Fantastic experience: So about this time last year I was learning to drive a C+E coming from Cat B car license. And it was a huge jump becuase let alone trucks I never even drove vans before, when I told my instructor that the first thing my instructor, Clem said, "it is a huge jump but it can be done". Clem is a really nice person and I got on well with him and we had a good understanding. He prepared me for my test within 5 days started on a Monday and passed on Friday and even I couldn't believe after I passed how did Clem get me ready within 5 days. I struggled to find something after I passed but luckily within 4-5 months after passing I managed to find something. Now I'm about 6-7 months into driving Class 1 trucks, when I'm out on the road I still remember and take on the things Clem told me "keep them wheels on the line, use as much as room you can to clear that tight turn". I really wish him the best and really appreciate it, unfortunately I couldn't see him after my test as he had left by then but hopefully he got the good news after. CRH in general are very professional with what they do and you won't be disappointed as long as you listen and have good discipline in learning you will get through this.

Fantastic experience: After previously attempting my class 1 license with another company and being unsuccessful, i decided to go with crh and i couldn’t be happier that i did. They are very professional and give plenty of instruction. I started my test with 0 unanswered questions and felt confident which resulted in a pass. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I used CRH for my B to C+E licence, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone here! Despite my reservations at doing my test somewhere unknown and an hour from home, every single member of staff was supportive and gave incredible advice. I had a week intensive course and between Josh and Clem, who I want to say a massive thank you to, they made sure I did my best and cracked it first time! In the end they made me feel so comfortable like I’d done it for years, even with the reversing! I would recommend CRH in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test at this test centre in November 2021. The examiner came to the test centre and we started the test from there. Unlike other training schools where you have to drive to a test centre, with CRH I didn't have to. I did a 1 day session and a test which was around £525. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for some HGV training centres to do car to C+E training and I wasn't sure who to go with a friend recommended CRH and everything he said was true about CRH. The Google reviews are accurate they deserve 5 star. I don't have enough words to describe this place. The owners Chris and Tracy are amazing and will go above and beyond for you, it's a family run business who take pride in their service. Amazing experience. Special shout out to CLEM who is a excellent top notch instructor who wants you to succeed and pass with flying colours. Fantastic experience: Attending CRH Training was recommended to me by one of my mates. Having completed ADR & CPC training here very recently, I too would thoroughly recommend them 100%. Chris is very knowledgeable, knows his stuff, humorous and makes what can by a very dry subject to teach easy to learn & absorb. Fantastic experience: Strongly reccomend this company. If you ever failed the test you know the stress on the training and final test again on next attemp. I've tried 2 different companies to pass my C+E after driving class 2 for over 3yrs and failed 3 times. I decided to have a go with this one as reccomended by my friend and pass first time without single minor on the test. Fantastic experience: After weeks of researching training centres all across the UK I finally settled on getting trained at CRH for CAT C+E. With CRH I passed from Car to Cat C+ E on first attempt. All I can say is this training centre is the real deal. Listen to the instructors and take on board everything they tell you and they will make you confident in handling a HGV. I want to personally " Thank " Josh , Clem and a special mention for Paul who made the additional 2 days training ( my choice ) pre test not only enjoyable but thoroughly informative. Once you get back from your drive for a break - Watch the very informative videos and more importantly make yourself a nice cuppa and relax ! .. ( I use to get in a few minutes early each day just to enjoy the lovely cup of tea on tap ) On hand excellent administration support form Tracy , Bethany and Will were spot on ! They are there to help you pass . Not forgetting Chris - Who's chat in the car park I simply remembered as " Keep checking those mirrors and the Blind spot over your right shoulder " Overall - This training centre is " The Special One " and I look forward to booking my ADR Training very soon . Fantastic experience: Review based on cpc Module 4. I turned up on day for 08.30am Training all information for Test given by Knowledgeable instructor & Training for all restraints needed to secure load. On the Test I was put at ease by calm & professional Examiner.I would Recommend for CPC Training. I did All my driver training with a different company for C+E(Top Gear also Good ) but CRH looks very professional & Reputable based on people I have spoken to & vehicles look well maintained & Told Driver Training is very good.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely chuffed to bits after passing my HGV class 1 today. I've never been in the trade before but after taking redundancy it's all I wanted to do, but I'd never heard of CRH with not being in the trade, a friend who is a hgv driver recommended them, so glad he did! From day one I was pleased, very professional and welcoming. My instructor was called Totty, he's got a wealth of knowledge and experience and taught me so much, every day I learned so much from him. Fantastic experience: My dream was to become a truck driver from childhood but life never took me on that journey. My friend put me in touch with CRH and I went in person to chat . Tracy was wonderful welcoming and gave me all of the advice I could have asked for . I took the course and I was totally shocked by the professionalism and care shown to me by everyone. I had 2 instructors during my course and I was taught every aspect in a way that was enjoyable. My first test sadly I failed I think nerves got the better of me but I had my retest and passed ! Fantastic experience: We did not legally need to do training to hitch, tow and reverse the caravan we have purchased, but my wife and I are so glad we did. Everybody we met at CRH was very friendly and Paul our instructor was excellent . Our reverse parking may still be a work in progress but thanks to him we are up to giving it a go. Highly recommended.

Patient, put me at ease and has great knowledge and a good teaching style. Chris the owner also took me out for an hour and he was brilliant also. Fantastic experience: I would 100 percent recommended this company, I failed my test at first and my second for the most stupid reasons and I’ve Never seen people upset for me, every single person there and office staff showed they cared and how gutted they was for me even gave me pointers when they were teaching other students and when I passed they were so happy for me you can tell they enjoy there job which is what you want, if I ever go class 1 it will definitely be here top to bottom they are brilliant!

Fantastic experience: I did my hgv class 2 reverse and driving test with this company and passed first time. The customer service from the ladies on reception has been superb and they have been very helpful (Tracey and Bethany I think their names are). My driving instructor Paul was professional and amazing. He made me feel very confident and comfortable and explained what I could improve on in a calm and friendly manner. He taught me a lot about driving a class 2 and made it easy for me to learn the skills to enable me to pass. I would like to thank this company so much and I would highly recommend them for hgv training. I will definitely come back to this company to do my class 1 in the near future. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend enough! All the staff are excellent, warm and welcoming and making you feel like very relaxed. They guided me through all the theory step by step and helped with revision material. Nothing was too much trouble. Once I went out on the road Paul the instructor was polite, reassuring, professional and above all created an environment where I enjoyed learning. I haven’t a single criticism, I don’t don’t do online reviews, but the service delivered by this firm needs recognition.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the caravan and motor home clubs awareness course that CRH were running on behalf of the club. I had thought of going else where with the club for my training but after reviewing CHR TRAINING on the web, I had an inkling I might get more for my money. I don’t think I was wrong! I’m a biker that drives a car so not thrilled at the prospect of driving and towing. Chris and Paul put me at my ease very quickly and gave me sound advice, simple solutions and time to practice the manoeuvres. I was well impressed with the setup at CRH. Now time to go and put the practice to use. I will see how I get on but I’m not ruling out going back for some of the 1-1 training to iron out any issues or what ifs I’m bound to come across whilst caravanning. Well done guys great weekend.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended the 1.5 day practical caravanning course run by Chris and Paul at CRH to learn how to couple, uncouple and reverse in a straight line and round corners, plus all the relevant theory - and it was excellent. It was good fun, very practical, with plenty of opportunity to ask Chris and Paul questions, and the other students. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Just finished my ADR training. Unlike the last time I did it, it was a refreshing change to have an instructor who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for any training requirements to use CRH.
