Fantastic experience: Following a bad experience with another training school on my Mod 2 training which resulted in me forfeiting my own test i was dubious about trying anywhere else initially! My confidence was in pieces! I contacted MMT explaining my concerns and my mind was put at rest after one phone call! From that phone call, through to my lessons and test the service received from MMT was second to none! Very understanding, flexible and patient throughout! Superb instructors who give you the tools you need to build your confidence and feel test ready! They helped me get my confidence back and i passed my Mod 2 test first time with no rider faults and i couldn't have done it without MMT! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for rider training and top notch customer service! Be assured you wouldn't regret going to MMT! A massive thank you to Mike, Pam, Nigel and Mark!

Fantastic experience: Recently completed my Direct Access A licence with MMT. From CBT all the way to MOD 2 the guys are fantastic, accomodating and patient. Fantastic experience: Can't recommend these guys highly enough. The training is just brilliant. Mike has a couple of bikes tailored to shorter riders - absolutely essential for us girls wanting to pass the direct access test and something I was struggling to find elsewhere - so thankful I dropped into MMT as from there the process was so easy! Every learner is approached with patience and the highly experienced team make the course really enjoyable. There is a healthy balance of quality information and good natured humour which really put me at ease and puts you in the best frame of mind to learn. You don't see many places this well established and well run. 10/10 do not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Passed CBT 6th August this year, a long day but worth it for the knowledge and instruction offered by the instructors. Also had my bike serviced there and everything went like clockwork, unlike car services! I’d recommend having a chat at the office like I did and they’ll put you at ease. Thanks again Daz

Fantastic experience: I was going from an A2 to an A license and I've just passed my Mod 1 & Mod 2 with MMT (passed both 1st time!). I was taught by a few different instructors and all of them were calm and constructive with their instruction which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend MMT to anyone wanting to learn to ride

Fantastic experience: This was my 3rd CBT at my 3rd different training school due to moving around a lot and these guys and girls are without a doubt the best I've come across, I was actually quite jealous of how good they were with the brand new riders as I wish the instructor I had for my 1st CBT were as good as these lot!. Even tho I had experience they still treated me like everyone else which meant I learnt a lot more and had a fun day instead of being rushed through like I had been at a previous school. There was no frustration or impatience from any of the instructors all super easy to talk to and turned out to be a really fun day of refreshing my skills, can't recommend enough and will be using again

Fantastic experience: Had COVID measures in place, which was good to see. This was my first time operating any type of vehicle. The instructors were very patient with my lack of skill, and in the end, I got the hang of it

Fantastic experience: I started training at MMT in January. Due to the lockdown I did not get to take my Module 2 until August, but all the way through Mike and his gang were professional, helpful, and very friendly, keeping me in the loop as to when training and testing would begin again. Thanks to them I sailed through Module 1 and passed Module 2 on my second go (I made a schoolboy error on my first go, my own fault), and enjoyed every minute. Easily 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: 1st lesson today on a 600. Good lads that work there. Had me feeling comfortable with me jumping on the bike and straight on the roads from the off. Right in the deep end but paid off as I can not wait to return next week to tackle the mod 1. Good bikes aswell.

Fantastic experience: Took my Mutt Motorbike for its first service at their service centre. Good job done bike running nice and smooth. Also last year I took their training centre back to riding course just to iron out any bugs I had from being a long time away from motorcycling. Great course, knowledgeable and very pleasant instructor that helped bring the old instincts back with more polish, old dog learned some new tricks that day too.

Fantastic experience: You won't find better instructors than Mike and his team, they're really friendly and great fun. The level and progression of instruction is perfect. You'll enter your tests feeling more than ready!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant. Done CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 with them. Very relaxed atmosphere, brilliant instruction. 2 years on and I’m still looking back at top tips they have given me. I’ve recommended to loads of people and they have all said the same.

Negative experience: The owner has a tendency to lose his temper for no good reason. After shouting repeatedly at me for taking a wrong turn (over the walkie talkie) I was startled,shocked and as a result very distracted and of course as a result starting riding very slowly which he then proceeded to SHOUT about over the intercom, further distracting me. That's a weak character right there. Service from the office is often pretty sullen but okish. I passed mod 1 and 2 first time. They do have 3 very good instructors, one of which is a CBT only instructor. Would have given five stars if not for the stuff above. No where is perfect but this is not acceptable.

I have put off getting on the road for years and the bloke I just spoke to was great and I am now looking forward to something I have put off for many many years. Roll on July

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing the staff here are great good to get along with they have a laugh with you make you feel comfortable and very welcoming. One gentlemen even got down on one knee I thought he was going to propose haha just kidding. but he helped me to strap my waterproofs up as they was to long. I wasn't going to write a review yet because when I did my cbt I lost my confidence and ended up passing with a scooter rather than the 125 I wanted . It was nothing to do with these amazing people I just got frustrated with my self but these people did all they could to help me pass regardless of what it was on and made me feel happy with my achievement. I just could not get a the hang of the gears but I have slowly built my own confidence on my own by learning at night with my 125 motorcycle, day by day just by remembering what these guys taught me and now I'm on the road finally!! Thanks to C Young she was a great instructor and went that extra mile I probably shouldn't say this she even bought me a chocolate bar because I missed my lunch and guided me all the way, for some reason I couldn't get the right turns but she made go round and round until I got it right and guided me all the way (I can now do them by the way ) I know it's a late review but I just want to thank you all in helping me pass my CBT I am now alot more confident on the road and like I said before now riding a 125 and not a scooter I would highly recommend MMT MOTORCYCLE TRAINING they are great people and good instructors and will do their very best to help you pass! Fantastic experience: I bought a bike from them and found everyone there friendly and chatty but most importantly honest. I've been riding for years and bought loads of bike and it has to be said this was one of my best bike buying experiences.

Fantastic experience: After 40 odd years off a motorcycle it was great to be back in the saddle. What no kick start and who's idea was it to swap the gears and rear brake over!!!!!! MMT were absolutely great from the first enquiry to the day of my refresher course can't wait until the weather improves to get some more time out on my own motorcycle.
