Fantastic experience: Service and MOT
Negative experience: Went in to buy some new winter gloves. I'm new to motorbikes so didn't know much. The woman onesite was rude and patronising. Criticising the brand that I did know and made my jacket, (Alpinestars) as "expensive and not good" despite the fact that that shop sells the brand in question. So if Alpinestars are so bad, why are you selling their stuff? By your own admission you're selling stuff that is overpriced and poor quality. Or you're lying to push the brands that you want to push. Either way, not a good look!
Negative experience: Friendly staff, but hopeless. I booked my bike in for repair and MOT last month. I was told they would ring which hen it was ready to collect. After 5 days I hadn't heard anything so rang up and was told it had passed. I came by to collect it 2 days later and was then told it had failed and they didn't know when they could get it booked in next or when the part would be in. I ended up taking it to a different bike shop who sorted everything out the next afternoon. Waste of time and money.
Positive experience: I didn't buy from them, but it's worth a review because after sending a bunch of different enquiries out on autotrader, they were one of only three that came back to me, and the only one that got in touch more or less straight away. In the end they offered me the lowest part exchange value and despite having the cheapest bike I enquired on, it meant their cost to change wasn't competitive. Sam was great, both on the phone and email however, so credit to him, if another bike I wanted popped up in the future I would happily give him a shout.
Fantastic experience: Want to put my hat off to Brian grays staff, they have been nothing but helpfull especially sam and gorgi for making sure I get a warm welcome to the biking world, giving me tips on all aspects. Thank you
