Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with Martin on Saturday 23rd November in Cubbington, conditions were not ideal with wind and rain but he worked through it with a lighthearted approach giving us time to warm up when needed. He was professional and a very knowledgeable about the training and bikes answering any questions we had with ease. Came away with lots of confidence on the bike and many key fundamentals for riding a bike safely on the roads. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT yesterday and was really impressed. The guys are more than experts in their field and shared their knowledge brilliantly. Safety was obviously their priority but they also wanted you to feel at home and relaxed whilst you were learning. Bikes were new and well looked after and i couldn't be happier. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend to anybody who is either considering learning to ride a bike or is thinking about taking some lessons before doing their big bike exams. Both Lee and Martin really care about your and others safety on the road and put lots of effort into ensuring that. Also, having had experience of learning with each of them, I can tell they both have a great approach to teaching - very calm with a great sense of humour - they tailor their style to your specific needs.

Fantastic experience: Having not ridden a motorcycle for over 30 years I decided it was best to do a refresher. Martin, Lee and the Phoenix team were great, they talked me through the options and what I required. The training day began with basics on a 125cc bike to get used to riding again and fine tune my handling skills. The excitement then began as we went out on the road. With Martin’s patient guidance and persistence my confidence came back and I began to enjoy the ride. Once on the bigger bike I thoroughly enjoyed myself and knew going back on a bike was for me. I would definitely recommend Phoenix, and Martin and Lee to anyone looking to do any motorcycle training. Fantastic experience: I passed my CBT here with Martin. The training was really well structured and engaging. Martin was very patient and great at helping us build confidence on the bike.

Fantastic experience: Solid training and lots of fun. After having my CBT for a while, took my full license training with Lee. Efficient and to the point. More importantly, I definitely learnt a lot on how to be a safer rider, developed my skills and corrected my bad habits, which are things often neglected. Since it is also a results oriented experience, the outcome was a straight pass. As an added bonus, I got a taster of advanced training on the ride from the test center to the premises.

Fantastic experience: I made my CBT with Martin and it was amazing! I had a million doubts and was afraid that I will not be able to ride again after my accident. But let me tell you that Martin is a genius instructor and knows what he wants from you and how to get it! I finished the CBT on a tremendous rainy day but leading our group because I was confident and I owe it all to him. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you Martin!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently returned to riding after a break of approximately 12 years. Due to the change in road conditions and volume of traffic on the roads, I felt it would be a good idea to attend a back to biking course, just to brush up on my skills. I had a great day with Martin and Lee. Had a brief refresher in slower riding and a whiteboard "discussion" re road positioning etc. Martin took my out on the roads with intercom insitu and rode various different roads twisty, faster and dual carriageway etc. Highly recommended as a refresher and brush up on your skills. Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic day with Martin doing our CBT. My partner had never ridden before, I did my CBT about 11 years ago and rode for a very short time so I was really starting from scratch. Martin explained everything very well, was very patient and has a lot of riding experience. My partner was quite nervous to start with and he did a great job of putting her at ease and giving her extra attention on the road so she could feel confident by the end. He also tailored his advice for the kind of riding we are interested in and gave us great kit advice. We really felt like we got more out of it, than just the basics. Thanks Martin!

Fantastic experience: Superb CBT training centre and staff. Lee and Martin are both extremely knowledgeable, but also very patient and helpful when delivering their training to new riders. A long, but thoroughly enjoyable day. As a complete newbie to riding, i decided to book onto the 1hr taster course a week or two before the date of my actual CBT (and I have no doubt that this helped me reduced nerves and gain some experience before the day of the CBT). Already looking forward to returning for my Direct Access course (and beyond). Highly recommended......

Fantastic experience: I found the paddock work stressful but Martin is extremely patient and recognised my over thinking. Once out on the road, not having to remember the imagined scenario and instructions, it all fell into place naturally! I've now started to feel enthusiastic about continuing my bike journey. I even feel confident with to get straight out there on my own but will try to get straight up to the bigger bikes so I can get on my Triumph. And of course that ongoing training will be with Phoenix Leamington Spa!

Fantastic experience: Lee has instructed me through all of my DAS training to get me my full licence and it has been great. Lee was very welcoming and knowledgeable and always put safety first but made it fun and I had a laugh every time. Fantastic experience: I'd not rode a manual motorcycle for 20 years or More and only up to a 250cc. From my first assessment on a larger cc bike to passing my Mod1 and Mod2 test I can say that my instructor Lee was great, built up my confidence steadily, a high understanding of peoples abilities and installs a belief in every trainee. The T in CBT is training and Martin has excelled at using his skills and experience to train and ensure the day covered everything necessary for getting me safely and competently on the road. But his knowledge, understanding and listening meant that the whole day felt beyond basic and an aid to my long term riding goals. Truly encouraging. (not a bot, really was a great day, with my own personal highs and lows)

Fantastic experience: Did both my Mod 1+2 with Lee who brought a lot of patience and knowledge to the training. It wasn't just about passing the test but making a better rider out of you with his experience. Would recommend to anyone who wants to do their motorcycle licence, whatever the level.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this place more, I had Martin instruct me all day and he’s the loveliest man I’ve ever met. Was so easy to figure out what I had to do because he put it so simply for me. I started the day nervous, and ended the day with my CBT feeling so proud of myself. Fantastic experience: The day went super fast, I had a lot of fun and learnt a lot more than I expected to. Martin was absolutely brilliant! I went with a friend and we were both riding with confidence in only a few hours. Definitely booking here again if I need to do my CBT again.

Fantastic experience: Very professional company and extremely patient instructors - with multiple different methods of imparting that all important safety and technical information. Had an absolute blast despite the searing June heat and my instructor(s) Martin (and Lee - who gave us our pre-road ride briefing) had both a massive amount of experience, genuinely cared about our safety and most important (for me at least) had a sense of humour (when appropriate) even when things weren't going quite right. Which helped to keep me calm and focused - all in all, couldn't have asked for a better combination. Passed my CBT despite being incredibly nervous and I owe that to the guys at Phoenix, will definitely be coming back to them for the bigger bikes as soon as I'm able. Thank you again guys.

Fantastic experience: Hello to phoenix motorcycle training guys. My experience with these guys was brilliant martin and lee are very helpful and knowledgeable and passionate about motorbikes. I enjoyed every minute of my day with them both. Doing my CBT course with Martin was great he is very patient and clear with his instructions of what I needed to do on the CBT course for the day. I had great communication between myself and martin and lee. these guys deserve a a lot of credit for what they do. So what do I really think well I say go to phoenix motorcycle training book a course CBT or MOD1/MOD2 and go for it you wont regret it thankyou lee and martin.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. Very professional and informative yet also additionally insightful to what to expect in real world motorcycling. Great laughs through the day made it go that much quicker and make it an all-round great experience. Fantastic experience: We had Martin taking us through our CBT yesterday. He’s brilliant! Really knowledgeable, informative and super-patient. He comprehensively took us through the 5 elements in a simple but structured fashion, and despite dreadful weather (hail and snow at one point…), Martin persisted throughout the day to ensure we walked away with the skills we need to ride confidently and safely. Would give 6 stars if I could, and will certainly be returning to complete mod 1 and 2 with Phoenix Keep up the fantastic work team!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my time at Phoenix with Alex, Lee & Martin. I was with 2 others and we felt right at home right away and was able to be ourselves. The training was thorough and was in a easy step by step process. Unfortunately some of the training at the very start was a tad disrupting due to the nature of it's location/facility. Phoenix works out of a nice cosy car garage rather than a dedicated building, but with that in mind, while some other training was happening on site with bigger bikes, it was difficult at times to hear our instructor go through the first part of our training. Alex was a fantastic instructor when we went out for my 2 hour ride. Firm but reassuring as we was now on the public road and it was my first ever time on a motorbike. How ever when you got it right and listened to their instructions they were very positive and confidence inspiring! All the instructors were great listeners and took in any issues or advice you had. The one way communication system you have to wear was great but was very loud in your ear. This and the noise in the training area were the only bad things. There was easy access to toilets and we was allowed to stop for any physical or mental breaks as it is a very long day of learning. If you are nervous or have any anxiety issues like I had you can let them know a head of time and they can accommodate for this. Overall it was a great day out with some great people!

Fantastic experience: I have been riding for a couple of years and came here (50 mi from home) for a new CBT on the strength of previous good reviews. I was not disappointed. The instructors were friendly and professional, masters of their material, and helpful and encouraging when in the paddock and on the road. Martin gave me some tips to improve my riding and helped me to become aware of some habits I didn’t know I had. I would strongly recommend and look forward to coming back for more training in the future.

Fantastic experience: I recently got my CBT at Phoenix Training in Leamington Spa and had a fantastic experience. The staff were all brilliant, but a special shout-out to my instructor, Alexandra. She was incredibly patient, even though English isn't my first language. Throughout the training, Alexandra gave me clear feedback on both my mistakes and my good riding habits. I felt safe and supported the entire time. Even though I had some prior experience riding, Alexandra offered tons of helpful tips that improved my overall skills. I highly recommend Phoenix Training to anyone looking for a friendly and professional environment to get their CBT.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic all round. I went for my CBT and the whole team were amazing with me, having never ridden any sort of bike or scooter prior Lee, Alex and Martin were patient clear with their instructions and understanding in my inability at first. They would not let me on the road until they and myself were completely confident that I was going to be safe not just for me but also for other road users. I would very highly recommend them for all your motorcycle training needs and I will be be going back to do my DAS with them. Amazing experience all in all.

Fantastic experience: Took my 1st part of the test today CBT having not been on a bike for over 15 years both instructors where amazing and patient and very good at there job they made sure I was fully in control of the motorbike, before taking me out on the road Myself and the instructor had an amazing 2 hour ride after a full day of training I'll be booking my 'A' license tomorrow. Fantastic experience: I've successfully completed my training and tests with the help of Lee Cleeton, who is well experienced, cool and confident instructor. Lee did exceeded my expectations in every aspect and provided constructive feedback regularly through out my journey. I highly recommend the innovative and effective training methods adopted here. I'm thankful to all the team, who also provides training during the weekends.

Fantastic experience: Lee and Alex were very knowledgeable and explained the exercises and gave instructions clearly. They were very patient with all the riders and accommodating. The bikes performed well ( one was not in a good mood and kept dying in idle, but it's being replaced and it didn't cause any major disruption) The 2h ride on the road was very well structured. Stopping for debriefs and checking how I was feeling was really good and kept me motivated. It was a really good day and will be coming back soon for my unrestricted practical.

Fantastic experience: Both Martin and Alex were amazing. Both very knowledgeable and have great teaching skills. Fantastic experience: As someone who had never ridden a bike before I wasn’t sure how nervous I would be, but Lee and Alex were both really patient and helped me through whenever I got frustrated or was struggling and didn’t give up. Had a really fun day and managed to get my CBT certificate. I would definitely go back in future for my license training.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my training with Phoenix Leamington Spa after passing my Mod 2 test with no rider faults. Lee and the team were great at every step (I also did my CBT here before my DAS) and I would recommend them to anyone who is after their bike licence. You're made to feel instantly at home and the tutoring and advice is always well thought out and communicated in a way that allows you to fully understand the 'why' and the 'how'. Support was given when I was unsure about certain situations or techniques to allow me to fully get to grips with the big bikes. Now to go and buy one......

Fantastic experience: Well at the age of 53 I was a bit nervous to begin with Lee and Alex really calmed me down with there experience and teaching. The great thing I liked was if you don’t get it right the first time Lee or Alex would guild you though with different techniques which worked wonders for me. I’m pleased to say I passed my Cbt due to them both , also the bikes we used in training were superb, and I will be going back once I pass the theory test as my plan was to get a full bike licence. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Lee, Alex & Martin more highly for your bike training! Booked last minute to re-do my expired CBT, and from first contact right up until goodbye the whole team were friendly, professional and a proper good laugh! I felt safe and looked after for the whole experience, but they gave me space and distance to learn in my own way (they’ve also go nice bikes - pleasure to ride!) I have finally found the right place to do my DAS and I’m so excited to get that done soon with these guys ☺️ It’s nice to see a female instructor so I’ll 100% be recommending phoenix to any women wanting to get into biking because Alex it’s so down to earth and friendly

Fantastic experience: All of the 5* reviews say it all. Extremely glad I chose this training school. Went from CBT to DAS with Lee. Really relaxed teaching, spent a bit extra time with me when needed, had a laugh along the way and went away with the skills needed to ride safely and a first time pass.

Fantastic experience: After taking my CBT at a different school in Warwick coming to Phoenix was a completely different experience. Lee is an excellent instructor and takes the time to finesse riding not just for the test pass but to provide safe skills for life. Passed my mod 1 and mod 2 first try with zero rider faults a real testament to the team at Phoenix and in particular Lee. His style is perfect - no macho authoritative instructor Vs pupil that I experienced previously at a different school just relaxed friendly advice! In summary great fun and highly recommended!.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT with Lee and Alex, then went on to do my direct access about a month later with Lee! Honestly couldn't recommend the place enough, if anyone is thinking about doing their test or CBT but are unsure where to go, spend 5 minutes talking to these guys and you'll know it's the place for you! Outstanding people with equally outstanding training! Absolute Legends.

Fantastic experience: The training delivered was to a really high quality. Martin was thorough in all areas of his explanation and ensured everyone grasped what he wanted them to do. He was patient and encouraging. He ensured everyone was comfortable in what they doing and were happy to progress. If this is your first time doing your CBT or 12th (it wasn’t quite that many for me) you’ll come away confident being on the road and more than happy with the experience. The path to further riding was explained, for those wanting to navigate their way through the motorcycle journey. I’d highly recommend doing your CBT or any other training here!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Phoenix Motorcycle Training in Leamington to anyone looking to undertake their CBT. Martin made the day thoroughly enjoyable as he went through each element of the training. The on the road session after lunch was an absolute thrill. Special thanks to Lee for his patience during the pre CBT Try Ride sessions that were available. I would certainly recommend anyone who is less than 100% confident in their ability to opt for the Try Ride sessions prior to CBT day. Thanks again guys!

Fantastic experience: After having an awful CBT experience with another motorcycle school, Lee took me on. He is a very patient, calm instructor who really cares about the customer experience. A totally different experience given to that of the toxic, power trip instructors you find so often at other schools. Lee explained everything thoroughly and simply. The bikes at the school are top notch and kept in great condition (the heated grips really helped with training in the freezing cold). I went from a nervous rider, to passing both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 with 0 rider faults and feeling confident on the road. CANNOT recommend them enough. Will absolutely be returning for some advanced rider training in the spring/summer. Cheers Lee!

Fantastic experience: I completed the Improver Split Course lead by Lee in November and I’m happy to say that I passed both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests on the first attempt despite having no prior rider experience before starting the course other than completing a CBT. I owe that to Lee at Leamington Spa who was brilliant throughout the training, providing really clear explanations and demonstrating each part of the training and emphasising the importance of learning how to actually ride a bike safely, not just pass the test! Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to learn, many thanks again to Lee and the Phoenix team!

Fantastic experience: I had never sat on a motorcycle before booking with Phoenix, after a few sessions with Lee and Alex I passed my CBT and felt very comfortable doing so! Lee is a fountain of knowledge, an excellent instructor and a great guy! Alex is a trainee who is going to become an excellent instructor, she’s enthusiastic, encouraging and really knows what she’s talking about! I couldn’t recommend these two enough
