Positive experience: I booked a driving test through this service and waited several days with no updates, no emails, and not even an apology. I later discovered they were aware of an issue but didn’t bother to notify me – as if there wasn’t even a test booked in the first place. This level of incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration – go elsewhere.

When your test could not be booked, you sent us an email the following day. We responded to the email immediately, and we informed you that we were just about to email you regarding this matter. We offered you an alternative test date, which you agreed to. We then received an email from you requesting a refund, which we promptly processed. We then continued to receive multiple emails from you with different requests. We responded to each email in a timely manner, informing you that the refund had already been processed and that the alternative test date can still be booked for you. Despite this, we continued to receive long emails from you demanding a refund, seemingly without acknowledging our previous responses. We genuinely regret any frustration this caused, as we always strive to provide clear communication and a smooth process for all of our customers. Negative experience: I used this website to book a test but I had to go back to the States for a few weeks and needed to cancel and they said they would rebook me which they did. I confirmed it with the DVSA but when I showed up to my test it had been cancelled. According to DVSA that appointment was cancelled just days after I confirmed it and since then 11 appointments had been made with my info and cancelled. So I am out the cost of the test and the cost of the instructor/car rental. I Do Not recommend this. Now I can no londer book online and am required to call in every day until an appointment opens up and who knows when that will be.

From our communication records, it appears that you requested a cancellation because you were unable to secure a car to take your test. At the time of your request, your test was within the DVSA's cancellation period, which meant we were unable to change or postpone your test. We made every effort to find an instructor on short notice to cover your test, but unfortunately, we were unable to secure one in time. Regarding the issue of rebookings and cancellations, we use third-party booking agents to secure early test appointments. We are not aware of any subsequent rebookings or cancellations involving your details. However, we will investigate what has happened and look into any discrepancies to understand the situation better. Fantastic experience: My instructor is Imran Ahmed has been very supportive during my driving lessons. I am a first time passer thanks to his very informational lessons, easy to talk to and easy to work with. Highly recommend his work
Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Ali. I have been learning to drive for years and didn't see any progression until Ali and I did the 10 hour course together. He had so many helpful methods to help pass that will keep me confident and safe in my future driving. We passed! Most of all, I had such a fun time with him. Lots of laughs, he helped me feel confident and relaxed behind the wheel. It was also really helpful that he took care of booking the test, no long wait periods of 6 months - I had a test within a week in an area that was comfortable for new drivers (London is crazy!). Couldn't recommend this company and Ali more!
