Fantastic experience: TAL are an excellent company to work with, I am very happy I chose them to get my C+E license. They give a shit about getting you the license you need. Emma was absolutely great sorting out the tests I needed to do, If you’re unsure the steps you need to take go with TAL and they will walk you through everything. Steve and Mark are excellent, knowledgeable and fair instructors, I had a great time learning to drive an HGV with them.

Gave some great explanations and techniques to be able to drive the hgv properly. With bus and coach experience I picked it up extremely quick with his help 100% recommend this training provider. Fantastic experience: I have just passed my Class 2 with TAL training and i can't recommend them enough. Emma was brilliant with working around my schedule and made it all easy for me. Mark is a brilliant instructor he is calm and always giving the best instructions while driving and help me a lot when i failed the test in C+E to get straight back and do the C class. Steve was great he gave great advice while i was doing my C class.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, Emma made the booking process very easy and was able to accommodate my shift pattern without any issue. All the forms were filled out so that there weren’t any unnecessary errors and the online training provided for the theory was spot on. I was very nervous before starting the driving course but Steve and Mark gave me a massive confidence boost and I passed my Cat C first time round!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed and passed my D1 training with TAL Training. From the very first moment I contacted this company and spoke with Emma, they have been nothing short of exceptional in every way. Every step required was explained clearly, no hidden surprises or additional costs. While I had a few issues related to my medical it wasn't a problem for them and they easily overcame the delays this caused. I eventually embarked on my training with Mark as my instructor. Mark put me at ease from the outset, he explained everything that would be required of me in a clear fashion, and showed the patience of a Saint! The outcome was that I passed all 3 sections required at my first attempt and will be forever grateful. If you are considering doing any training that this company supply I would urge you to put them top of your list. The price point is excellent, the communication is excellent and the delivery of training is excellent. TAL Training delivered on every level and I would highly recommend them to you.

From meeting Emma and her completing all the paperwork and arranging my medical and advising me of the process, to Mark explaining everything to do with the practical, driving elements, it was great. Fantastic experience: Recently done a caravan and trailer course (B+E) at TAL. Mark was a fantastic teacher who explained everything very well. We went out for a drive to get use to driving with the trailer. Back at the yard we went through the process of hooking up the trailer and then done some reversing practise which was really helpful. Will be returning soon to do HGV would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone, but particularly if you are existing ambulance staff needing to upgrade your licences, and are looking for a no-nonsense and respectful approach. Tired of dealing with time-wasting companies seeking to bill me exorbitant amounts for a familiarisation and test, I called the TAL Training team to find a more reasonable quote for a C1 licence practical. From the get-go, both Emma and Mark were understanding of my circumstances, and willing to discuss what they thought was most beneficial for me given their experience, and my recent driver training history (accustomed to driving large B-class vehicles, recently completed CERAD, and independently sorted all other aspects of medical and theory). Within a few hours I had a date for a familiarisation and test (both the same day), and a reasoned quote with all details of what to expect. On the day, after necessary checks, Mark took me out on local roads to experience the range of situation likely to emerge during the test (we didn't have time to drive on the test routes), and sorted out the reversing exercise on their approved course with an independent assessor. Great constructive feedback and pointers throughout, resulting in me achieving a pass with 1 minor (MSM). Thanks again to the TAL team for your help and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant at first because i was referred to TAL training by my previous training provider that I passed with EMMS transport because da main man who was in charge of CPC was on holiday for 3 weeks and I couldn't wait because I got a job lined up.. Anyhoo, I showed up at TAL training and was met with a warm welcome by Steve, trained and talked me through da process of da test showed me things and gave me da confidence I lacked at da beginning. Then Mark da examiner turned up and he was da coolest dude you'd ever come across, once you know what you're doing you will get a pass. I will 100% recommend to friends and family. Fantastic experience: Believe the review hype! The team at TAL are amazing. I recently came back to do my D1+E training and test with them (after doing my D1 and having a great experience) which was a great few days. On both occasions I have had the pleasure of having Mark be my driving instructor and it’s worth pointing out that whilst he knows everything you need to cover to have the best chance of passing; his real talent is his fantastic approach and adaptability to training. He very quickly found out what I needed help with and expertly coached me through the process. From the more administrative side; Emma was a delight to talk to, she’s super organised and everything was effortlessly streamlined so I could simply focus on the driving, the genuine care for all of their clients that I witnessed and felt was just the icing on the cake. A great group of people that have really helped me in my career requirements and aspirations! If you read this, thanks again guys!

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say……I was fairly confident going into my Class 1 training but as soon as I walked through the door Mark was brilliant. Very friendly and approachable. Made me feel at ease from the first minute. His training style, knowledge and delivery are exceptional! He answered all my queries in detail and in a way that you absorb straight away. Definitely a credit to the company. On the admin side of things Emma was equally brilliant. I had an issue with the DVLA which by myself was unable to clear up as trying to get through to them is near on impossible at times. However, Emma wrote a letter of complaint highlighting the issues and within 10 days I had my licence back. Without Emma’s input would probably still be waiting. Again Emma is also a very professional and integral part of the company. Needless to say I passed confidently and I can’t praise TAL Training enough and will certainly be recommending them to any family or friends for any training of their nature. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thanks guys 10/10!!
