This resulted in me taking couple lessons per week and passing within five months with only four minors and no prior driving experience. Fantastic experience: I was skeptical at first, knowing full well how hard the driving test can be but took a 5 days crash test with D&A Driving school and on the day of the actual test I didn’t even realize how time went by quickly till the instructor told me to turn right and and I was looking at the test centre right in front of me. Drove in relaxed and confidently, parked the car and she told me I passed with just to minors. First attempt and I passed. I was so happy. I will recommend D&A driving school to anyone out there willing to take a crash test and nail it.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the BEST driving experience ever. Both Doug and Arzu were my instructor, I had Doug for when I was learning in Loughton (but failed) and could only find tests in Enfield then I had Arzu. They were both so patient with me during this process, they taught me everything I needed to know, and Arzu was great help when it came to any driving and personal issues I may of had. Please please book with them if you want to learn to drive! Might I add that they're both VERY down to earth people :)

My instructor was Arzu and I’m incredibly thankful for her helping me to pass my test and be a good driver. Fantastic experience: D&A Driving Automatic was highly recommended by my cousin. I have been with them for a bit and Honestly, I have never had to doubt their ability or even thought of looking for another instructor. Arzu has been my only instructor. She always made makes you feel comfortable & confident in driving. She teaches you everything you need to know about the roads, road safety, manoeuvres etc. She is always 100000% professional, always on time and communicates very well. If you don't understand anything she is always happy and ready to go over it until you understand. I always left my lessons feeling confident. Today I passed my practical test the FIRST TIME!!!! To be honest I doubted myself a little, before the test ( because of the nerves) but Arzu made me confident by going over things, and giving pep talks which really really really helped me because I gained so much confidence on my test and I'm happy to say I PASSED!!! One thing I love is they don't only teach you just for the test but also how to be a safe driver in general and I'm honestly glad by that. I HIGHLY recommended my non-driver friends to go with the D&A driving school, one of the best decisions I made coming to them( money well spent!)

Fantastic experience: I was doing many lessons with a different instructor who didn’t really help me understand at all. I then went to Doug who in a very short amount of time (a few weeks) helped me learn and understand so much & I passed first time! I would recommend him to any & everyone!!

Fantastic experience: With only 3 weeks to my test, I contacted Doug with the hope that he would prepare me for my test, and he did not disappoint. I got an instant reply, and started my lessons the same week. Doug was always on time for all my lessons and picked me up outside my house. He always went on and on about WATCHING THE VIDEOS for my test centre, which was Chingford and this helped me out A LOT as the test route on my actual test, I had seen before in 5+ videos so I was prepared and already knew which roads I'd be going on. Mock tests with Doug were great as he took me to the hotspots where learners fail and this helped me prepare for these places incase I was taken there on my test. We fixed any misconceptions I had about the roads and he prepared me within 3 weeks to pass my test with only 2 minors. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND "D&A Driving School"!

Fantastic experience: I came into contact with Doug after reading a series of positive reviews about his teaching. Having taken a break from my previous lessons, I was nothing but half baked. And just two weeks to my test day, I decided to jump on board with Doug as my instructor. And through out the process, without fear or favour, he kept pointing out my everyday serious and minor faults . In fact at some point he told me he didn’t think I was going to pass. These remarks didn’t discourage me, I took his comments as words of reawakening and encouragement as it was its intended purpose. Instructor Douglas is very experienced, so patient and understanding, he never gets angry when you doing the wrong thing repeatedly, he makes sure you get it right! The mock tests were very helpful in preparing for the real test. I passed three days ago with just 2 minors in enfield center. D&A is the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Doug is better than all the drivers I have used before. Always on time for lessons and very quick to respond to messages. I am happy I passed my test today with D&A driving with only 1 minor. It’s completely hard to get a perfect score but a pass is what we hope for. The test route (Enfield) was exactly the same as the what I done with the instructor. The Enfield route is quite complicated but I smashed it anyway. The instructor was so honest because he didn’t let me waste more money doing more lessons yet I was ready. He said I was ready and I passed. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with driving and wants to pass first time with honest judgment from instructor.

With last minute panic, I was fitted in for lessons with an upcoming test and taught more in a week by Doug than I have been by any other instructor in 6 years! Fantastic experience: I originally had lessons with another driving instructor however I never really felt comfortable, I also took a driving test with the other instructor but because I didn’t feel comfortable with the way he was teaching me, I failed my test. After failing my test I decided to Google other driving instructors in the area and I was lucky enough to get Doug. From day one Doug made me feel at ease because of he’s amazing ability to establish a connection with the person that he is teaching, he is a real peoples person. This is very important when you are learning to drive because even when I was at school the subjects that I done well in were the subjects where I had a good relationship with the teacher. Doug would let me make mistakes without judgement and then at the end of the drive, we would discuss the mistakes to find the best ways to help overcome them using a number of different materials like youtube clips, drawings and pictures and verbal communication Doug would also allow me to adapt the lesson to do what I wanted to do on the day, within reason, if I want go on a drive, practice parking or do mock tests he left it up to me to make the decision but guide me to follow the training plan that he put in place. I ended up passing on my fourth attempt however this was due to my nerves rather than Doug’s teaching. The car that I did lessons in was a Toyota Yaris Hybrid, which was a very nice car, with parking camera’s which help me a lot when I was doing a reverse bay park. Thank you Doug for all you help and assistance if I didn’t have you as a driving instructor then I don’t think I would be driving now.

Fantastic experience: After failing my first driving test I decided to switch instructor, I came across a car with d & a driving schools number on and decided to give them a try as it’s very hard to find automatic schools, Arzu was so friendly and made me feel more than comfortable! I explained the situation to her and decided when it was best to have lessons and how many I should have, she was very patient and understanding, every mistake I made was explained to me in the nicest way possible which helped me know where I was going wrong. Arzu made sure I was more than prepared for the test and gave me access to many resources that helped me understand not only how to drive but how to drive safely. Passed first time with her and couldn’t have been happier! The most amazing driving instructor in the area, would recommend to everyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: Dogu was a really thorough and strict teacher! He had a very good balance of humour, patience, knowledge and firmness. I was not the easiest of learners as I was under a lot of stress from some personal challenges at the time, but he prepared me so well that, the test seemed really easy in the end. I passed with 4 minors. I will definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I give *5 stars* for D& A driving school. I met Dogu (D&A driving school) after seeing his reviews on Google. I feel extremely fortunate for having him as my driving instructor. He is an excellent driving instructor. After thoroughly assessing the deficiencies in my driving, he tailored his teaching accordingly to sharpen my skills and I found this very useful. He used apps and videos to explain the various road rules. He was always encouraging, meticulous and very proficient in teaching. He is very keen on making his students pass the exam (unlike some other instructors). I found his strict mock exams extremely useful before my final practical test (automatic). He is also very friendly and helpful. Dogu is a star and recommend him for anyone taking the driving exam test.

Fantastic experience: PASSED MY DRIVING TEST TODAY first time with only a couple of minors !!!! , I Found Doug on google with only a few months till my test date. i owe so much to doug for all of his help throughout, he was so nice and calm and helped me so much , he is by far one of the best driving instructors and very professional. every lesson all the way up to my test was very beneficial and was always learning in every session and was always honest with me . i couldn't of passed my test today without him and I'm very greatful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: I learned To drive a manual with Doug he taught me across roughly six month and I passed after 25-30 hours of lessons first time with only two minors. He is a great instructor and let you learn at a good pace doesn’t rush things as is very patient with you when you are struggling. Highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Passed my test today! Had a great experience with Dag as an instructor. Dag was always calm, polite and affirmative. He corrected me on my mistakes, allowed me to grapple with the mistakes and allowed me to struggle too! Indeed a good learning experience.
