I had a few instructors before Sarj, my confidence had been chipped away at and it reflected in my mindset. Fantastic experience: I have years of driving experience back home in india but doing the same here with UK driving rules was tough to learn as i needed to earse the wrong learning but the good thing that sarj knew what to correct from the day 1 so he worked on those. I found his ways of teaching are different from others as he always corrects your mistakes be it minor or major just when you do those so that you remember it well next time. it might work good for those who doesn't get "switch off" unlike me. But things changed for me as well when i learned to be more focused towards the job in hand. I wish him and his pupils a best of luck for first time pass.

Negative experience: After Reading privious reviews i joined smart drive in Last week of May 2022 and finished recently took over 60 hours of lessons. I Failed my test yesterday took my test on a rented car as Mr Sarjit refused to give me his car for driving test saying i m not ready. I would have been passed easily if Mr Sarjit had worked on my weaknesses speciallay round abouts which i have requested him to give me extra time on it. But he said to me he want me learn all the driving skills on same time. Whats the point to pay for and not get what you are paying for? I took 60 plus hours lessons with Mr Sarjit plus learn my manuars with my friend seprately. While having driving lessons i have learnt there was no Planning by Mr Sarjit simply we go on the same route every time no spiral round about were covered. He did not work on my weaknesses even i had asked him to help me to improve my skills on round abouts about 2 Months ago. He only used Satnav twice during these over 60 lessons. Please bé aware about 60% percent you have to follow Satnav during test. Mr Sarjit had made me scared that my examinar Will not allow me to spend more than 10 to 15 minutes in test as i was not ready for my test. I took full test on a completly New car the only issue i had was Satnav and round abouts practice. Not recomended at all.
