Fantastic experience: Called the shop and dealt with Alex. On the same day I'd had my exhaust replaced at a great price. The work completed was excellent and professional. I'll definitely be using Bikeonic again in the near future. I'm really happy with the new sound of the exhaust, thanks again Alex

Negative experience: Amazed to see this company still around. Bought my first bike from Vince years ago. He's all friendly and reassuring during the sale, then you end up with a dud and if it's a second hand bike don't be surprised if "Sold as scrap" is hidden away on the receipt, as that is what happened to me. The "great bike" he sold me needed new exhaust, carburettor, fuel tap, and eventually the engine piston blew up, no doubt because the carburettor was botched from the start. Absolute crook of a salesman. Google the guy's name before buying, he should have gone out of business long ago. Vince Candellin. Highly suspect all the positive reviews here are fake.

I would point anyone looking for a well maintained and cared for used machine in there direction . They even insisted on loading the bike up onto the trailer to transport back to Lincoln. Negative experience: Bought a lovely looking moped from Bikeonic: chatted with Vince beforehand on the phone and he bent over backwards to be helpful. But the bike had problems from arrival (difficult to start and kept losing power). Because I asked a local garage to try to fix it before shipping it the 270 mile round trip to Bolton for Vince to have a gander, I inadvertently voided my warranty - yes, should've read the small print. I figured, though, that I was dealing with the kind of people who'd want to make things right, not lean on small print. I figured wrong. I offered to eat the costs of initial delivery, the work done to try to make it rideable, and the return delivery cost if they'd just refund (seemed reasonable, as Vince kept assuring me there was no serious problem with the bike). No dice. I wanted to love this bike and to love this company, which seemed so pleasant and decent ... but I honestly couldn't recommend, as the experience just became too costly and painful.

Much better service for a modern scooter than the big dealerships! Been a few times in last few years and couldn't recommend highly enough.

Negative experience: SOLD A DANGEROUS BIKE. I bought a bike from Vince at Bikeonic motorcycles and that was my first mistake, I should of read the bad reviews first. My second mistake which was my fault was being in a rush when it came to collection and not looking over the bike properly, this would of saved myself a lot of money and stress as upon inspection at home I found the bike to be in extremely poor condition and falsely advertised. I didn't even make it home under the bikes own power as the gear lever bolt fell off on the way home which left me stranded and in need of recovery. When I was inspecting the bike I found multiple bolts loose which had obviously been removed to be poorly spray painted (the footrest wasn't far from falling off), I also felt something hit my leg on the way home, I suspect this was another bolt or nut falling off, the fork seal had a bad leak, the ignition barrel was badly warn, frame and subframe were badly corroded, front tyre below legal limit and the chain had been painted for it to look new! Vince accused me of loosening the bolts when I returned the bike as apparently I had changed my mind. He also advertised it as being "serviced for your piece of mind' but the oil filter was rusty on one side, his excuse was that it had been serviced earlier in the year and that the oil filter was rusty because maybe the last owner went to Blackpool! The bike was in such dangerous condition I hired a van to return it for Vince to just argue when I got to his shop. If I didn't take my old man who ended up negotiating for a partial refund then I would of loaded the bike in the van and taken him to court. He now pesters me for the log book which I never recieved and threatens me with legal action because I have not sent it. There's so many words I have for Vince but probably not suitable for others to read!

Fantastic experience: I bought a bike online and received great customer service from Vince. Very pleased with my Kawasaki, it's exactly as advertised. Vince was very obliging as we organised payment & transport. 5* for quality and value.

Negative experience: I had serviced my motorbike to this shop couple of times and I can say that is a bit expensive. Only gave them 2* because I book my motorcycle in to fix my carb and after I was waiting for a week they cancel my booking without let me know for the reason that " is a big job", even if I never argued them prices and I always paid big money for big jobs

Fantastic experience: Top blokes, Both Vin & Alex are brilliant for a natter about bikes, always a great atmosphere in shop, I do alot of work on my own bike but Alex has worked on a few my bikes over the years, never been disappointed, always been perfect if not better than I expected. I also just recently bought a stunning low mileage example of a 1997 Yamaha Dragstar 650 of them for a very reasonable price and safe to say I'm very happy with the bike and the overall purchase, 1st bike I have bought from BikeOnic, it likely won't be the last. Would recommend anyday

Fantastic experience: My son recently bought a Yamah YBR and he could not be more satisfied! Firstly, from the moment we came into the shop, we got great customer service. And they did not try and upsell us in anyway and gave us time to make our decision. We decide to buy the bike and they delivered the next day with a full MOT and everything ready. The bike is in perfect condition so far and Vince was very helpful along the way. And even had a little chat with my son after he delivered the bike on maintenance and tips. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks guys.

Negative experience: Called for a price to fit an engine on my bike. Told me it'd be £350. When the job was done he said its going to be £700. Double the original price Alex quoted. They take advantage of having the keys to your vehicle. Also after doing just 200 miles on my bike, the engine started leaking oil, this was due to the engine cover not sealed properly and also a bolt missing that Alex said all bolts were fixed, if they were, they should be securely fastened, not falling out after 200 miles.

Negative experience: Bought a bike from here last year. Tax and insured within half hour of receiving delivery of said bike (I'm 200+ miles away) within a few minutes of riding the bike I could feel something wasn't right - before being able to open the bike up little. Long story short, bike wouldn't engage sixth gear and fifth was unusable - turns out gearbox problem. The bike WASN'T advertised as on behalf of customer and until the problem became apparent, the sale was dealt with purely by Bikeonic. I was then stuck in a losing battle between myself, Bikeonic and the "owner" of the bike. Neither "the owner" nor Bikeonic wanted to take responsibility for the problem and neither of which were willing to refund or even partially refund me for the £250+ I am still to this day, down on, from the courier delivery fee & admin cancellation of insurance and tax. The bike was clearly and obviously sold knowing full well the problem was there as between any decent person/rider/mechanic/salesman/garage would cycle through the gearbox be it on a paddock stand and or test ride before taking purchase or part ex of any vehicle. Let alone before sale to the next customer. It is hard to believe between the shop and owner of the bike that neither knew there was a problem. So in my eyes was clearly a scam and most likely the pair of them are friends trying to pull a fast one. I waited a good 8months+ before posting this in the hope that one of them would do the right thing but neither has. Regardless of who owned the bike upon the time of me purchasing it, it was advertised, sold to me and receipt, all from Bikeonic. Totally put me off ever buying "blindly" again (as I say I'm 200+ miles away), even with pictures, walk round and running videos and having their word that the bike was as advertised. And being told, and I quote "you won't regret it". Unless you're local and can test ride prior to purchase I wouldn't even consider buying from here and even then would be skeptical of any hidden issues. Hate to leave a negative but my two cents may help another unsuspecting victim

Fantastic experience: Well , I met vince a few months ago when I visited the shop to view a yamaha rxs100 , it was in origional condition , and under priced , so I bought it , the set price was agreed over the air waves , upon meeting and chatting wile I viewed the bike , the agreed price was further reduced as vince said I was a genuine nice bloke , and to pop in for a brew anytime , so i did , vince is great to get on with and willing to share his knowledge over a cuppa , feel like I've known him ages , great little gem of a shop for used bikes , would recommend greatly , vince and Alex are top lads and they are up there on my brew and chat list , would buy there again definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.......⭐

They're honest and down to earth Amazing telephone manners & etiquette, and great hospitality while your bikes getting fixed up. Speedy service and won't cheat you out of your money. They'll give you the best advice on bike maintenance if you're a new rider.

Negative experience: Advise to view any bike before parting with any money. Paint chips, scratches, perished tyres, indicator wedged in place not even wired in, steering lock broken, 2 weeks to deliver and turned in a transit van crammed with tables and chairs. Had to half empty the van to get to the bike. Paid full retail to. Give 1 star cuz it had fuel in and did start. Offered my money back if I was prepared to waste 6 hours travelling time taking it back. Decided to keep the bike and repair it to the condition I thought I had brought. Not saying don’t buy, just view it properly first. I will never distance purchase again because of this experience. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I allways use these guys , Vinni and Alex go the extra mile even for small jobs , today I had to pick up my first a2 bike and Vinni volunteers straight away to help pick the bike up repair it and mot it all in the space of 4 hours even tho the bike needed a few jobs doing to it he made the time for this small time job jus to see a smile on his customers face ,I would recommend bike onic to anyone as they are honest people in their business and really understand the customers needs and does a brilliant job to make things happen as fast as possible, 15/10 for Vinni and Alex , they have allways been their for me with all my bikes and Iv thanked them a thousand times just hope everyone else wishing to use their services understands that they have the best service for the best price , best value for your money , and it’s allways the same experience everytime i go down wether it’s for a cup of tea or buying a bike or fixing a bike .

Negative experience: Sold me a bike with what was clearly a dodgy MOT, fork seal gone on closer inspection and warped disc.

Negative experience: Partner bought a bike from here in 2016, led to believe all in working order and great condition - nothing further from the truth, nothing but problems with it ever since, including some serious faults with the break pads which could have led to a fatal accident. Shoddy workmanship, probably doing work to the lowest of their capability then marking up the bikes to get them sold. Partner took the bike in to them when the spokes on the back wheel were dangerously loose, concern completely ignored until taken to an MOT a month later. Cowboys.
