Negative experience: Don’t use them they use fake bots reviews and It was the worst experience I brought my own safety gloves like u told me to but because the gloves did not qualify you didn't let me do my training and I had t go home with a £200 loss.

Fantastic experience: Casey Adam Nicholson, RideTo is a great place to learn your cbt, the instructor was amazing he was spot on, very clear on what the instructions were and very understandable and they dont moan or laugh if you've never done it before, he was very helpful and taught me everything I need to know.

Fantastic experience: I chose to start riding a motorcycle late - at 55 and after 30 years as a teacher and headteacher. So I know a little about assessing the quality of teaching. The instructors here (Tom and Pete) were excellent. Very knowledgeable, very patient and very skilled in explaining how to do what you have to do. I would recommend this training centre to anyone - young or old - starting out in motorcycling.

Negative experience: Really dodgy peace of mind policy. When you try to rebook it on an available slot it gets cancelled twice in favour of other trainee's. They then cancel your order without you knowing, telling you to rebook. Whole process has wasted a month for me, and perhaps the cost of another CBT test. Yet to receive any update.

They are always there to Answer any questions and there delivery service and returns has been faultless and quick. RideTo is one of the best online out there by far. Big ups to the RideTo crew !

Negative experience: I just wanna share my experience with this company they are definitely’ a scam and the customer service is horrible unhelpful on the phone. I had booked a test and I tested positive for Covid and they treated me so badly I didn’t wanna go in to my exam and put other people at risk and I lost my money because of that which is so on unfair. I would not recommend this company to anyone .
