Fantastic experience: Issy is a fantastic driving instructor, I don’t even know where to begin! I switched instructors to Issy and looking back now it was the best decision! Even from before my first lesson I felt confident, due to him being in contact to break the first bit of ice between us. He was on time for every single lesson, even all the ones I booked at 6 in the morning in the dark and the cold! He is kind, patient, understanding and mostly encouraging. I felt relaxed behind the wheel every lesson in every car I had to drive! He has a very natural ability to make you feel comfortable and will teach at a pace that is right for you. Issy really is one of a kind and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to be taught by him and pass my test first time! I will miss all the chats we had during my lessons. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Issy enough - from the get go he made sure I was prepared and ready to go for our lessons finding out my previous experience and what I wanted to achieve through my lessons. He analysed my driving ability and tailored my lessons accordingly, he prompted me to get my theory and practical test booked so that I had something to work towards which was really encouraging and something I hadn’t experienced with other instructors. For someone who gets bored easily this really helped me stay motivated. Issy is a lovely person and we had lots of jokes on our lessons. Fantastic experience: I had been having driving lessons on and off for years and never fully felt comfortable so eventually just gave up. I started automatic driving lessons earlier this year with a different driving instructor who was not very reliable. For the last 8/10 weeks I had regular lessons with Issy who gave me my confidence back behind the wheel. When I went to test I passed first time with 0 faults and i genuinely believe this is down to Issys laid back and relaxed approach. He was always there with lots of valuable resources and instantly made me feel at ease. I would recommend Issy to anybody who needs that confidence boost back, I’ll miss my lessons!

Fantastic experience: I started with Issy in April of this year! I had done around 4 hours with another local driving instructor around 5 years before and due to their actions and conduct. I was completely thrown off learning and had my confidence shot. Flash forwards to 2024. I finally decide after much conversation and encourage from family and friends. I would give it one more shot. I found Issy via Google Searches and saw in his reviews he works with a lot of people with Anxiety and older learners. Issy was quick to get me booked in and before I knew it. I was in his lovely PEUGEOT 308 EV and was on the nursery route new leaners get took on. From the moment I met Issy I knew he was the who was going to help me get across the line. His teaching style is tailored to you and was something he asked me on day one aka Do I prefer a harder teaching approach or softer? What are my concerns? Any pain points? Anything I think I am already okay or good at? Issy runs the lesson very flexible as well. While there is a syllabus to cover, I found he always made time in the lesson to work on the bits I felt I needed work on. Lastly, Issy is always on top of communication via Whats app and I never felt like I had to chase him for a reply which is a big help when trying to look for cancellations. In conclusion. Thanks to Issy's calm, informative and fun but also stern when needed approach. I went from panic attacks and tears at the wheel to passing my test with only four minors on the 17th of Oct 2024. A feat I never thought possible due to my learning and coordination disabilities. I will miss our chats and coming up with new nicknames to remember roads better like Stanks A46 fake out and signing Mandatory stop when ever I saw the sign (Maybe sorry for that one ). Issy was professional, patient, and always supportive. Issy's feedback during the mock test helped to polish my weak areas just one week before the test. Fantastic experience: Issy was a fantastic instructor and I highly recommend him. As a newcomer to the world of driving, I was in desperate need of an instructor whose approach was more "practical" and less "panic attack." Issys lessons were not just educational but insanely entertaining. While lesser instructors may have shrieked at my creative interpretations of a roundabout, Issy simply carried on, nodding serenely as my "fans" behind us cheered with a chorus of supportive honks. I'd exit the car looking like I'd aged a decade, while Issy reined me in with humour and wisdom. As the weeks flew by, Issy's wisdom kicked in. His signature slogans he'd repeat incessantly were suddenly echoing in my mind during solo drives improving my confidence. Finally I have my driving license and can finally pick up my kid from school on my own! Thank you once again Issy!

Fantastic experience: It was bit tight for me- I didnt have a lot of time left before my International License ran out of validity and I only had time to squeeze in a handful of lessons before the test. Issy was instrumental in me being ready to clear the test. He is very knowledgeable and very quickly understands any potential problem areas that need improvement and focuses on helping you overcome them. He is super cool which rubs off and I myself was as calm as I could be when taking the test. Couldnt have it without you Issy!

Positive experience: I got the learning lessons from Ismail and it was a pleasant experience. I am very happy with his friendly behaviours, his style of arranging the sessions, give freedom to drive. But I personally think that the frequency of class should be increased and two hours class is a challenge. I prefer 1 hour class and 3/4 times in a week. Fantastic experience: Issy is an excellent driving instructor, and his teaching approach was the key to earning my license. I worked with a few instructors before finding Issy and can therefore say he is the best in Leamington/Warwick! I took roughly 27 hours of instruction over the course of a year (due to my test being moved back several times) and passed on the first test with 1 minor fault. Throughout my time with Issy, he was clear with how many lessons he predicted I may need to be ready to pass, and he was completely right. Aside from this, he is also very kind and personable with his students' best interests at heart, generously sharing his local knowledge beyond driving.

Fantastic experience: I had countless lessons before with different drivers, but Issy made my driving exceptionally good. In just 4 lessons he made sure that all of my faults were corrected, then the practice went well. Roundabouts, one way system, parking, road signs and marking, were corrected in such simple pleasant explaining that it's nearly impossible to make mistakes. He helped me to be able to read the road signs on dual carriageway very quickly by making sure you'll understand in a fraction what's on the sign and what are you look for. I felt that he provided exceptional service for any penny I paid. He never got impatient, frustrated nor angry. Because he was calm and patient my learning was super fast. The multitude of videos he send (that you might find annoying at the beginning) were so helpful and saves you time to search on Internet. He makes sure you answer correctly all the tell me show me questions. Thanks Issy!

Fantastic experience: I had taken a 10 year break from learning how to drive and was very nervous at first, but Issy put me at ease straight away - managing my many wobbles calmly and with good humour! Issy prepared me so well to take the test (and for driving in general) giving lots of practical advice, such as booking my test date straight away and having something to aim for, and his broadcast messages with videos were also extremely helpful. Even when I returned to work close to my test date and he was getting booked up quickly, he was extremely flexible to make sure that I could get my practice in and had the best possible chance of passing. Learning how to drive was such a huge obstacle for me and with Issy's guidance I managed to do it first time with only a few minors (thanks to his perfectionism!), so I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Issy is an amazing instructor and without his guidance, help and brilliant teaching I would not have passed my driving test. From our first lesson Issy created a calm atmosphere and all those first hand driving nerves soon went! Knowing how much I wanted to pass my test, Issy tailored each of my lessons to help me achieve my end goal of a pass. He helped me to learn skills such as manoeuvres which I really found difficult. Issy is a truly dedicated instructor, very friendly which helps those nerves, calm (which is very important!) We always had a good laugh and chat. He truley wants to help his pupils achieve such a big life goal such as driving. Issy is 100% committed, always punctual and always kept every lesson I had booked. His text broadcasts are excellent as they advise of any cancellations he has, new and upcoming driving news, useful information and the occasional funny meme! Issy always would reply to pupils as soon as he could and his communication over all is tip top! If anyone is looking for an instructor and needs someone who is calm, committed to their job, who goes over and beyond in their teaching then Issy is definitely your guy! I was so nervous about driving in the UK for the first time but he made it so easy, it felt like I was catching up with an old friend, he's got great sense of humour and he sure knows how to teach and correct your mistakes without making you feel like an idiot lol. Fantastic experience: Very calm and composed, never looses cool even when you are making mistakes. Became more of a friend and someone we trust with our problems than anything. Very flexible and tried to accommodate early classes even when he does not work that early, always giving good advise.

I have taken lessons from different instructors in last couple of years and faced disappointment because of their money making mindset. Ismail is honest and transparent and does not have money making mindset. His genuineness and coaching skills are incomparable. I highly recommend Ismail as a driving instructor.

He is responsive and quick to communicate, working around your schedule to get you behind the wheel. His learner car is great to drive and well maintained and you get really comfortable and confident driving it. As an instructor, I cannot recommend him enough. He is honest and builds you up from the first lesson, letting you know your strengths and weaknesses behind the wheel. You then work on those in a way that feels really supportive.

I have dyslexia and Issy took note of that and re_worded instructions to help me to understand which I found extremely helpful. Fantastic experience: Ismail has been such a great instructor. He is patient and honest in terms of the rate at which you are progressing which is especially useful if you have your test booked and are working towards that deadline. Lessons are always a laugh but at the same time he pushes you to progress and out of your comfort zone to enable you to make the most out of the lessons with him. 5* definitely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Started lessons with Issy on 3-Sep-2022 and today, 26-Nov-2022, passed my Driving Test in the first attempt. Took 14 lessons with him and had always had his support, even when I booked my test at 2-days' notice and at 8 in the morning, or when my car battery died, and he came immediately to jump-start my car. Issy helped me, a new person in the country, settle in not only with the driving lessons but also with life in the UK in general. Although I had previous driving experience, Issy helped me understand and assimilate the different driving rules in the UK. It was a great driving and learning experience with him and would recommend him to anyone wanting to learn driving in the UK, in an automatic, and living around Leamington.
