I initially got in contact with Mr Waters who was very helpful, polite, professional and made sure that I am happy with the motorbike I was buying. The service team also went out of their way to support my wishes and made pictures as well as kept all parts to vouch for the quality of their work. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a bike as the team at Triumph Newcastle will definitely make sure that their customers are satisfied and go any length to achieve that. Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Triumph Newcastle in both the sales and service departments. Purchased a new bike in April and preparation, communication and delivery of the bike was first class. Experience since with servicing the bike and addition of accessories has also been very good. Many thanks to service manager Dave who went above and beyond to sort out a Satnav wiring problem on my second bike that had been plaguing me for several years after being fitted by another dealership. The other dealer had previously tried to fix this without success but Dave and the service team in Newcastle quickly located the problem and sorted it out after fitting my bike into their busy schedule at very late notice. One week later and six days into my tour of the Highlands the Satnav has been faultless !! Overall, a highly recommended dealership in Newcastle.

Fantastic experience: I have to say this has been by far the very best service and experience I've ever had looking at and buying a bike. From first contacting the team online then stepping into the showroom the whole team experience was first class. I purchased an older Triumph Explorer and I'm absolutely over the moon with it and looking forward to getting out on it and putting on a few miles. Fantastic experience: A servicing department that is second to none! From the use of a pukka loan bike while it's in for a service, to bespoke solutions to repair problems taking into consideration affordability and individual need, I couldn't ask for more. Triumph garages are always passionate about the brand and motorcycles in general, but this place goes above and beyond; remembering that I prefer to get work done on the weekend and offering me a sooner appointment following cancellation, sourcing some used parts at discounted rates, offering to replace the key battery, and loading me a SPEED TRIPLE as a loan bike while I wait! If the bikes weren't mint (which they certainly are) the customer service would be reason enough to get a Triumph! Merch is ridiculously expensive though of course - shop vinted lol

Fantastic experience: I have a triumph rocket 111 which had an electrical issue. Dave bonello service manager said they could sort it .bike fixed super fast time so we were able to attend the Isle of man TT if you have any issues with your bike speak to Dave Bonello he the man many thanks

Fantastic experience: Returning from a week long trip to Scotland, I found I had a problem with the front brake on my street twin. After ringing ahead to check they had some pads we rocked up just before closing. We were expecting to fit them ourselves but as we walked through the door a technician asked if we were the brake pad guys and he'd be with us in 5. He promptly took the bike and fixed the problem (brake was also siezed) and returned it to me for the cost of the pads. I had to get back to North Yorkshire so this was a godsend. Thank-you Triumph Newcastle you're angels. Sorry I didn't get the name of the fixit angel! Triumph service at its best.

I live in Cheshire and after discussions with Eric and a personalised video I was more than happy to go ahead. Everything then was just so professionally done, I got a fair price on my trade in and took out the option to have my bike delivered. It came on time and as discussed and my trade in was taken back to Newcastle. I have had many Triumph motor cycles, and this was by far the easiest transaction I’ve experienced. Fantastic experience: We popped in to look at a new helmet for my other half, asked if we were ok to try some on and we’re told “No problem , help yourself , give me a shout if you need anything “ which made us feel very welcome. Turns out that M was a bit snug and L felt a bit big so we went and asked for some help. Rachel came straight over and took some measurements, saw both sizes tried on and suggested a Medium with slightly smaller pads. To have someone who’s an experienced biker spend time with us and give proper expert advice , helped have total confidence that the helmet was safe and the right choice. The best customer service we’ve ever had, in any shop - ever!

Fantastic experience: Took my helmet in as couldn't get new visor to fit.the girl on counter tried then said was not visor but the helmet .she took the helmet off me and sent it away to be checked as only a year old had the helmet back inside a week. Was excellent customer service. When I collected helmet she had removed and replaced visor several times to ensure everything was fine. Can't recommend them highly enough

Fantastic experience: Haven’t bought yet but went in to the showroom to have a look and ask for some suggestions for my first bigger bike after I pass my test, the service I got was outstanding - I did not get the salesman’s name but he was so friendly, helpful, approachable and took a lot of time to talk to me and my friends about various options. Would highly recommend and will be returning here when it is time for me to buy!

Negative experience: Lovely showroom and nice selection of bikes. I'm in the market for a Bonneville Bobber and called in Saturday 3/12/22 to have a look and hopefully a chat, but after a full lap of the store and zero acknowledgment of my presence from staff, I left.

Positive experience: Coffee offered on arrival and when I returned for the bike. I was offered a scrambler but too tall for my short legs. I got an NC750 instead from the nearby Honda garage. Service completed £320 as throttle bodies checked and chain gide replaced. Friendly service from Dave and bike ready early although I rang to find this out just as the work had been completed.

Fantastic experience: I have been riding for 30+ years and have been into a fair few dealerships in those times. Without exception in dealerships any random bloke will be spoken to before me. Newcastle Triumph from service to sales always speak to me like I know what I am talking about which is a refreshing change. They are professional, respectful and when I am fault finding on my teenage speed triple they will talk me through what could potentially be the issue without trying to sell me anything or charge me. I bought my 900 from them and they have added bits and serviced her with the utmost care and customer service. They are the best at what they do and will always be the only dealership I will recommend. (Just off redheugh bridge).
