Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test first-time today after 50+ hours of manual driving lessons with Dave over the last six months. Before this, I had three other driving instructors and was on and off with learning to drive. What made the difference with Dave was his clear, structured approach to lessons. I could see where improvements were being made and what the next step toward becoming an independent driver was. The use of a companion app also helped monitor my progress, access relevant resources and videos provided by Dave, and keep track of the admin side, including payments. Dave is very knowledgeable and shared all the details about taking the test in Exeter, including booking my test and taking me around the test routes. This familiarity with the roads really helped on test day. As an instructor, Dave is very calm and patient, allowing me to feel comfortable learning from my mistakes. He frequently highlighted areas for improvement and debriefed with me, ensuring I got the most out of each lesson. If there was anything specific I wanted to focus on, he was always more than happy to help. Overall, my experience with Dave has been excellent. He has been professional, communicative, and approachable. I highly recommend having lessons with Dave for anyone learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: David has been extremely accommodating and helpful. Over the last year he has taught my brother and myself, who happen to have additional need of dyslexia and ADHD. I started my driving journey as a really anxious person but I have grown in confidence with much help from David. What sets David apart from other driving instructors is he will not drop you but will follow you to the end. He is always positive, cheerful and reliable. He teaches you to become a safe driver not just to pass the test. 100% recommend. - Immi We consider ourselves very lucky to have found David to teach our son and daughter how to drive. David is an exceptional driving instructor. He has a laid back manner but has great attention to detail and adapts brilliantly to the students individual needs. Fantastic experience: I had Dave for my intensive course and he was amazing. Took me from not know how to change gears to passing my test in just 40 hours! Passed first try with only two minors. Dave is a lovely guy, really patient and knowledgeable. Few people could put up with me for that long! Can’t recommend him enough!

When the car unexpectedly broke down on the way to my initial test he was extremely proactive in getting booked into a new test as soon as possible which I am extremely grateful for. He pushed and supported me throughout; without Dave I wouldn’t have been able to pass my test so quickly.

Fantastic experience: Dave is quite frankly the best driving instructor! He is incredibly patient, calm, understanding and knowledgeable. Dave has taught me from scratch and within a few months I have passed my test first time! He knows Exeter and all of the test routes incredibly well and he is really thorough when explaining different maneuvers and components of driving. He is also very flexible for when lessons are scheduled, making the balance between Driving Lessons and school extremely workable! I could not recommend Dave enough!

Fantastic experience: I booked in for a 2-hour motorway lesson with Dave having previously passed my test. He was friendly, calm and very professional. After the lesson I definitely felt much more comfortable navigating motorways and he have me lots of hints and tips including things that I wasn’t aware about before.
