Fantastic experience: Passed with John H with only 1 minor, couldn’t ask for a better instructor

Fantastic experience: I passed my test first time! I had such a great driving instructor, John in Rochester was such a fantastic instructor and motivator.

Negative experience: If you get Alex assigned as your driving instructor, don't bother and go with another company. He will turn up late, talk about himself (and his ex wife) constantly, I feel like I wasted so much money sitting there listening to him go on about stuff that wasn't at all relevant to driving. He would sometimes keep me past my lesson time rambling on and on and on, no respect for my time whatsoever. There was also no lesson structure at all, he'd forget everything I had learned each week and kept moving my test date because he clearly couldn't be bothered to remember or teach me some stuff until the last minute. Awful.

Fantastic experience: I have been using A Class for about 18 months now with over 100+ hours I am on my third instructor! my first was OK but I felt he lost patience with me and passed me to another instructor. I did 50+ hours with her but felt she was looking for perfection and she kept telling me to push my test back as she didn't feel I was ready, so I decided to contact A Class to request someone else as I felt we were not a very good fit anymore. I had no confidence even with all those hours behind me! I was then passed to Zane and honestly I feel it was 3rd time lucky. I have only had 3 lessons and feel my confidence is growing! He is patient and doesn't make me feel stupid if I make a mistake. (I'm only human after all!) and he is encouraging me to test soon! I can't wait to attempt my test!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend John W. I had 16 automatic lessons with him and couldn't have passed without him. John made sure I knew everything needed to pass before my test, and even more on top!
