Negative experience: i am really desipointed , very dishonest people we were only 3 , 2 wanted to learn auto and i wanted to learn manual as i told my intention to get a full liecence . instractor told me to get auto to have chance to compleate the CBT training otherwise i might have to do it again . he didnot even want to give me a chance , very impatient guy just wanted a quick money . he suggest me to book again to learn gear . if you want to get proper bike learning then i suggest you to find a better place . you will waste money here

Fantastic experience: Done my CBT at corks club, instructor was great and had a great time. Highly recommend riders for doing your CBT.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend. Been calling them for 3 months and every time they are saying something different on the phone . First time they put me on a waiting list, second time said I have to start over all the modules and third time that isn’t possible to do the modul 2 with them if I did the other one at a different school . So basically they wasted 3 months of my time lying to me .

Negative experience: Put limited experience and they put my wife with renewals people. Then said don't have time to teach you the manual and gave an auto. Then finished at 2 and didn't teach gears - "come back another time and pay and we'll teach you the gears". Taking advantage to go home early and make easy money. A lityle biking experiences is not the same as a renewal and this falls on the supplier. Most won't complain because they get the paper.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT on kingstanding it was Excellent, instructor was friendly patient and very helpful

Negative experience: Very unhelpful place, all about money. They will not cater for anyone who is just looking for a mod 2 test. Just wasted 5 mins to find out you have to start from scratch with them

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT today at the Yardley Wood site. The instructor for the day was Mike. Very happy,very impressed with how professional the experience was, and what a lovely guy Mike is, he has the patience of a saint. Hope to see him again for refreshers. Thanks guys for all your help ✌️☮️

Fantastic experience: Went along as a complete novice but left with my cbt after a really positive experience. Mike, the instructor, helped me gain the confidence and skills to make me feel comfortable going on to the next stage. A really great experience, professionally delivered and I left a lot wiser and confident that I can ride a bike safely.

Fantastic experience: Changed the date when I booked my CBT wrong, without fuss. Even offered for the next available but they rearranged/swapped times with another person, so I didn't wait too long. Had Mike as an instructor, was patient, listened to you and took time to make sure you were confident on the road

Negative experience: I had my CBT in Brierley Hill, and having been asked to bring boots and bringing them, was told I'd brought the wrong kind of boots (steel toe caps) and was sent home before the end. I was told I would've had to rebook and pay a second time, so I didn't bother with Riders and went elsewhere. One of the other 2 learners did exactly the same thing given the same wrong instructions, but because he'd drove, had a pair of trainers in his car.

Fantastic experience: Excellent training provided by Phil, clear easy to follow instruction with bespoke care shown to anything you might struggle with resulting in a first time pass! Everyone at the office I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I recommend this company to anybody, I was very nervous as it was my first time on a bike and by the end of the day I couldn't wait to get on the road again. 5 star, would give more if I could!

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT with Mike who was great fun to hang out with for the day. Real friendly and good at explaining all the things I needed to know to get the course completed safely. This was my first time riding a geared bike and it was a great experience. I'm looking forward to booking my full bike test with the same team in the coming weeks.

Fantastic experience: Had my CBT renewal today with Phil at Tamworth, what a guy very informative, calm, patient and an all round great guy, he even spent some time teaching my manual gears when I'm on my moped, would highly recommend Riders and Riders Tamworth

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic day. I've just completed my CBT in Tamworth having not been on a bike for 30 years. Phil the instructor was great, he was patient, clear, supportive and enthusiastic. Everything was explained and we had plenty of time to practice each element of the course. I cannot recommend Riders Tamworth highly enough, I'll certainly be using them for my full license in the future.

He's an excellent instructor and made me feel very comfortable and safe throughout the whole experience, despite the harsh weather conditions that day. It was definitely the company that got the group through and still made it fun. I would hands down recommend them to anyone looking to get their moneys worth.

I was always able to ask questions and get real world answers. I really have nothing bad to say about the service I received, and the coffee was great every morning, was also followed with more information on how I can progress my riding. Negative experience: Very poor .it's like they don't care

Negative experience: The training here is usually fantastic, however, this time round, they have my phone number, but send me a slow post letter to cancel my booked and already paid for date, had to threaten court action in order to retain the date that was booked and advance paid for, no discount offered even though the new location will cost me more to get to, having had a long history with this company, it looks like they've finally gotten to big to care anymore
