Negative experience: I don’t recommend ART Rider. The instructor was so rude and made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant. I switched to A1 Bike Training Centre in Canvey, and it was a complete turnaround! The instructors there were friendly, supportive, and professional. Thanks to them, I passed my CBT with confidence. I 1000% recommend A1 Bike Training Centre!

Hi Chand, It’s Rich here - the owner of ART. I’m slightly confused by your review given that you booked in twice with us and on both occasions you had amicable chats with me about what you needed to do in order to complete the CBT and that we were stopping your training to keep you safe due to your complete lack of knowledge of the Highway Code. On your first visit, this lack of knowledge became obvious in the classroom before we’d even taken you out on the road! On your second visit, we stopped it whilst on the road due to several dangerous scenarios where you caused a serious danger to you and others around you. I’m happy for people to leave reviews that are factual but in this instance, I’d argue that you are voicing your frustrations (all of our instructors are about as far from rude as you can get!) at not completing with us when all we have done throughout is aimed at keeping you safe and alive! Please consider the impact your biased & incorrect reviews have on small businesses. I’m at the end of the phone if you wish to discuss this further… Cheers, Rich

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my CBT ☺️ it was an exceptional experience. The instructors were not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging, ensuring I felt safe and confident throughout the course. Fantastic experience: I was recommended ART rider by a rival bike training company in the area as they didn't have the availability to fit me in. Their words were "if I was going to take my bike test again, I would do it with ART rider" - I'm glad I took their advice! Great tuition, friendly staff, and fun enjoyable rides out. Thank you to Rob, Colin, Rhi, and the rest of the crew. For anyone looking at doing their CBT or full bike license... If I was going to take my bike test again, I would do it with ART rider.
