were arrogant, impatient and very unfriendly. They only care about money! The worst experience ever and please be alert!

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this School. After investing time and money into lessons with them, I failed my driving test. I understand that passing isn’t guaranteed, but I felt I needed more practice, so I reached out to book additional lessons. Shockingly, my requests were completely ignored. I tried multiple times to contact them, but they never responded. This left me feeling abandoned right when I needed the extra support. The lack of professionalism and follow-through was frustrating and honestly felt disrespectful, especially after I had already been a paying customer. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this school if you’re looking for a reliable, supportive experience. It seems that once they get your money, they’re no longer interested in helping you succeed.

Negative experience: Had a horrible experience with one of the drivers Amrit, who has a very short temper and made me cry, this was my 2nd driving lesson ever and my first with drivingjohnson company, I explained multiple times that I was a beginner and he kept being very rude and huffing And I had even done him a favour of moving my timing slot even though I had booked through the company.

Fantastic experience: Drive Johnson are excellent and way better priced than most driving schools. My instructor M.D is a great instructor who helped me pass first time with very few lessons. I passed with 0 driving faults and couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my experience. I scheduled my lessons, but they were cancelled without any notice or communication from the driving instructor or customer service. This is not how a business should operate. I ended up wasting two weeks just waiting for my lessons.

Negative experience: Horrible experiences at this driving school, my instructor would randomly stop texting me about lessons. Wasted hundreds, I do not recommend

Fantastic experience: Passed today first time with drive Johnson’s with only 4 minors thanks to Arthur Stasiak brilliant instructor Would definitely recommend drive Johnson’s for any new learner motivated to drive

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience with my driving instructor Artur who helped me pass. His patience and clear communication made learning enjoyable and stress-free. He provided constructive feedback, tailored lessons to my needs, and instilled confidence in my driving skills. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and supportive instructor.

Negative experience: Abdul Jamil cancelled my driving lesson hours before my test! This was very stressful and last minute. He had asked for cash payment for the lessons (as he was using his company’s car for private lessons) but demanded a large transfer hours before the test. As he refused to provide ID or a license number I asked for a guarantee that he would show up for the test and he disappeared, didn’t pick up his phone or responded to text messages. Very unprofessional and rude.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school! They were very quick with finding a driving instructor for me. I definitely recommend it! My instructor Artur Stasiak made sure that I was fully prepared for my test and thanks to him I passed the test with a first try!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely unreliable service. I pre-booked my driving lessons with plenty of time (Nov 2021) to start my lessons the second week of January and my first lesson was cancelled the day before, I had to move it to the following week. One week passed and the instructor sent me another text message almost at mid-night, saying he was not available for my lessons the following day once again. I didn't even started the lessons and he wanted to change it twice...imposible to plan ahead with such an unreliable service. Now I have lost all this time since November and I have to start my driving school search again...

Fantastic experience: John Sundaresan was a great instructor and really helped build my confidence up driving by being so friendly, calm and helpful. He always ensured I understood everything before heading off to drive. Practical test today, passed it first time with 2 minor mistakes only, and all of that was made possible by the best instructor out there. I would definitely recommend John to anyone that needed to learn to drive, thank you so much John!

Fantastic experience: Best instructor From beginning to end he was super balanced, always with a plan to follow through super professional and at same time also make you feel free to be yourself, his explanations were super easy to understand for anyone really, he will find your way of learning and adjust to it, he can tell when you ready or not, giving constructive feedback and explaining the reasons why we have to follow certain procedures, can be super funny but at some time professional !!! My husband plans to take lessons with him as well, he is someone you can definitely trust to get you that certificate for life !!

He helped me pass my driving test very quickly with only a few minors. Fantastic experience: Ifty’s thoroughness and exactness is definitely what I benefited from most. It meant that my confidence and independence quickly grew and there eventually became minimal room for error. Although I experienced a few rocky lessons, Ifty’s continuous encouragement allowed me to pass first time. And to top it off he taught my mother and brother and they too passed first time! I’m extremely grateful.

Fantastic experience: Extremely pleased with my entire experience! Every single lesson with Kishor was very useful and boosted my confidence significantly. There was no pressure whatsoever- each lesson was stress free and calm. Kishor is an amazing instructor, extremely easy to talk to and is determined to help you pass your driving test. I managed to book my driving test (that was coming up the next week) and within a matter of days Kishor had taught me everything I needed to know, reassuring me the entire time and I passed the test on my first attempt! I honestly couldn’t recommend driveJohnson’s Driving School enough (especially Kishor)… Don’t go anywhere else!
