Fantastic experience: I passed my test in Speke on the first attempt, which is no easy feat, and it’s all thanks to Zia. Zia is an amazing driving instructor. Very professional, knowledgeable, and knows exactly what he’s doing. He gave me the freedom to learn things at my own pace and made sure I learned to the best standard. Always punctual and committed, Zia is hands down the best instructor in the Liverpool area. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing driving instructor. I haven’t seen another instructor teach as well as Ashley and his instructors, as they don’t just teach you how to operate a vehicle, they teach you how to be safe and build your confidence on the road through tips and tricks which I haven’t seen anyone else use. And it really does make you one of the most advanced learners and eventual driver on the road. I would highly recommend Ashley and his instructors to anyone, infact I wish everyone learned with them as the road would be a safer and better place for it.

Fantastic experience: I learnt with Julie and without her I don't think I would've continued to drive having been scared to drive initially. I managed to pass first time after 38 hours with her. She was so lovely and patient and really pushes you to do your best. I liked her teaching style and enjoyed having our lessons, I'm going to miss our sessions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone around Aintree area to do the Norris Green test centre.

Fantastic experience: When I was looking for a driving school, Ashley Neal driving Instruction was one of the few school that responded to my inquiry. They were very accommodating and tried to fit me in even when they were very busy. At the time they did not have available instructors but they have put me on the waiting list and soon as an instructor was available they have fitted me in. I had Adam as my first instructor unfortunately he could not continue so he helped us find a new instructor. Adam was really good and very reassuring. I had Gary as my second instructor. He is very professional and is very good and thorough with his instructions. He gives good tips on how to improve your driving. Gary unfortunately couldn't continue and had to have some time off so I had another instructor. I had Liam who was also very good and was kind and accommodating to fit me in his busy schedule. Liam is very good and very reassuring which boosts your confidence. He give good advice on how to improve your driving but also gives positive reassurance which I needed to boost my confidence in driving. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I started my driving lessons the end of may with Gary and for some medical reasons , from October I continued my lessons with Liam. I had 42 h lessons in total, drive just with my instructor’s and I passed my test in the first try !!! I am over the moon !!! Brilliant school and amazing instructors !!! Gary teach me how to “ walk” and Liam teach me how to “run” !!! They are the best!!!! Thank you Ashley Neal !!!

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could for a driving instructor I had ages ago, his name was Simon G, it was a large obnoxious guy, late on many occasions, shouting and making hateful insults when I made mistakes poor excuse of a driving instructor, have seen a few other reviews also relating. After him I got a wonderful instructor whom I passed with no problem and very quickly, had explained my prior lessons with Stephen to my new instructor who was appalled at his behaviour. Also told Ashley Neal himself at the time who seemed to do nothing and even go on to defend him, says a lot about the company. It really knocked my confidence and was very unprofessional, I couldn't imagine ever speaking to clients like that myself.

Fantastic experience: Abdul was the most fantastic teacher. With his patience and manners he helped me feel at ease. Other driving instructors at a different company were sarcastic and impatient which didn’t help my anxiety! But Abdul was the one who kept me calm and stuck with me until I passed. He’s a great guy too. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: Recently had an ADI part 2 assessment with Ashley. He was very professional, helpful, and gave clear direction. Some things I never even realised I was doing, but Ashley picked up on them and helped me fix my errors. I feel very confident for a first-time pass. I'll definitely be in touch for some Part 3 training in the future.

Fantastic experience: Passed today thanks to Chad. Not only did he take me on when no one else would (previous instructor injured himself weeks before test), he was the best instructor I’ve had by far, couldn’t recommend him enough

Fantastic experience: I had Barry for my Instructor. Honestly I couldn't have asked for anyone better as my instructor, he's always very calm an collected and if you do something a bit silly then he'll talk to you and you'll have a little laugh. Always pushes you to do what he knows you can even if you don't and overall is just a massive confidence booster and is always honest with you. Even though he’s a bitter blue Very patient and relaxed which helps someone like me who struggles with anxiety whilst driving. Also firm when needed to push you to not give up and build your confidence. Fantastic experience: This driving school is the best in the North West. I had Ashley as an instructor. As some who suffers with severe anxiety and hadn't had a driving lesson in 10+ years, starting driving lessons was an absolute nightmare. Within 5 minutes of being in the car I know I'd made the correct choice. Very calm, patient and always wanting you to be the best you, Ashley was a fantastic teacher. I would 100% recommend this driving school to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Passed first time with Chris. I had previous driving instructors but Chris was by far the best I’ve had. He’s calm when during your lessons so you feel at ease & confident in the car. He give me little tips which helped me massively and allowed me to pass first time. Fantastic experience: I started taking driving lessons in April 2021 with Chris H and from the first day he made me feel comfortable and also explained everything I need to know in order to drive safely. He also helped me a lot with booking lessons in advance and also last minute changes at times as I work away, so I couldn’t always keep my lessons consistent, however when i came back Chris was always there ready to go and pick up where we left. Always providing me with helpful resources for my theory test and also advice on links to watch on the ‘Ashley Neal’ youtube channel that will help me with certain situations and also the follow up to my test. I am going to miss my lessons with Chris as we always had a laugh and also made my time learning comfortable and enjoyable. First time and I passed and I couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of this driving school and my instructor Eddie. Was so nervous on my very first lesson, but just a few lessons in I had the confidence to buy my own car. Eddie was fantastic with me from start to finish, gave me all the skills and knowledge I needed to pass. More important, gave me the confidence to get through the test and I started to enjoy driving. Negative experience: Had Simon as a driving instructor, nothing to say other than he is so so rude, his approach to teaching is to raise his voice and throw insults when you make a mistake and thinks this is acceptable. If anything Simon knocked my confidence a lot with driving. Thankfully I found a lovely new instructor who brought my confidence right up and confirmed to me that Simon's short tempered approach to learner drivers is unnecessary, unprofessional and generally just nasty. Not to mention he was late to pretty much every lesson. I cannot speak for the other instructors working for Ashley Neal but just a warning to not waste your money and stay clear of Simon if you are wanting a nice, punctual & patient instructor with basic manners & respect.

Fantastic experience: Passed first time last week. WOW what can I say Dan is the best instructor, patient, understanding, clear and concise. He had a very calming effect on me which absolutely got me the pass first time. I really looked forward to our lessons and I will miss them. Genuine lovely man who is a great teacher and with his guidance he developed my confidence more. Both my children learn with Dan; wouldn’t have anyone else.

Fantastic experience: My sons was originally with Halewood Driving school, he booked his test after confirming with his instructor for 13Sep2021. After he had come back from his holiday he phoned Halewood driving to confirm everything was ok for the test date 13Sep2021. Halewood driving school had said that he hadn’t confirmed the driving test (which was incorrect as my son had all the text conversations) with him and that he had changed his car so he would need at least 3 hours driving in the new car. Halewood driving school could not arrange the 3 hours to allow my son to get use to his car or provider he car for his test which I was totally discussed with. My son had been with Halewood Driving school for over two years, I’m totally disgusting with the company behaviour. I contacted Jay who work for Ashley Neal driving school who my previous son had passed with first time. Jay offered to help provide a couple of lessons to get my som use to the car before having his driving test and for him to pass. Ashley Neal “Jay” has gone above and beyond and I would highly recommend this driving school especially Jay who was fantastic and such a genuine caring person. If you want a company to help you achieve your driving success choose Ashley Neal.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Arash. I passed the first time with only one minor fault. I’m very happy with the result. Arash is a great instructor and teacher, the lessons were very enjoyable and at the same time he identifies all the faults and doesn’t miss anything. Fantastic experience: I have been doing driving lesson with Claire right through the pandemic and she honestly brightened the last year of my life. Not only is she an amazing instructor but she is also an amazing person. Day one of lessons and I felt comfortable straight away and I trusted her 100% when she woohoo guide me with instructions on what to do. I had no confidence in my own ability and now I’m a different person when driving and it’s all thanks to Claire. She went above and beyond. Fantastic experience: Passed my test today 2nd time with 4 minors at (Speke) thanks to the help of this driving school and more specifically my instructor Kenny H. Great fella, easy to get on with makes you feel at ease and gets the job done. I had lesson via a previous school and I can say 100% he is better. I found I had picked up negative petty habits which are hard to "un-learn" but he gave us the confidence to get through even on test days I really felt that I had confidence to just go out there and be myself whilst also using the knowledge he had given me. would 100% recommend! Fantastic experience: Passed first time with 6minors all thanks to Dan (southport). After the shocking past lessons I've had with an old instructor, Dan helped me get my confidence and rectify the issues the past instructor had told me. I can't fault Dan at all, made me so relaxed in the car and we always had an amazing time. I'm sad that I passed as I won't see him again! The best school I've been too!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Arash. I passed today with only 3 minor faults. Cant be happier with my instructor. I had bad experience with my previous instructor but Arash was percfect and clear with his instructions. He made it very easy and I enjoyed all my lessons with him cant thank him enough and thanks to ashley neal school . I recommend Arash with full confidence. He is a perfect teacher. Thank you. .

Fantastic experience: Great driving school, didn't hesitate to look anywhere else due the large amount of praise I had heard about Ashley Neal from both friends and family. Kerry was amazing in helping re-assure me when I thought I wouldn't be good enough and has not only helped me to become a confident driver but to also believe in myself as a person. Fantastic experience: Passed my test today with my instructor Tenny, I really enjoyed learning with him, he was patient and understanding, and always made me feel at ease during my lessons, he was also super supportive when it came to my test, helping me to overcome my nerves. Fantastic experience: I started my driving lessons with my excellent instructor Aiman at the beginning of September. Couldn’t recommend him enough! He’s had the patience, given me the encouragement and made me feel totally ease through the whole processes. After only 6 months, I passed my practical test first time with only 1 minor yesterday and I defiantly couldn’t have done it on my own! If you want to learnt to drive… Aiman's the guy!.

Fantastic experience: Ashley Neal came highly recommended from a close friend who was initially hesitant to get behind the wheel and who passed first time. I was paired up with Uli who was fantastic and patient with me. Anywhere I needed help she was there with simple exercises to help me become a better driver. Due to her help I passed first time today. Would recommend to anyone with any level of experience behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: After being unsuccessful in previous driving tests, Ive decided to switch to Ashley Neal, Uli driving instructor. Her teaching method was the missing piece to me passing my test. She got rid of my bad old habits and gave me the confidence boost I needed to pass my test first time with her.!! Shes calm and patient, but at the same time will be strict on how you should behave on the road. Thank you for everything and Ill see you on the road!.

Fantastic experience: Had Simon G as my instructor. Cannot fault him or his driving techniques. With Simon I passed my test first time which included a few nervous breakdowns beforehand and throughout my lessons. He is always reliable and understandable of home situations and will work around what's best suited to you. I am so grateful for the help and support he has given me over the past months. Fantastic experience: I passed last week with Pete as my instructor. I looked forward to every lesson, and Pete was always calm and patient in my early days of driving. He was always there for advice after lessons aswell via text which was a great help, and really made me more confident on the roads to then eventually pass. Each lesson whether it was an hour, hour and a half or two hours were all great value for money. I can’t reccomend Pete or Ashley Neal driving school enough

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy after passing my test yesterday with Simon G. Many years of not driving after giving up lessons I was determined to pass my test this time round. Luckily I had Simon G as my instructor who is a great guy with alot of Paitence and easy to talk to and highly knowledgeable when it comes to driving with decent teaching methods and always pushed me to be my best on the roads .
