MMT was formed by Mike Poad in 2004 starting with 3 instructors. Since then we have gone from strength to strength over the years. Mike was a contract electrician from leaving school at 16 but having ridden motorbikes since being a 12 year old boy, having his own riding school has always been his passion.

MMT is more than a motorbike training school as we also have our own motorbike servicing facility, riding gear and helmet department and motorbikes for sale.

We are also a HONDA approved Motorcycle training school working with the biggest motorcycle brand HONDA and we have the best instructors in the region.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! A great set of friendly instructors and a good set of Honda bikes. Did my CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 all in the space of 3 months. A very satisfied customer :)

Fantastic experience: Great service and advice. Extensive stock of clothing at very reasonable prices. Really worth a visit. As a full licence holder I haven't used the training but I am aware of their superb reputation. MMT also service/repair bikes and prep for MOT. Think Bike - Think MMT. ⭐
