Negative experience: Worst instructor in the whole of Birmingham he took money from my family and did not turn up when it was time for the lessons and won’t pick up the phone when we try and reach him

Negative experience: Very unprofessional experience with this instructor. 1. Expected me to drive his previous lesson back home even though he was told it was my first ever driving lesson 2. I stayed in the passenger seat the whole lesson as he taught by saying “ just watch how I drive” . 3 . Was on the phone arguing during the whole time while driving. 4 . He drove home without communicating where he is going during my “ lesson “ forgot his phone so had to drive back wasting even more time . By the time the lesson was meant to start it was already 40 mins late . 5 . Now is refusing to give me a refund for his unprofessional behaviour and absolute waste of time considering he had taught nothing and no driving was done during the “lesson”. His excuse is he needed to send me videos to watch before the lesson started . We organised the lesson days before so he had plenty of time to send . Just unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I had a cancellation booked in kingstanding, Ansar managed to book me in on a weeks notice, give me a lesson just to see how my driving was, and another lesson before the test, whilst also still managing to fit in our Friday prayer. All in all, he got me a pass with 2 minors in 2 lessons! The most relaxed instructor ever.

Fantastic experience: Despite the car being damaged the day before my test Ansar showed lots of dedication in order to get this issue fixed before my test. In which I passed first time with 1 minor thanks to his help as he helped me brush up on a few errors I made just before the test.

Negative experience: The most useless instructor I've had. He came with his kid on his backseat to class. Then he went to school to pickup his other kids and then dropped them at home. Then he went to city centre to pickup his pupil who took the wheels from there. He was always on his phone texting others. A total Waste of money. Response to your comment: Not surprised you don't remember me as you were on your phone throughout the class. Please be respectful to your pupils and their time.

Negative experience: Paid for 10 hrs, driving instructor came late several times, was looking on his phone, one occasion he didn’t show up, constantly looking on his phone during driving lessons. Another occasion he was rescheduling the lesson during the lesson saying he wants to go shopping with his wife. Didn’t felt like I was actually learning anything. Bottom line is man is looking to take as much money as he can, and not caring about the learners. Just a heads up. Don’t waste your money. Had in total 8 hrs and the rest of the money he didn’t paid it back. Loss of time, energy and money.

Fantastic experience: I was in desperate need of an instructor because I had a test booked and my previous instructor caused me a lot of issues. Thankfully Ansar responded and managed to fit me in. The few lessons we had before the test were great he helped me sort out my problems, taught me things I wasn’t taught before and was patient in his style of teaching which I liked. I’m so happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone looking for an instructor.

Negative experience: Horrible service and poor professionalism! I called to book lessons; he didn't pick up immediately but called back shortly after and was surprisingly hostile; I ignored it and moved on as I figured it's probably because I called a few times disregarding that he could have been busy. Fast forward, I managed to set a date to begin; he asked me to send some details on WhatsApp, I did so and he never replied; I called he never picked up neither did he call back. Was such a waste days of enquiry!!! I would never recommend.
