Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the service provided by the whole team at Triumph Newcastle! I initially got in contact with Mr Waters who was very helpful, polite, professional and made sure that I am happy with the motorbike I was buying. The service team also went out of their way to support my wishes and made pictures as well as kept all parts to vouch for the quality of their work. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a bike as the team at Triumph Newcastle will definitely make sure that their customers are satisfied and go any length to achieve that. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again for everything!

Fantastic experience: Top folks, these. Booked my bike in for what I thought was a major problem, but service guru Dave was super honest about how simple (and cheap) it was to fix. Bike back next day; all sorted. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dealership, I was looked after by Eric, who couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process of buying a bike. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful, I would happily purchase from here again.
