Fantastic experience: This is my second time with Shami-Lee. He is nice, friendly. Excellent instructor.

Negative experience: I booked this for my partner, and is really disappointed. She wasn't able to go on to do the test, but over all.. Booked a 125cc, ended up on a moped. Someone else booked a 125cc, ended up a on moped. Last person was meant to be on a 600cc, and ended up on a 125cc. Opted not to pay the waiver online, like others on the test. And then pushed into paying before being allowed on the bike. Had to take card details while at the center. Instructor called Shami? "If I have anymore accidents, I'll lose my license" - Instructor. "If I was being accessed I'd lose my license for this" - Instructor. Doing tutorials without wearing gear, eg: gloves. "I'm on certain medication, which makes you drowsy, and I could fall asleep on a bike - so if I got pulled up, and got swabbed, I would lose my license instantly" - Shami "I'll do an hour with you, because I believe in giving you value for money" - despite having the lessons cut short at 2:15pm, because he's got another course to do. So, where's the 8-4pm of training? Cutting sessions short. Sounds dangerous, inappropriate, and lack of quality. I'd absolutely not recommend and want money back to be honest. Edit: They refuse to deal with the complaint, saying the comments are out of context. Considering the other riders complained at the time, the wrong bike was used, instructor declaring himself unfit to ride (especially after crashing twice the week before), and ending the training after a few hours, this is appalling.

Fantastic experience: Shami/lee has been absolutely amazing, the first time I came here to do my CBT I was all over the place, almost crashed twice and had a minor panic attack, he kept me calm showed me how to correct my mistake and let me try again, by the second time I had improved a lot but still needed more time and by the 3rd, Shami had helped me to correct and learn from my mistakes. I definitely recommend RJH and shami/lee to anyone wanting to learn how to not only enjoy riding but staying safe while doing so.

Fantastic experience: What a training school this is. I completed my Mod 1 & Mod 2 training out of the Northwich branch, the instructors were amazing every step of the way! I passed my Mod 1 test 02/07/24 with no faults. Today I did my Mod 2 and got another clean sheet! I can’t thank Jon Howells enough for the guidance. It appears that the secret to the tests is to remember that ‘there is no spoon…’. Thanks Jon!!!

Fantastic experience: Had my CBT on the 17/2/24. Very good bikes to learn on, not your average bangors all modern and well kept. My Instructor for the day was jay. Sound instructor great advice. I Hadn’t touched a bike in ten years and by the end of the day it felt like I had been riding for ten years as an instructor he gave a lot of positive feed back tips on how to improve and very easy to talk to. Glad I booked with RJH. Let’s go for that big boy licence next ️ ️ ️

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of RJH’s assistance on my recent DAS course and have no hesitations in recommending their Broad choice of packages and services. From the offset, they were swift to match times and dates with my needs and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they could supply test and training dates after my incumbent trainer let me down. The team was knowledgeable and patient and built confidence and relaxed both myself along with other trainees on the modules that I attended. A special shout out to the 3 Johns who assisted in my eventual passing mod 2, offering words of support and encouragement. Would recommend without doubt. I visited the Northwich, Eccles and Runcorn sites during my training.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my Taster experience at RJH Runcorn with my instructor Jonathan. I had never been in a motorbike before and he explained everything about the 50cc Moped, how to sit on it correctly, where best to place my feet and most of all how to control the throttle and brake. After finding my balance, I took to riding the bike really well. Jonathan had plenty of patience, gave lots of encouragement and hopefully was as pleased as I was on how successful the overall experience was. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Just done CBT with Shami Lee. I'm an oldie with no prior experience except the 1 hour taster course. Shami took us through step by step with progression at an appropriate pace. Thoroughly enjoyed and best of all completed safely and successfully.

Fantastic experience: I had my automatic to manual conversion lesson yesterday with Sophie at Runcorn RJH prior to starting my Beginner DAS course; it was so helpful and Sophie was very patient. I went from not having rode a manual bike to road riding within the lesson, we covered slow riding for most of the lesson and slowly built up my confidence prior to a quick road ride. I am so much more confident now starting my DAS course next week. Would highly recommend this course to those who did their CBT on a scooter and now want to ride a geared bike. Fantastic experience: Completed my cbt today with Sylvia and mark they were both extremely friendly, patient, passionate and professional. They explained all of the elements to me in great detail, offered demonstrations if I wasn’t too sure and most importantly worked at a pace that suited me. Even though the weather wasn’t great towards the end I had a great day, I learned a lot and I felt very confident in my ability by the end of it so I’d definitely recommend them 100% and I will definitely be using them again if I ever need to .
