Fantastic experience: Absolutely astounding service from Motoden Yamaha, it had recently come to my attention that I had to have some recall work done on my R3. They were able to quickly verify this and order in all the parts that were needed from Yamaha. Granted the parts took a little while to arrive however this wasn't their fault as Yamaha deals with the deliveries for recall work. I also opted for a service as one was due. Not only did they complete this service to a high standard but they went above and beyond and connected up my front indicators, (I'd changed them recently and forgotten to to it myself) something that I hadn't even mentioned to them. They even cleaned my bike which was still covered in that horrible brown rain we had recently. They did all of this within a few hours on a Monday. Huge shout-out to the guys over there I will most definitely be coming back for regular services and any other work I need doing! The staff were polite, well spoken and knew what they were talking about! You can really tell these people are passionate about what they do

Negative experience: Poor customer service. I went there with all intensions to buy a new bike but the guys didn't seem to be interested in talking to me. They also claimed prices went up from April on all bikes but actually looking elsewhere the bike I was looking for (XMAX 125) is £500-£700 cheaper than their price....

If there’s an optionto rate it minus 5 Stars It would be better just to let people Know/Aware this particular place/people is No longer reliable! been going there for 5 years and this is the last visit never Again. Its got nothing to do with Covid19 and I am not the only one to witness the inability of staff for customer satisfaction. I payed for my parts to be collected in 4 days time precisely Fri 22/05/20 went in Fri part’s not arrived then wait over weekend bank holiday Monday Again went in Tue parts and hey there’s no sign of the parts. The Bad thing staff didn’t even bother to call me or text me to let me know about the progress. To conclude the very disappointing experience I haven’t heard any kind of apology Which means you also get a Very Poor customer service. Definitely I Would Not Recommend These People To Any One Whom Really Love/Care About Motorbikes
Negative experience: 600 percent mark up on some replacement parts over charges for work oil and sundries is a con.... if u hurt your self on your scooter threw there negligence they will make fun of how they get away with it behind closed doors

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write reviews but i was so impressed with Dan in sales, he was extremely helpful trying to arrange finance for a KTM duke 790. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances (baby on the way) I wasn’t able to purchase the bike, I will however see Dan when I’m ready to purchase my dream bike. Defiantly a recommended dealer who is willing to spend time and effort to make sure the customer feels comfortable as well as leaves with a positive experience.

Negative experience: Heard nothing for 3 and a half weeks after taking it into repair, £500 pounds seemed quite expensive, went with it though, than after the 3 and a half weeks they requested another £250 pounds after finding out they had not even looked at the bike yet. Can't warrant getting the repair done now, huge shame, did my motorbike licence with them and was very impressed.
Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with the very helpful and patient Jason. Had it mastered in no time, was a really fun experience - that's the most important thing. Would recommend to anyone looking to complete their CBT.
Negative experience: Quick to sell you a bike but once they get your cash and you pick up your bike they don't even want to show you the bike just keys and bye then say your need a 600mile first service that will cost £140. When you go for that service they add another £20 plus on top when you say I got told less they say go talk to the dude you brought it off so there adding money on top and ripping you off. I brought a new bike and wanted to get another bike within 2 years it won't be from here trust me. This is a warning stay away from these cowboy conmen.
Fantastic experience: Had a great day learning how to be a competent rider on London's busy roads. Chris was amazing, very friendly, very down to earth, easy to understand and every instruction was clear and precise. Would definitely recommend doing your CBT here.

Fantastic experience: The training was really great and I passed my MOD 1 first time and MOD 2 on the second go. The team were really nice and I fully recommend them for beginner riders. The bikes were good quality and they have the gear of you don’t. They made me feel super comfortable getting my licence and I’d definitely recommend them for others.
Fantastic experience: I haven’t even purchased anything from these guys but they have been so incredibly helpful, every question I have posed has been answered and in astonishing time, Mitch was who I spoke to via email enquiry he has been very informative and helpful, I’m just sad I won’t get to deal with these guys due to money issues my end, should that circumstance change I know who I’m calling!

Negative experience: Bought a new Yamaha Xmax. Communication was ok. However the service was somewhat disappointing. I went there to see if the finance would be approved and after inserting all my details on their system they told me I got through ok and they would give me a loan. I paid the deposit and ordered the scooter for delivery in a week time. A week after, I went there to collect the bike only to find out the details the guy inserted the first time on the finance application were incorrect and the finance company did not approve the loan. Had to pay in full.

Negative experience: Total waste of time I wasted a half day making my way there after calling first and the guy on the phone said it was fine to come down and view a bike but he sold it just before I got there and he said why didn't I put a deposit to reserve it but I didn't think this was necessary as he did not give me the option when I called but then claimed it was my fault for not leaving a deposit despite calling ahead, never had an experience like this when buying a car, I guess car dealers have more integrity. (I since found some smaller friendly bike shops that were much more pleasant to deal with) My experience has led me to steer quite a few people away from buying from them so far. I give 1 star because you cant give 0 stars which leads to a bias towards better looking ratings as even the worst company can never achieve less than 1 star.

Fantastic experience: I took all of my training and tests with Scooterden, from CBT through to MOD 2 and I couldn't rate the tuition and support more highly. The training made the difference between passing and failing. Instructor Simon's experience, skill and calm enhanced my riding 10 fold, Stuart gave brilliant support and guidance and 'Fluffy' immediately put me at ease when getting on a 750cc for the very first time. All at Scooterden went out of their way to ensure a swift and efficient path to gaining my full liscence... 10 out of 10, Thank you!

Fantastic experience: On two occasions I've used scooterden and both times they have been exceptional, really friendly and helped where it was needed. I must give a special mention to Dean and sunny ( I think that's how you spell his name) as they were the two instructors that took my CBT. They spoke with clarity, were very relaxed and made a few jokes here and there and overall groovy people. They made the day seem not to long and tedious, especially as this was my second CBT. My only fault (if you can call it that) in all if this is that they were too thorough as everything they were saying I've heard before but it wasn't only me but 7 other greenhorns who were there so I understand why. Will definitely return in for my A2 licence!

Negative experience: I purchase a scooter from this shop at first everything was good i got the scooter on finance and then i was suppose to received the scooter 4 weeks after 2 month went on and i finally got the scooter they ask me to come and pick up the scooter when i arrived the scooter was there but they told me that we need to reply for the finance because the guy that was dealing with my account forgot to speak to the finance company to tell them my scooter was delay for all this time and the end the finance was refuse and i had to manage to find the money in cash in order to enjoy my scooter. unprofessional the all experience!!! also when i call to per order the scooter i ask for the new version with ABS and i got one without the ABS!!! this guys are useless i will never buy a scooter from them again and i will advise to any one to go and purchase in a better shop also i read that one scooter go stolen from they shop when it was service and they refuse to pay him back what a lot of nonsense!!!! I love the scooter but the people in this shop should lean how to work if i was doing my job like them i will have my P45 a week later.

Negative experience: The biggest cow boys in London. My Scooter was stolen from their store. The management have continually given me the the run around. George Denison the owner has said if I speak to his staff rude he will come and find me. The reality is his company owes me £4250. I have police reports and solicitor letters which they did not respond to that they will have to. I will also leave this same review on Motoden and will attend with my debt collectors.
Fantastic experience: Passed my A license, I couldn't be happier! All the instructors I learnt from were very helpful and gave me all the support I need to pass both modules. My bad habits held me back at first, but their instructions were so simple...I was able to get rid of them in no time! I feel a lot more confident and safer on the road. I had a lot of fun and the experience was very memorable! Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my A Licence (with flying colours) thanks to Jason & Rob. Cracking outfit, and great guys to learn with. I did three days of instruction where I was given really detailed feedback about how to improve my riding (and how to pass the exam). I would definitely recommend!

He was very informative , patient and shared a great deal of knowledge about which helmets are best. i placed an order( Monday ) which was suppose to come the end of the week. Fantastic experience: Completed my DAS with Simon and Jason yesterday (and Rob, but I overslept for his part of the training, thanks for the wake up phone call and actually getting me to my Mod 1 with 5 minutes to spare!!). As a diving instructor I know exactly what it takes to put students at ease and these guys absolutely nailed it. Their teaching style was second to none and having been taught at 2 other schools I can honestly say that I would never recommend anyone else other than these guys. Amazing service from the get go and very professional. Can I give six stars?!!
