After a bad experience with a previous driving instructor with a different company, my confidence in driving was so low but Ramzan is so patient, calm and supportive. Thanks to him, I knew exactly what to expect on the day of the test and it put me so much more at ease. His explanations are very clear and adaptable to the person. He gets to know you as a driver in order to give you the best tailored lessons to you. He truly listens and understands to what you want out of each lesson and is prepared when you are lost. Fantastic experience: I learned with Ramzan for six months and finally passed my second driving test! He’s incredibly patient and kind. The first time I failed at meeting situation and stoped practicing for two months, then after a few lessons I took the test again, ended up with only two minus! Course hours are flexible as well, definitely recommend!

I had taken lessons with previous instructors who wasted my time and money but then I came across Shakiel who respected my time and understood which techniques work for me as I was a confused learner driver due to several previous instructors. Shakiel spent time in understanding which methods and techniques suit me best and we achieved a good foundation, to then building my confidence on the roads. I'm italian so seeing the traffic going to the opposite direction really gave me anxiety and at the beginning I was very scared of the road, but I've passed my test on my second attempt.
