Fantastic experience: You only rarely come across genuine, helpful providers of services. On this occasion I struck Gold. I broke down on route to the TT from Cornwall. Richard collected my bike, shuffled there works to sort the problems and fix it! I was able to continue that afternoon and caught the ferry, just made it! Many thanks for your help from you all, you don't get spare places TT week! Spot on service!

Negative experience: Tried to contract for information on secondhand moped's did not bother to reply so I when else were for a brand new one so two fingers up to them

Fantastic experience: Richard from Ride, Cheltenham Motorcycles, stopped to help when my Harley broke down. I would like to express how grateful I am for his help and kindness. I generally have a dim view of people but he absolutely wiped that away and restored my faith in humanity. He was a genuine gentleman and to go out of his way, especially when not having the best of days himself, was an extremely generous and selfless thing to do. I do not live in the area but having experienced such a helpful and friendly person in the motorcycle business, I would definitely trust and use his services on my machine!
