Fantastic experience: I had good experience learning to drive with my instructor jawad.

Negative experience: Was TRAUMATISED by instructor Nafees. Horrible attitude, always emotional blackmailing me and force me to smile during the lesson, always tell me I did something wrong but did not tell me how to fix my problems, on the phone during lesson talking to different people, taking forever and refuse to move on to the next topic when I am clearing ready for it. MOST SERIOUSLY: He did not show up to a lesson and I was waiting there like an idiot for half an hour. When I called him he told me "I am on a vacation" THEN WHY TF YOU SCHEDULED MY LESSON ON THAT DAY if you alr know you are not even in the country. He also showed up late in a few lessons but did not make up the time. Nafees, if you see this, please work on yourself in 2025 :) You have done a terrible job so far and now I am with a much better coach although i'm paying a lot more, at least I am much happier :)

Fantastic experience: My daughter used Leap for her driving lessons the instructor Manan was great so kind and knowledgable. She didn’t need lots of lessons with him and she is a very good driver. He gave advise on getting a test as we were waiting so long and she also passed first time so happy for her. Thank you Manan for all your help. I cannot recommend Manan from Leap driving enough.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being taught by my instructor, Nafees, and over the course of 2 months with weekly lessons, I became fully prepared for my driving test. Thanks to his guidance, I passed with only 1 minor. Nafees is an incredibly calm and patient teacher, especially in stressful situations, which really helped build my confidence on the road. He takes the time to go in-depth into the theory behind different road situations, ensuring that you understand the reasoning behind every decision. Positive experience: Thrilled to announce my driving test pass certificate, from Guildford Driving test centre with 1 minor, third attempt but the journey was worthwhile. Thanks to my instructor, Mr. Shabir for being patient with me throughout my test journey. From guidance with individual specific Dos and Donts to booking the test for me, he has been very supportive with all aspects. Highly recommended but ensure to make your own notes as well on your faults you do throughout the whole process and keep reading them daily so you don’t repeat those faults.

Fantastic experience: Before leap driving centre I had tried 2 different instructors and done countless lessons but didn’t manage to get anywhere but as soon as I started doing lessons with Mr Shabir it took me roughly a month to go from knowing barely anything to passing my test yesterday, would definitely recommend if it’s your first time learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: Jawad is such a brilliant instructor. I had the most amazing experience with him teaching me how to drive. I was not driving in my home country so he literally taught me everything from scratch. He was patient, supportive and extremely professional. I passed my first attempt and I can’t thank him enough for that. People told me that your instructor would teach you on exam routes but Jawad actually taught me how to drive not just to pass the exam, he taught me how to scan the road and its markings and signs, how to prepare for any situation on the road and deal with it. He taught me how to be a safe driver and on top of that, I passed on my first attempt:D

Fantastic experience: Amjad Nafees told me that he won’t just help me pass but will make me an all round better driver and that is something he has delivered on. I passed my test practical today in automatic and I am so happy and grateful to Amjad and Leap driving school. Fantastic experience: I passed first time with Jawad and had 0 faults. He was really calm and patient throughout my whole process of learning which made me learn quickly. When I first started driving I wasn’t confident in driving, Jawad noticed my weaknesses in certain areas and guided me the whole time, taught me every rule I needed to know, practiced very thoroughly and took me to every route which is why I passed with no faults. He is also very good at teaching parking and makes it very very easy.

Fantastic experience: I am quite pleased with the service provided by the centre. I worked with two instructors here, Shameer and Shabir. Both of them were really helpful and patient. I always felt comfortable during my lessons. I had to get an earlier test date as that's the only one I was able to book on short notice and the centre was able to arrange a second instructor to help me take my test. Passed on first attempt. I am really pleased with the service!

Fantastic experience: I Called leap Driving school after being let down and explained my situation. Shabir, did some administrative magic and managed to fit me in for a 25-hour intensive at a week's notice and taught me to such a high standard. that I passed 1st time with only one minor, Genuinely couldn't recommend them enough! there was one instance that really stood out to me i made a mistake early in my training and Shabir broke it down why I made the mistake in detail. he then told me how I need to avoid it I then went through the same scenario again and I successfully completed it. Shabir then broke down again why it worked that time reenforcing the good and building up my confidence massively. the standard of education delivers by Leap Driving Center is genuinely 2nd to none. Fantastic experience: I’m super happy with this driving company. I have been struggling to pass my test and once i changed my instructor it has made a huge difference. I signed up to have driving lessons with Mr.Shabir and I can’t emphasize enough that how much he has elevated my driving skills over a very short time which allowed me to pass my test straight away.

But Jawad put me back together, more than helping me refined my driving skills and prepare me for the test he helped me put faith in myself again and changed my whole outlook in driving. He helped me get over my fears and anxieties by being very patient with me and encouraging at all times. Jawad was dedicated to cover in his lessons the foundational technical skills in driving that are essential in passing the driving test. He is knowledgable and is equipped with student-centered teaching methods and strategies. He has exceptional assessment and intervention skills which I believe is very important for a driving instructor to master. “Experience teacher notice when a learner commits mistakes, assess the problem and select an appropriate intervention.” Jawad knows all about this stuff - how to assess and intervene effectively. He knows when I misunderstand a concept and takes action and tailor his lessons on my own needs. He would patiently try to understand the reason behind my errors, then he intervenes by responding appropriately. Jawad’s observational skills is impeccable. He diagnose my errors in minute details, corrects them but never made me feel that I’m being criticised for making mistakes. He helped me built back my confidence by allowing me to make mistakes, patiently give me time to practice and then correct my errors accordingly.
