Fantastic experience: Had my CBT here. The instructor, Shep, was incredibly friendly, helpful, reassuring and patient. Really great experience. I learnt a lot and gained a lot of confidence.

Fantastic experience: Had a great day at the Kings Heath training site yesterday (06/12/24) with Shep , very patient chap with a way of getting instruction across to you easily. I would recommend those that are undertaking their CBT to use them.

Fantastic experience: had my CBT here, nice experience, they could do with an upgrade in maintenance of the bikes but thats it really, everything else was spot on. the best part of it was definitely the staff, Shep was my instructor and he is a great teacher

After not being on a bike for 25 years, and wanting to learn on a manual for the first time, his coaching and calm tuition got me on the road within hours. Negative experience: Long story short: Nobody turned up for my training *I will update this review further if my refund is refused* I was originally booked in for yesterday (Friday), as they told me they had no weekend sessions available. Took the time off work, only to have it cancelled on short notice and moved to today (Saturday, a weekend, go figure). I arrived half an hour early and stayed for an hour, not a soul to be seen. Called them multiple times, nobody picked up. Complete waste of time, money, time off work, and I've missed out on weekend plans which I cancelled to accommodate their new proposed date! Incompetent, inadequate, and I have requested a refund.

Fantastic experience: Great experience no classroom so it does get a bit chilly so bring some extra layers. Overall good experience, good teacher helped me realise what I had to work on. I learned a lot in a short time so I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I was an absolute nervous wreck! I’ve never touched a Motorbike before, let alone ridden one! After explaining this to SHEP, he was very reassuring, and absolutely attentive to my needs After stalling the bike more than several times, he would calmly explain to me what to do, and what I was doing wrong. Within no time, I was riding on the road after a few hours of training I can honestly say he’s one of the nicest guys you could meet. His training skills are excellent. He didnt lose his patients at any point., Shep was very reassuring and professional I also passed my CBT I am a very happy bunny indeed

He was calm and helpful, giving proper attention and advice during the training. He pointed out mistakes and provided the correct solutions, which helped me pass my CBT.

Negative experience: Very poor work. Very happy less and trainer intrested in smocking only He is very disturbed in mind. Naver book this center. Fail without reason. Cbt is courses but agency intrested to fail people so they book again and spending money again......time pass agency

Fantastic experience: Great guys. had Greg for my DAS. Brilliant teacher. Nice chilled attitude but extremely vigilant of our riding and helping us to improve. Passed the Mod1 and 2 first time since we got it down to an exact science, and felt very comfortable on the bike. Would highly recommend RIDERS to everyone

Fantastic experience: Passed my CBT here today. Amazing instructors that really care about those they are training and how to be safe on the road. Also extremely knowledgeable and patient. I was a complete beginner with no riding experience and was a bit nervous at the start. Mike took me through everything and made the whole day so enjoyable. I learnt so much. Although I'm moving to London now I will definitely come back up here only to go through the Direct Access Course purely because of how good the instructors are here. Felt completely supported the whole time and they gave me a ton of advice on how to improve my riding even after the training was complete. Couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I had my CBT renewed at Yardley Wood yesterday with Mike. Having already ridden for 2 years before I required very little training which enabled Mike to focus on the two lads who needed more help. He was very patient with them and tried his best to help them. One of the lads done extremely well, the other was very rude, left training and said he'd be going elsewhere, this was no fault of the instructor! Definitely recommend for both the experienced and newbies!

Fantastic experience: I’ve done my CBT on Monday with Mike. First of all, a brilliant guy, funny and and very helpful with all the things I have asked him. No one else has turned up so it was just me and him. An absolute pleasure, made me feel very calm and comfortable as I was coming up there being nervous. He taught me all the things and at the end the ride on the road was just like going for a ride with my mate. Absolutely recommend anyone who wants to do their CBT to go to Riders in Yardley Wood, you got the best possible equipment and teacher you can ask for! Will be coming there for my full license one day. (PS: of course I have passed it, so will you!)

Clear instructions and guidance from Mike our instructor, paced the session appropriately based on how the group progressed. Kept the atmosphere light, friendly and educational. Fantastic experience: Loved it the entire time great place to have your cbt amazing instructors

Negative experience: Surprised at the positive reviews; -Was in a cohort of 3 taking turns on a bike 1 at a time. Instructor failed to make a judgement of one of the trainee’s incompetence - so 3/4 or the day was spent standing on the side watching this trainee try and ride a bike (almost felt like watching a 1-1 as she held the cohort back). Overall I spent a total of 20 mins on the bikes. In the end instructor called off the session at 1:30pm as we wouldn’t have enough time to complete the CBT. Note that i did request a partial refund seeing as i had paid £160 to ride a bike for 20 mins and no CBT in the end however was refused. -Cash only so had to find an ATM. -Bikes were old and battery drained during training. -Poor facilities out of a container. -Equipment provided was far from clean Pros -Very good & enthusiastic instructors with a passion for teaching and good sense of humour.

Fantastic experience: Took my CBT recently, fortunate to have Mike as instructor - he was superb. I was far from confident to start , never sat on bike before , a much older learner and Mike was so supportive, reassuring and built up my confidence throughout the day.
