Positive experience: Staff was lovely passed on the second time

Negative experience: I would give it zero stars if I could, I walked in had attitude and rudeness for the person at reception a black man with glasses. I was reading comments and a few people have mentioned him as well. Lord knows how he got the job or why he's still employed. When you walk in the room to do your theory test there's a screen showing the reception with a woman monitoring everything so I know that someone has been watching his behaviour and yet nothing has been done.

Negative experience: staff were really rude, not professional at all. worst experience. in test room, there was sound from ceiling... how it became a test centre.

Fantastic experience: Excellent professional service at this testing centre. From the receptionist to the testing staff members in the testing room, each one was well mannered, well trained and pleasant. Highly recommend this testing centre to anyone.

Negative experience: i read reviews about bad attitudes of receptionists and staffs before visiting the center. Sadly to say it is true as they are all very hostile. I hope this place will be changed to a friendliness and better place for everyone and themselves too..

Fantastic experience: Staff and receptionist were really well mannered. I was getting nervous but the boy and girl in the room explained all the rules briefly and answered all my questions. Also happy because I passed!

Fantastic experience: Lovely test center. Passed my theory on the 1st try keep practising and you'll pass too! Thought 4/5 stars was enough but after seeing someone else here say they were late but was still allowed to do the test, so 5/5, very sweet.

Negative experience: The black guy at the reception was very rude and aggressive today 6th of december 2024 2pm i asked him to speak politely and He was more aggressive

Positive experience: Receptionist was very sweet and let me sit the test even though I was late, and the gentleman in the test center was also nice and clear. Nightmare to find the center itself though - was running around for about twenty minutes in the pissing rain going from intercom to intercom and through all these back alleys. Google maps is not accurate either. Good luck all

Negative experience: Would give it 0 stars if I could, didn't have a pleasant experience here, convinced passing your theory is rigged I have a friend who did it numerous times and still didn’t pass just a couple marks away from the pass mark. The staff can be a bit condescending at times, adding to nerves. Ended up doing my test elsewhere and passed, recommend others to do the same.

Negative experience: There receptionist, whene I was do entry I sow hi spiking with a girl she was pretty. Hi speaking with her very smoothly you konw what I mean . Than I was go to him to speak hi change his mind hi again come back to his own carecter again hi is speaking with me very rude. Hi is a very rude person they shud change him. Hi is a black gay

Fantastic experience: I had a really nice experience here. The staff were very friendly and clear in their instructions. The facility was clean and organized. The gentlemen at reception were very kind and had a nice demeanor.

Negative experience: This site is Hard to find. They also don’t give you instructions about the lockers until they yell at you- that is not clear.

Fantastic experience: Simple procedure and nice workers, passed my test Alhamdulilah

Negative experience: receptionist needs to be changed, shouts across the room to you before you even get to the desk and unnecessary attitude. people come in nervous and get greeted with that? hope she gets sacked

Negative experience: Not a good experience. Just finished my test & had one of the receptionists rudely ask me to remove my badge & collect my items. Need better training ladies, especially when dealing with the public otherwise you'll continue to see negative reviews from people approaching your centre - no matter how close or convenient it is. People are already nervous and your attitude towards them (especially unprompted) is highly unnecessary. Good luck to everyone with your tests though - there's a survey you can fill out at the end of your test too, should you wish to highlight your experience (I gave such high praise initially which has now been undone). Treat people with the respect they give you, that's all. Incompetency speaks volumes.

Negative experience: Really hard to find the locations, and the staff is not nice too

Negative experience: Had my theory test here. Rude reception staff member who lacked customer service skills. He is a black man in his 40’s wearing glasses. His responses to my questions were snarky and passive aggressive. Management needs to review this guy asap.

Negative experience: Passed the test, but receptionist was very rude. I will mention his appearance only for management to review his conduct. He is an African man with glasses and was behind the reception desk from 1:00PM to 4:00PM on Saturday 2024. His tone was condescending and made myself and others feel inadequate before entering the test. Before one takes a test, they will obviously feel slightly nervous, but to have someone that makes you feel inadequate manning the reception only increases the nervousness…not something you want before entering your test. I assume this is a new test centre. If you want good reviews, review your staff itself. That said, the people who check you before the test itself were friendly.

Fantastic experience: two lady staffs i met here are nice and friendly

Positive experience: Did my theory test here, very nervous but I passed. Very busy test centre. Staff are very high security they do body checks and will physically check you before sitting down to take the test. The lady at the desk that prints out your results was a bit moody but apart from that I would recommend.

Positive experience: Regimented. One particular staff member is very sarcastic and seems to enjoy talking down to the public. Other than that, the place is organised and doing everything by the book to stop cheating. Which is okay. Good luck with your test.

Fantastic experience: The staff is not super friendly but this testing center is efficient in a sense that they allow you to start earlier if you came earlier and ready to begin. They look into your pockets and you are not allowed to take anything to the exam area, even napkins. You get the results a few minutes after you finish the test
