Fantastic experience: Riders in Redditch with Chris was absolutely fantastic. Had 3 sessions overall starting from having never ridden a motorcycle in my life. Was very good at correcting mistakes and praising for when you were doing well. Made sure I booked with Chris for each session and he always remembered me and where I was progress-wise even though it was 3-4 weeks between sessions. If he didn't feel you were ready for the next stages, he'd let you spend the rest of the time practicing on what you'd previously been struggling with. Did advise I change to an auto to make life easier on myself, and I know other candidates in a similar situation definitely found that easier but I was determined to learn on a manual and that's what I ended on. Would definitely recommend - Ben.

Fantastic experience: I had my CBT renewal here about a month ago and was very pleased with how it went. Chris was very helpful at both identifying bad habits I had acquired over the two years of riding as well as highlighting key areas of growth for my 'on the horizon' A2. As someone who also did my initial CBT here, I would highly recommend doing it here as they will teach you how to do things properly.

Negative experience: Awful experience! Booked to do a CBT renewal at the Redditch school, bad facilities , car park too small not suitable at all, bikes battered and old. I had Chris as my instructor, he was rude, unfriendly and impatient he didn’t understand he was the trainer and we were there to learn, he decided to cut the day short by over 2.5 hrs saying not enough time to do the final bit ( road ride which takes about an hour) and that we would have to rebook and pay again just to do the road ride, it’s a scam to get more money out of you ( I wasn’t a beginner and have been riding every day for 2 years! It should have been done in one day. Overall feel ripped off and belittled and as for their customer service it’s really bad no reply to emails regarding my concerns etc. don’t bother wasting your money and time and go with a better school

As an experienced rider, Chris provided invaluable advice and shared numerous examples that clarified any doubts I had. Thanks to his knowledge and guidance, I have been riding confidently for nearly four weeks now. Despite being a beginner, I feel safe on the road because of the skills and insights Chris imparted. Chris was a bit strict, but this approach helped me correct many mistakes I was unaware of. His attention to detail and commitment to safety have made me a better rider. I highly recommend Chris for anyone looking to gain a solid foundation in riding two-wheelers!

The day was both educational and entertaining, making it relaxed while both my friend and I learnt some new skills and most importantly the ability to ride safely on the road. Negative experience: If you want to lose your love and passion for riding motorcycles, feel free to choose this school. If you like it when someone gives you orders and shouts all the time, choose them. Chris was arrogant and it has nothing to do with driving lessons. This is military road survival training. I advise against it even though I passed the cbt.

Although I found the day more challenging than I expected he made the day quite an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do a CBT.

Fantastic experience: Had a great day with Chris, considering it was rainy and cold on the 28th of December! (Not the best conditions to learn in!) However he was very informative and a great teacher who would even jump on the bike to demonstrate something he wanted me to do so don't worry if you can't visualise things in your head from speech. I had a close call out on the road, a very silly mistake, some people would probably tell you to grab your things and go home, however Chris remained calm and had me pull over and talk about what had just happened, it was a scary mistake but I had definitely learned from it and he understood that. Thanks for the CBT certificate mate

Negative experience: Awful experience with Riders at Redditch. Chris the instructor had no patience whatsoever and couldn't seem to grasp the context I was there to learn. Kept raising his voice and barking orders at me, at which point after just 2 hours he told me I was not safe to go on the road and will have to rebook. Not too mention the carpark where you do the figure of 8' u turns etc is absolutely tiny, which made it even harder to learn in, couldn't even get into 2nd gear. The instructor made me feel even more nervous with his lack of patience at which my nerves went too pot. I literally just gave up, removed my helmet and left. Definitely wouldn't recommend Riders in Redditch especially if you have Chris the instructor who talks more like your in the army than at a training School. Avoid and use a different riding school.

Fantastic experience: Excellent instructor. As a previous motorcyclist from 30 years ago I thought it would be easy. However I learned many new skills and I am certainly a much safer rider now. The instructor was an excellent trainer and communicator and the roads around redditch are perfect for training. Lots of roundabouts and a mix of quiet and busy roads. Highly recommended. Thank you for a brilliant day and a reintroduction to the joys of 2 wheels.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say that for anybody thinking about doing their CBT or if anyone is nervous then this is the place for you, honestly! I passed today because of my amazing instructor "Mark (forgot his last name )" he is an actual diamond he settled my nerves straight away and had me riding around with confidence within the first hour. He's so genuine, kind and SAFE...he really puts the needs and safety of the trainees first and from my experience with him he would never put anyone out on the road that wasn't confident or safe in their transitions on a bike. I hope he has a lovely time in benidorm and when Ive got a few hours under my belt I will be delivering him a bottle of champers! Please recognise his work and give him a spicy bonus or something, he REALLY deserves it!

Fantastic experience: Excellent rider instructor fran is a great and I would suggest him to others

Negative experience: I shouldn't even give one star this is why On 3.4.2019 I took a CBT course which I paid £130 for 6 to 8 hours. Whilst I was training 3 people came up to the instructor and spoke to him for 20 to 30 minutes at a time, he also received and made 3 or 4 phone calls while I was training. After this I was told I was not ready for road and got told to go home. He has made me very nervous and also told me to think about giving up on riding. The company used was riders in Redditch behind the studley road social club (which is an uneven service and very small), the instructors name was Fran. I'm not very happy with the level of training received. Waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: My experience was fantastic, the weather was awful... but the entire time i felt safe and i was well instructed through the dire rain! Alex was awesome every step of the way, he adjusted the route to compensate for the weather and he had great foresight and he was clear and his instructions and teaching methods were very useful! Highly recommended, Alex was great to work with and i look forward to doing my tests with them in the future :)
