Fantastic experience: Sarah Jane is a very good Driving Instructor. She taught our son to a very high standard of driving, so he was able to pass the DVSA driving test 1st time. Sarah Jane's communication, driving lessons and instruction is 1st Class. She gave our son a mock test before his driving test, which really helped to iron out his habitual faults, so he could successfully pass his driving test. Matthew Jarvis.

Negative experience: Instructer dont tell learners that reversing around a corner infront of coach is acceptable with 12 inches of room between Then just sits there does not say a word on what was wrong or dangerous about the maneuver NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND THEM AS INSTRUCTOR

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried a lot of different driving instructors looking for the right person, and after my first lesson I knew she was the one! She was nothing but friendly, professional, patient, encouraging and a confidence booster, clear in her instructions and was easily able and happy to adjust her teaching style to my dyslexic brain. I wish I was in the area earlier so I could start driving with her sooner. I would 100% recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her if ever I require any refresher lessons. Also, I didn’t just pass my driving test, I passed with only 4 minors. She doesn’t just teach you to drive to pass, but teaches you to be a safe driver for life. If I wasn’t so nervous, I have no doubt that I’d have even less minors. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have or the type of driver you are (for example, nervous), she has your back and will be able to bring out the safe and competent driver in you.

Fantastic experience: sarah is by far the friendliest and most patient person i’ve met. She allowed me to learn at my own pace and never rushed me to go out of my comfort zone. She always made sure i was ready for the next step and was very understanding throughout. I’ve deeply enjoyed our lessons, they’re fun and very helpful, and i wholeheartedly believe she puts her passion into every lesson to try and make it as enjoyable as possible.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to teach my daughter to drive. Sarah was absolutely brilliant from day one, and right till the end. Fantastic experience: What a journey! Sarah-Jane is the most accommodating, patient and knowledgeable instructor I could have ever asked for. It was so refreshing to have someone cater to my needs and support me in progressing any way she could even helping me through test nerves by chatting through it. She is NEVER patronising or condescending in any way, and instead always offers support and encouragement to help build confidence. Sarah offers great, professional advice, and I found her explanation and tips for driving techniques and manoeuvres very useful. She also uses an app to help track progress, book/pay for lessons and with various resources which I found greatly beneficial. Sarah is very kind and reassuring, always offering support and going the extra mile. Her calming nature helped keep me at ease during the lead up and day of my driving test, which I feel greatly contributed to me passing! She's incredibly professional and reliable, explained everything spot on and made me feel relaxed and comfortable whilst driving. She's always been flexible and would go an extra mile to reassure me and keep it fun but also challenge to do my best each time. Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start with this review, because I could just go on and on about how wonderful Sarah is! I was involved in a horrendous, life changing car crash when I was young; so I was utterly terrified of driving. After moving to the UK and changing careers, I knew that I simply HAD to get my driving licence. I doubted that I would ever manage to achieve this, because at 46 years old my fear of driving had built up to a point that it was almost debilitating. Sarah was endlessly patient and kind, managed to erase my fear, and instil a confidence in me that I never thought possible. I passed my test today, and I could never have done it without Sarah. I’ll be forever grateful for her professionalism, kindness, patience and care, even going as far as arriving early today before my test to help me stay calm. Fantastic experience: Sarah Jane is a great instructor who I would not hesitate to recommend. Our Daughter was immediately put at ease by her and found the lessons well led, calm and reassuring. After having my confidence knocked with a previous instructor, Sarah was so patient with me and helped me to build up my confidence and believe in myself. I would highly recommend choosing her as your instructor, she is very genuine, friendly and easy to talk to. She will tailor the lessons to suit you and will make notes on things to help you/ work on but she is never patronising, it feels like you’re learning with a friend. She uses an App where you book your lessons, pay and track your progress which is super useful and easy to use. So glad I can finally say I have passed, thank you so much Sarah for all your support

Fantastic experience: After being so nervous of driving for so so many years that at the age of 31 I decided that I really wanted to bite the bullet and learn how to drive. I knew from my first chat with Sarah that she was the perfect instructor for me , she made me feel so at ease and always explained everything to me so I could really understand the rules of Highway Code and being in control of the vehicle at all times , six months later I passed first time ! Sarah is so patient and she really does want all her pupils to pass ! She’s gives her all in her teaching and just gives you a 100% dedication, I couldn’t of done it without her ! Fantastic experience: An amazing driving instructor who is very easy to have a chat to, and is also very knowledgeable about the roads you have to take for your test. Knows the driving test routes in multiple areas, and knows the speed limits and the change in speed limits in some of the London boroughs. A great driving instructor, and someone I would hugely recommend to other people.

Fantastic experience: Sarah-Jane was quite simply first class! My 17 year old son had only been learning to drive with me throughout lockdown as a necessity and had never had a professional lesson. Therefore SJ picked him up about 6 weeks out from his test and turned him into a really competent and confident driver, adding in all the skills and tips required to pass his test. His feedback was that she was really nice and super easy to get on with and listened to all of his concerns and never judged. But most of all she made every lesson bespoke to his weaknesses, so their time together was spent on the important stuff and not just going through the motions for the sake of it. He's already recommended 2 friends and we will 100% be using SJ for our daughter in the future. I must also add that her admin, communication and support away from the physical lessons, in terms of understanding the processes and requirements was amazing. The complete package....!

Due to work commitments I had to learn on and off over multiple months and during that time my lessons provided me with the skills and top class teaching to retain what I’d learnt and develop my driving at each stage. Fantastic experience: So glad I booked my driving lessons through Red Driving School. My driving instructor Sarah Griffiths was brilliant as she not only taught the mandatory skills in order to pass the practical test but she made sure that I learnt other key important driving skills such as country roads and driving in other areas than just the test routes. By giving me this experience, I was able to become more confident with my driving. The report card was so useful as I was able to keep track of my progress until I was able to perform all manoeuvres independently. It was also really easy to book my lessons online, as I was able to check my driving instructors availability as well as purchase more lesson bundles if needed. Getting closer to my test date, I had the opportunity to do a mock test which gave me the opportunity to understand what happens in the practical test. This was really useful as I was able to find out what my strengths and weaknesses were and if there was anything that needed to be improved on. If you're looking for a driving instructor based in Essex, then I highly recommend Sarah. She is professional and has a great personality which made the lessons fun and enjoyable. The money is definitely worth it and now that I have passed on my first time, I am ready to do a motorway lesson to further expand on my driving skills.
