Fantastic experience: Salman is a great Instructor, we had a number of lessons before my first attempt which I failed for some reason he was more affected by it than I was because apparently it was a silly mistake that made me fail. I came back for 2 more lessons after 2months of my previous attempt. Glad to say I passed!! His style of teaching is amazing as long as you pay attention (he has an interesting sense of humour too - so nice icebreaker for tense situations), he also instils confidence in you while pointing out your faults so you can improve on them. All in all I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Just recently passed my test first time with just two minors thanks to Hardial (H). From struggling with steering to passing i am beyond content in the progress I was allowed and encouraged to do during our lessons. Up to the point of test day, my nerves as is normal, were getting the better of me but i was repeatedly put at ease with encouragement which i appreciate a lot. Lessons felt comfortable and safe (despite my silly mistakes) and whenever I needed help it was addressed. I feel so much more confident than I used to few months back. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Would never recommend. Had instructor for 2 lessons, didn’t let me drive at all because ‘it was rainy.’ On both lessons lady instructor SANDY arrived 15 mins late and said I can’t give you the 15 mins back because it was traffic and not in her control. Manager is rude too and very unbothered. Please stay away and don’t waste time or money.

Fantastic experience: I had Muhammad as my trainer and I am very grateful. I only had a few lessons before my exam and he taught me everything I needed which enabled me to be confident for the actual exam. He also solved my doubts which made me confident for my exam. I very strongly recommend

After having to change instructors unexpectedly when I had a test in the next few months, Geeth took me on straightaway and prioritised my learning. I wished he was my instructor from the start! Negative experience: Absolute rip off.. prices on website did not reflect the payment that was asked for.. when questioning this no one had a straight answer. Booked a crash course and paid the premium then was told lessons had to work around the instructor which makes no sense. The reason to book the crash course and pay the premium is because of the high amount of lessons in a short space of time but plenty of cancellations and crazy timetable. Fully inconsistent and sold us product which was not what was agreed to. Last few hours just told them to keep the money/hours. Would never recommend this shit show of a company (p.s not the instructor farah's fault, she was a great teacher but unfortunately just because your nice doesn't mean I am going to over pay for a service I wasn't getting)

Positive experience: Saif is an overall credible driving agency and that I would recommend. They were very cooperative when I requested a change in driving instructors due to an unsatisfactory experience with a particular instructor. This instructor did not challenge me, never took me to the rest center and did not trust me to drive her car and we repeated the same routine for numerous lessons. Her unprofessional demeanour included leaving my messages unanswered and failing to reschedule lessons. However, after lodging a complaint, I was assigned a new instructor, Mohammed, who was exceptionally supportive. He made me feel confident and comfortable while driving, thoroughly preparing me for my test. Thanks to his effective teaching I passed my driving test on my first attempt after completing the intensive course the school had to offer.

Negative experience: Started my lessons back in April in that time I only had 3 lessons over a space of 8 weeks, which I was understanding of due to my instructor being fully booked. My instructor never turned up for my lesson and I haven’t heard of her since end of May. Annoyingly had to change to a different driving school.

Fantastic experience: Recently passed my driving test in my first attempt at Wednesbury. My instructor was Ricky (Ricardo). Ricky is very professional and knows everything about driving, and specifically he is well aware that not everyone will understand something the same way, hence he uses an array of approaches to explain driving scenarios. I was initially a little apprehensive about approaching roundabouts, however the diagrams that Ricky used to explain and the various examples he gave, made it really easy to get a hang of. Ricky always ensured that I was independent' and competent in everything he taught me. He would only move on to something new, after I had mastered what he was currently teaching me. His lessons were very well structured from the beginning to the end, he does not waste any time. As a person, he is also very kind, friendly and remains relaxed even if I had made an obvious mistake. Though, he never failed to address any mistakes that I made. He even ensured I was calm and relaxed before my test, by getting me to do breathing exercises. A massive thank you to Ricky and Saif Driving School!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but briliant feedback and gratitude for Geethanjan for helping me achieve my PASS result today. Having practiced with him on short notice,after my previous instructor not being able to accommodate suitable lessons for me, Geethanjan quickly identified my areas of improvement, and worked on those areas. Some instructors can sometimes bring you down with constant criticism, but Geethanjan ensures he mentions when you do well and this boosted my confidence. Thank you a million times ❤️

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, Amrit as my instructor was perfect, the area of my test (Garrets Green) is not covered (yet ) but my instructor made an exception and taught me the roads in the area within 2 weeks and I passed my test first time with Amrit as my instructor. Fantastic experience: Ali’s the best instructor! I did a 30 hour crash course over 8 days and passed today. Honestly thank you to Saif Driving School and especially to Ali, I couldn’t have passed my driving test without him! Fantastic experience: When I called the company they called back the same day and referred me a driving instructor quickly. My instructor was Ehsan, he's a very good kind instructor, he makes sure to go over things that are difficult or if you have any worries and ensures safe driving and limiting minors. He asks if you need help or more time on anything such as maneuvers which really helped me before my test. I'm glad to say I passed with Ehsan, and I would recommend him and this school for any learner driver!

Fantastic experience: I honestly had the best driving experience saif driving school I did automatic with Sat and I cant recommend him enough if you can I highly suggest you ask for him he made me feel so comfortable from our first lesson, straight through our last It felt like I was driving with a friend, not in Instructor. He was firm when he needed to be, but also helped me reach the goals I wanted to achieve at the pace I wanted to go with no pressure, and it was honestly such a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I think I had the best driving instructor (Ahsan Khan ) with Saif Driving school. I have had a history of being discouraged for over 8 years but this time I was ready and Ahsan Khan was not only a good instructor but he had a very reassuring air about him which put me at ease. He was patient and detailed with lots of technical tips at first then close to the test he was tougher on me and pushed me to believe in myself. I only took 2 hour lessons a week from Feb to March and passed first time ever sitting the practical test at shirley test centre. Just 2 minor faults on speed and indicating too early. Thank you Ahsan, you are the best.

Fantastic experience: I took driving lesson with GEETH. He was very kind, compassionate and very talented instructor. He was very punctual with timings and gave flexibility for scheduling lessons. He remembers the mistake I did during the lesson and motivated me to correct mistakes and give my 100 percent. I was doubtful about my skills. But he constantly supported me throughout the lessons.
