Fantastic experience: Passed today at Kingstanding with 4 minors and I couldn’t have done it without Lisa’s support. I’d completely given up on driving before I decided to give it one last go and reached out to 321Pass. Lisa is an amazing instructor, knowledgeable, calm, supportive and flexible and I can’t thank her enough! Would recommend 321Pass/Lisa to anyone.

Negative experience: Waste of time

Fantastic experience: I recently passed my driving test on the first try, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Lisa was incredibly patient and thorough. From the very first lesson, she made sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel. Each lesson was well structured and scheduling was very flexible. On the day of the test, I felt fully prepared thanks to Lisa’s attention to detail. I highly recommend this driving school to anyone looking to pass with confidence. Thank you so much for helping me achieve this milestone! I couldn’t have done it without you guidance and support. Thank you again Lisa.

Fantastic experience: I had Lisa and she is absolutely amazing. She is a lovely lady and made me feel so much calmer. She really helped with my lack of confidence and anxiety & made me feel like I could pass my test when I used to have no faith at all. Thank you Lisa. Amazing.

Negative experience: Avoid these at all costs, cancels lessons last minute or just doesn’t turn up. Ignored you if you fail your test. Comes up with the worst excuses as to why lessons can’t go ahead. Passed my test a couple of weeks later with a different instructor.

Fantastic experience: Ross is really patient and doesn't give up on you, even if you struggle at certain things (such as reverse bay parking!). Lessons are lovely and chatty which puts you at ease. I found them so much more helpful than with previous instructors, managing to pass first time. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Lisa helped me pass first time, i was a very nervous driver but she helped me remain calm and got me ready for my test, i'd recommend her to anyone who's learning to drive!

Negative experience: They cancel the lessons on the same day an hour before, but charge if you cancel! Cancelled multiple times and don't give you the full time you pay for. They cancel lessons if they are running late too. Do not go with them unless you want your time wasted!

Fantastic experience: Passed my test last week with Ross, he’s a great, friendly instructor- he managed to calm my nerves on the day of my test and built my confidence. If you’re looking to pass your test I definitely recommend 321 pass!!!

Negative experience: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! My Partner schedules a lesson with them, and then is confirmed the morning of if the time still worked, which we confirmed it did with the instructor. After half an hour after the lesson was supposed to start we sent another message asking if it was still on… no reply! Don’t waste your time, incredibly unprofessional, rude, just wastes your time! Could’ve done something with our day if we’d have at least had a notification they couldn’t make it! Eventually 40 minutes late we get a message saying we never confirmed, you can see when messages are delivered, it was a minute after they sent there’s. So waste time and lie about it, AVOID!

Fantastic experience: Took a few tried but got there in the end. Ross's support and teaching was second to none. He made me feel super comfy and always believed in me more than I did. Couldn't have done it without him.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test first time with Lisa at Lichfield test centre. I was a nervous driver to begin with but Lisa helped me become a calm, confident driver. She is an excellent instructor who is very patient and always made me feel comfortable and at ease during my lessons. I would highly recommend Lisa and 321 Pass

Fantastic experience: Had a short amount of time before my test and chose to switch to a different driving instructor in Ross. He helped clear up all my bad habits and enabled me to pass with zero thoughts in just under two weeks of lessons with him. Definitely recommend

Negative experience: Absolute waste of time. Booked lessons with me every Thursday with 4 weeks notice but cancelled on me on the day. Time waster.

Our lessons are engaging and he always makes time to help me logistically with anything I struggle with. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing instructors, loved every second of my lessons with Lisa. Really struggled with my confidence and didn’t really like driving and nearly gave up. But as soon as I started having lessons with Lisa I couldn’t wait for my next lesson. I couldn’t recommend 321 pass any more, Lisa is so lovely and thorough with her teaching, the best! Now I have passed I will miss our weekly chats and laughs!

Negative experience: Do not recommend, Ross continuously let me down with lessons. Changing the times and dates with no notice. Vaping whilst teaching. Such a shame as my previous instructor Dean worked with 321 pass and he was fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Lisa it’s absolutely amazing. She makes u feel at ease when u meet her. She teaches u very well and u can keep doing the same manoeuvre until u feel comfortable and u got it right. There no pressure if u make a mistake. Lisa definitely not in it for the money and definitely well worth every penny I’ve spent so far. She is one of the best instructors I’ve had .

Fantastic experience: Lisa had been my instructor for a while(I had a tendency to panic & hated being behind the wheel) but Lisa has been brilliant. Has taught & talked through any questions I have had,has been able to calm my nerves about driving where others have failed. Have literally been looking for years for an instructor who has made me feel comfortable & confident about driving. Very professional but also very down to earth,has taught me manouvers,how to tackle roundabouts & how to drive in general. Has always asked what I would like to learn each lesson,has always praised me when Im driving good but also very patient & understanding when Im having an off day,never shouted at me or made me feel bad. Easy to talk to,down to earth,kind,professional but also someone you can have a laugh with,happy to chat away if you want,which helps soo much with my nerves-so thank you Lisa. Have never thought I would be able to drive but thanks to Lisa's hard work,I completely believe I will do it 1 day & it will all be down to Lisa & how she teaches. Fantastic instructor,can not recommend enough. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Lisa is the best driving instructor iv had (had a couple in the past) friendly, caring, considerate and most importantly professional and is always encouraging me and reassuring me I can do it iv got my test booked very soon and I feel so ready for it and that is all down to Lisa. She has an ability to just put you at ease straight away as soon as you get in the car. Every lesson has been money well spent she has taught me everything and if iv been unsure on a certain maneuver we've gone back and done it again and again until I have felt confident in doing it. Fantastic experience: Would highly highly recommend 321 pass! Had my driving test today over featherstone and I’m the biggest nervous wreck and over thinker anyone will ever meet I passed! Ross took me under his wing and helped me conquer my nerves and gave me the push to book my test! I’ve had multiple driving instructors and nearly gave up for good!
