Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Pete Wright enough. I first started driving lessons in about 2006! Six different driving instructors, three failed tests, and 18 years later, I finally passed thanks to Pete. Having more or less given up, I started taking lessons with Pete in February this year after my wife became pregnant and I had a renewed enthusiasm to learn to drive. He is extremely friendly and approachable and brilliant at putting nervous drivers at their ease. He is thorough, reliable, and patient. Finally, having all but given up hope of ever getting my licence, Pete has successfully mentored me through my test, and I've only gone and passed. The only downside is I shall miss our Tuesday morning drives together. Thank again, Pete.

Fantastic experience: The first time I contacted the driving school of motoring was at the end of this April, when I was looking for a driving instructor. I chose to contact this driving school because I was much impressed by its high passing rate and very good customer satisfaction. My choice didn't let me down. Colin replied my email really fast and he recommended Peter Wright to me. I can still clearly remember my first lesson with Peter. Not only is Peter a lovely person, but also his sense of humor in his teaching really boosts my interest for driving. Since then I looked forward every next lesson with Peter. He is such a kind, patient and more importantly, very professsional instructor. Peter remained a calm attitude all the time no matter what mistakes I made during driving. His help boosted my confidence. I am mcuh pleased to see the progress I made on each lesson with Peter's professional instruction. I took my first driving test in Basildon yesterday and the result is PASS. I kept the driving skills I learned from Peter in mind and maintained my whole driving safely. I was in the tears of joy. I can’t achieve this without Peter! My thankfulness for Peter is more than words can describe. Thank you very much Peter, you deserve 10 stars! Now as a qualified driver I can finally enjoy the joy of driving! I wish the driving school of motoring and Peter Wright all the best in the future!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Pete as an automatic driving instructor; his professionalism, constructive advice and friendly nature made me feel immediately at ease. He steadily built up my confidence being on the road, pushed me to challenge myself and encouraged me to continue at moments where I was doubting myself. I managed to pass first time in an area I was unfamiliar with and I would wholeheartedly credit that to Pete’s calm and thorough training and instruction.

Fantastic experience: Drive School of Motoring was my top choice when it came to learning how to drive. From other’s recommendations and reviews, I could not find a better driving school in my area! I also liked that they offered 2-hour lessons as their standard. I have absolutely enjoyed my time learning to drive with Colin. From creating a solid foundation of the basics of driving, to teaching complex skills needed as a driver, I have found his methods easy to follow and understand. Every lesson, I’ve been given amazing feedback on the progress occurring and it never felt like I was stagnating. The patience and understanding I was given as a learner driver was amazing, which helped me to relax and enjoy every bit. This has helped me to develop myself as a driver and to pass the practical test. I am happy to say that they have met my expectations and definitely recommend this school to anyone learning to drive. The lessons were always on time and the communication was top notch!
