Matt Shurmer Driving School

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test today, 1st time!! And I owe it all to Matt Shurmer Driving School! I can't begin to explain how happy I am! I found Matt when I searched for automatic driving lessons in my area (Orpington/Bromley) and he happened to live close and had availability, so the date was set for my very first driving lesson ever!! I must admit I was nervous, as not only am i nearing the end of my thirties, but with my ADHD I can struggle to retain certain information and had never ever driven before! I knew almost immediately that he was the instructor for me! Matt was wonderfully patient and calm and he really put me at ease from that very first lesson. He really made the learning experience itself easy to grasp with his understanding and patient style of teaching, we also had plenty of laughs along the way! I didn't think passing my test would be bitter sweet but I am truly going to miss our lessons so much! Learning to drive has honestly been (and probably always will be) one of the loveliest experiences I've had in my life mostly due to my wonderful instructor. I honestly cannot recommend Matt Shurmer Driving School enough!! Thank you Matt for everything!! (I'll see you soon for the motorway lesson!)

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I passed my automatic driving test at West Wickham Bromley today! I chose Matt for my automatic driving lessons after asking for recommendations from some of my friends in Orpington. Fantastic experience: My best decision after struggling to take Manual driving lessons was to switch to Automatic lessons in Orpington with Matt. I am so grateful for his helpful and calming attitude during my lessons and this has made me a much more confident driver as I progress in my driving journey. I would definitely recommend Matt to friends and family or anyone wanting to learn to drive as Matt's teaching methods are excellent and adaptable to anyone. I expected driving to be very tough, and at times I was nervous, but Matt pushed me into being a better driver and I cannot thank him enough!

Matt has been a pleasure to learn from and very thorough in his teaching, giving you everything you need to pass your driving test confidently. His teaching methods are outstanding and something I will carry on during my driving for a long time. He clearly has a lot of experience and can easily pass that on with clarity, putting pupils at ease straight away with his calm energy. I struggled massively with test anxiety and Matt just gave me all the tools I needed to pass the first time with only one fault. Fantastic experience: I chose to use Matt shurmer driving school to learn for my automatic driving lessons in the Bromley area because Matt taught my sister and she passed first time and couldn't recommend him enough.
