Fantastic experience: She is a fantastic teacher. Patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. The main strength for Bano is, she understands what the learner drivers think when they do mistakes. She emphasises on ‘why’ rather than ‘what’ and support you to fix the mistakes. She asks you right questions so that you understand your weaknesses. Bano also provides very smart techniques for mastering manoeuvres and round-about. Her coaching technique is based on the skills of individual drivers. She doesn’t apply the same method for all. I used to take lessons from another driver who brought down my confidence on the road but Bano helped me to overcome that and come out with flying colours.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend highly enough. I had failed a test previously with another teacher and this was a night and day difference. Bano has such patience and is a calming presence in the car, which was very helpful as I was nervous driving in Edinburgh city for the first time. She was also able to lay out techniques and maneouvres simply and effectively and guide me through them with ease. A lovely person and an exceptional teacher - I wish I'd found her sooner!
