Fantastic experience: A fantastic, supportive and encouraging training motorcycle training service. My friend and I did our basic CBTs here two years ago, and were happy to come back and do our full licence this year. Andy and Hooman our teachers were the best guides we could have asked for. They explained everything precisely and were able to spot the tiniest issues I would never have thought would be affecting my riding. They were very empathetic with pre-test nerves, and I always knew they wanted the best for me in the test. When I'm riding my bike, I can still hear their voices in my ear telling me what to do! We will be sending photos from our bike tours back to Passmasters and couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my full mod 2 for full A category. Passmasters it’s not only name they are really masters of helping people passing their licenses. Very friendly and professional staff I was having pleasure to have as a instructor Hooman for training and Russel for my Test both very friendly and professional guys, also Andy is a top man as he very quickly find for me the slot for mod 2 test. Fantastic experience: Went to Passmmasters a little over a month ago to do my A2 conversion. Started with an initial assessment to gauge training followed by me booking 2 full days, mod 1 & mod 2. I had Russell as my main instructor over this time, who was professional and courteous throughout, taking the time to explain things to the students in a tailored way to suit each participant. Fantastic experience: I can’t thank pass masters enough for helping me all the way from completing my CBT to only a month later receiving my full category A licence. Not only did I learn so much but I also had a lot of fun during the training which is what riding is all about. Hooman is a great instructor who knows exactly what he’s on about, if I didn’t pass my mod 1 first time I would’ve been amazed after the substantial amount of information and skill he taught me. Andy and Russel are both great and fully aware riders who both helped me through my mod 2. Couldn’t recommended them enough!!

Fantastic experience: Very good school with lovely, attentive instructors. Went from my CBT to getting my A level licence in less than 6 weeks! Charlotte was brilliant for the CBT - very structured training, but kept the information flowing with a lot of humour! Andy and Hooman were very patient and helpful over the 3 days of DAS training. They had booked the Mod 1 test track for a couple of hours to help us train onsite. That experience helps with the actual Mod 1 test. They were very attentive and also kept an eagle eye out to call out the mistakes and nip potential bad habits in the bud while we drove around Uxbridge on potential test routes! Andy even reduced one day of training and refunded the money since he felt that I did not need it. Top marks to them for putting their students first! And a special callout to Siba who (wo)mans the phones for being extra accommodating and clarifying all my unending queries very patiently!

Fantastic experience: Passed both MOD1 and MOD2 this week first time round for both of them and a lot of that credit goes to the fantastic instructors that are at the school. Huge shoutout to Hooman who I had most of training with and Christian also. Also had the pleasure of meeting Russel also who took me for my exam. Would highly recommend these guys if you’re planning to get your full bike license.

Negative experience: First of all i would like to address that my review is similar to another review from a user named Complex136 as he and me shared the same cbt class. The instructors were very nice and explained the safety and maintenance parts of the course well but on the maneuvers a third member of our class was very inexperienced and was still stuck on the first or second maneuver (stopping and starting) during this time me and me friend had managed to get onto figure of 8 and U-turns. According to the instructor if you struggled with a task you were meant to be sent home and requested to do an ITM so the other people in the class were not held back. However this third member of the class was not sent back home and so hence me and my friend did not get the attention and assistance we needed to finish our course and we lost about 2 hours of our time. The instructor mentioned a few "tips and tricks" to doing things and referenced law breaking jokes about drugs and the police which worried me at first. Along with the fact there were only 3 scooters two being 125cc and one being 50cc and the 125cc scooter i was given did not work and i had to do my course on a 50cc scooter. I was told after leaving i could call back and be able to continue my cbt for half price and start where i left off (figure of 8's) but my calls have all gone to voicemail and no one has contacted me back.

Negative experience: Awful Experience - Rude and Aggressive trainers My husband had a terrible experience at this place today. He arrived well ahead of his 8am appointment, but was shockingly turned away because he was wearing "huaraches," which to my knowledge are essentially trainers. The two staff members on site were extremely rude and aggressive when my husband politely mentioned that he lives only 15 minutes away and could quickly return with different shoes if necessary. Instead of providing any guidance or understanding, they became hostile, aggressively telling him to "go away" without any empathy. They even got right up in his face, shouting at him to leave the premises in a manner that made him feel as though they were about to physically assault him. My husband quickly left, deeply disappointed by the shocking lack of professionalism. He had completed his CBT here two years ago and chose to return because of that prior experience, but this time was a complete disaster. To make matters worse, he was informed that he wouldn't receive a refund and they wouldn’t reschedule his appointment. The service was appalling. This is no way to treat customers.

Fantastic experience: It was fantastic experience with instructor name RESHAD he explained us in such good way that it I had cleared my CBT I suggested you to book your CBT RESHAD thank you pass master for suggesting good instructor for me.

Negative experience: Worst place for CBT they scam people as they did me specially there’s a lady instructor she’s not giving the certificate once they make you fail they will say come again for extra classes for money. Please don’t waste your money

Negative experience: I’ll start with the good points. From what I could gather, the instructors are all very chill while prioritising safety and learning. I enjoyed my day there and learned a lot. My main issue is that in my specific circumstance, my group didn’t get to complete the course or go on the road ride due to some of the group’s students lacking some of the more basic skills which caused us to run out of time. While it’s great that they give all students the time to attempt to get something down, there’s a clear issue when a student is having issues going in a straight line and maintaining balance while doing so, meanwhile the other students are on figure of 8. The reluctance to fail students who are clearly not prepared and should have taken the ITM first is what I believe is their biggest problem, and the reason another student and I missed out on getting our CBT finished on that day. Another issue I’ve personally had is with customer support, I called on Monday and was told I would receive a call back on the same day which was supposed to answer one of my queries. I did not get called back. I attempted to call again on Wednesday to no avail. It is now Friday evening and I’ve heard nothing in terms of calls or emails. Furthermore, there was a minor issue with one of the scooters not starting and the only other available scooter was a 50cc.

Fantastic experience: After wanting to obtain my motorcycle licence for a long time i finally bit the bullet and and found these guys on google, I carried out my CBT first with them and was trained by Hooman who took his time and was patient and informative in training me in the basics required in riding a bike , He also assessed my riding so i would know the length of course to book, I booked a 4 day course with them and this was taken by Graham, My first day i was Nervous as i had never been on a bike on the road (apart from CBT) especially a bigger CC bike, Graham was amazing the entire time and had my nerves calmed within the first couple of hours of riding, we spent the rest of the week fine tuning what i needed to do in order to pass my mod 1 and mod 2 which was both at the end of the week, I can say that i have passed both with only 1 minor on my mod 1 and 0 minors on my mod 2, i highly recommend Passmasters if you are looking at doing your CBT or motorcycle licence,

Negative experience: Stupidly booked a cbt while my provisional was expired and was told I wouldn’t need to pay again once I sorted my provisional I asked for an appointment to be told I had to pay again. Bunch of liars

Fantastic experience: I had my CBT today and my instructor Reshad was incredible at explaining every step of the training.After thoroughly going through each element he ensured that we were all ready for the next part.Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Well now, where to begin. This will be fragmented as a review, I started with the free assessment and took Andys advise on how long a course I should do. Uxbridge test centre is known to be hard, but following andys advise, I got my mod 1 first time round and then got my mod 2 first time round the very next day (12:00 today I was back at their centre having completed my mod 2 and looking for bikes). 3 hours later and I have my self an almost new z650. Fragmented part 1) I had never been on anything other than a 125, so I trained with Rob for 2 days. He was more or less the guy who got my training wheels off the sv650 they lent me. Poor Rob. Fragmented part 2) During test day (today) Andy had to leave but he decided to wait the hour, just to see if I passed or not. It really shows how much they care when they put their students first. Thank you so much guys, all of you. I couldn’t have done it without your expert tuition and hints and you forever telling me ‘keep your distance’ ‘2 second rule’ ‘you’re too close’. Yes, I got a minor for speed on my mod 2… Fragmented part 3) While out on the roads, if there is an impatient driver behind and driving way to close, I noticed the trainer fall back and force the car to give us the space. Even with the car right on the trainers rear wheel. It was much appreciated. Fragmented part 4) during my time with passmasters, I’ve been to the test centre a few times (so the student goes on the local roads and gets to feel more confident with the centre and have the examiners see the student around) I noticed quite a few of the other schools get fail after fail. I’m very glad I went with passmasters, well worth the money. Last fragmented bit) when booking, you can ask if you can have a try on the test centres mod1 arena. Passmasters hire out the place so you get to do a few of the high speed tests, this is really really worth it.

Fantastic experience: Went with the team from never riding a motorbike, through CBT, the full DAS course and passing both modules on the first attempt. I booked a 5-day course on the advice of the team, who cut it down to 4 days when it was clear I didn't need the extra training. Fantastic experience: These guys are top notch. All my instructors Hunan, Russell, Andy and Rob were just fantastic and supportive. Having never ridden any motorised bike before, I did struggle initially. However over the course of a few days of training I successfully completed my training on a manual bike and am now looking forward to starting my full bike license training soon. Would highly recommend them !

Negative experience: While I initially heard great things about Passmaster from Google reviews, my personal experience was less positive. The individual I spoke with on the phone was notably rude, making it challenging to communicate effectively. Based on this encounter, I would hesitate to recommend their services.

Negative experience: My experience was very bad with passmasters as i completed my whole course with them but i tried to call many times (20+ times everyday) and they wouldnt pick up to book my module 2 test, they dont care about you if you fail or pass. As soon you finish your course they ignore you after spending £850 with them. The person on the phone was very rude with me after finally answering my calls. I tried to use my friends phone number and they called him back, left him voicemails and even texted him to try and get him to book but not me .

Fantastic experience: I recently passed my mod 1 & mod 2 with PassMasters. My trainer was Russel who I may say is very professional & great at his job. I had training on Monday & Wednesday then both mod 1 on Thursday morning & mod 2 in the afternoon, which I managed to pass with flying colours. I would like to say a big thank you to Graham for fitting me in in such short notice ( called him on a Friday and had a full license the following Friday ) & and a massive thank you to Russel for teaching me so many skills in such short time. Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, they completely teach you from the ground up and heavily go into health and safety. My instructor Russel was absolutely amazing, he was funny and never made you feel bad if you made a mistake and encouraged you when you felt down. Ultimately he was a great instructor and I recommend Passmasters for any motorcycle license you try to achieve!

Fantastic experience: Just completed my A licence DAS rider training with Passmasters in Sudbury Hill. Had such a great time learning to ride a geared bike, going from total newbie to confident rider. All going to plan it should take 6 days; 5 full days of training, 2 half days for each mod test, split over a couple of weeks. Annoyingly, I failed my Mod 1 first time as I was 1kph under the acceptable speed for the avoidance exercise, but Graham was able to book a second Mod 1 a month later and then move my Mod 2 test to a different date. My instructors (Russell the brummy sensei/ what you’d get if Miss Honey was a big biker bloke with a ginger beard, Rob the rocker storyteller and Graham the Don of the place!) and the others there really know their stuff, all have a different teaching style, which altogether makes for a more rounded experience of learning to ride a bike on the road. They get you beyond just passing your Mod 1 and Mod 2 and make sure you know how to be safe and seen for riding beyond the tests. Easy parking, food and facilities available at David Lloyd across the car park - just make sure you register your car at their front desk each day if parking in their car park. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Started with CBT and then went for 4 days DAS course. Passed both module 1&2 in 1st attempt. Very Professional and friendly Instructors, they teach you properly according to the test standards, my instructors were Russel, Rob & Christian. Cheers to all three of you. They also got brand new bikes in the fleet. And also have a massive free parking so no issues to get there with your vehicle. Special thanks to Graham who arranged my training and tests according to the dates I provided him. Highly Recommended to anyone looking to get a Full bike licence. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience I was unsure about trying another training school after I’ve been treated badly in the past but everyone was so lovely and made sure I felt welcome. Passmasters take you to the test centre to see the grounds and get comfortable before the exam. It was worth all the early mornings and traveling to London. Passing my test with such support was a piece of cake!

Fantastic experience: Having known of Passmasters for many years, and recently doing my CBT with Norm at the High Wycombe site, I decided to do a DAS course for my full licence. As a part of this, I spent 3 full days with Andy and Rob learning everything I needed to know for the Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests. With their impeccable teaching, I’m glad to say that I passed first time on both. I can hand-on-heart say that the teaching and services here couldn’t be better. Fantastic experience: These guys were great. Really good tips, very patient, seemed to really want us to pass. All exceptionally experienced riders. I failed my manoeuvres exam cause of my emergency brake and they helped me practice it. I also had to renew my CBT before my second attempt at the big bike test cause mine had just expired. And actually repeating that for the day was also exceptionally helpful. Passed it all on the second go. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Russell and Rob were my trainers. I’d never ridden a motorcycle before. They were patient and explained things very clearly and were extremely knowledgeable. Russell would mimic me exactly to show what I was doing wrong. That was exactly what I needed to fix it. For me one of the highlights was the ability to practice on the actual official pad where I had to do my module 1 exam. That’s priceless. The whole team are friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Recently completed my full A license DAS course (5 days) and passed mod 1 and mod 2 with Passmasters. The instructors that trained me are Russell and Rob and also had half a day with Graham on my final day. All 3 were absolute legends. They were very welcoming, calm and patient in their approach to the training. A special thanks to Graham for being so accommodating in terms of booking the training to suit my schedule and also for booking the tests and making amendments to the schedule as needed. I also saw several other instructors around during my few days with Passmasters and everyone was very welcoming and friendly even though they didn’t train me. If you are looking to do your DAS A, A2, etc courses then I would not hesitate to recommend Passmasters to anyone. A great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: I have zero experience on bikes and was very concerned at the start I wouldn’t learn how to do it on the geared ones! However the trainers here are very knowledgeable and patient. By the time it got to our first lunch break I was zooming around the practice area confidently! They are really good!

This is an excellent centre for learning how to ride professionally and safely. Fantastic experience: Well I must say I was quite nervous being new to motorbikes but these guys really helped put me at ease. Graham was extremely helpful in the lead up to the booking with a few emails back and forth guiding me through the booking process and generally advising me on the best approach to motorcycling progress. Hooman (hope I remembered the spelling) was a superb teacher. Calm, methodical, clear and very supportive. Very focused on highlighting issues in a constructive way and working on them until resolved. Passed my CBT and the advice didn't stop there, spent time discussing the best next steps to practice and we also talked about the next stage of licensing and the best approach to work towards that. Excellent all round experience and I will be back to these guys for my full licence without question.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experience of going through every aspect of the compulsory basic training with Mr. Human at Passmaster. As a beginner to riding a moped and UK highway code in general, by the end of the day I had a great understanding of how to ride a bike safely and obey traffic rules and laws. When I started I had a hard time with CBT as this is my first time doing it, but Mr. Human's professional assistance and guidance made the learning process much easier for me. Fantastic experience: Today I cleared my CBT with the great assistance and elaborative guidance. I learned a lot about Uk’s road rules and law. The special moment from the day was when my instructor Mr. Hooman gave us 5 minutes short break in between and offered us some cookies and kitkat bar… I was bit hungry at that time and loved this warm gesture by Mr Hooman.

Fantastic experience: Had to come back for CBT training more than 1 day but the advice/training was valid, they are stern but fair. If you are worried about a loved one or even yourself getting adequate training I would highly recommend these guys, real focus on safety and proper technique. Hooman was my instructor, he taught with a great understanding and very encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to my instructor Andy who was just brilliant and funny, I had DAS training starting at 9 in the morning and the exam is straightaway in the afternoon at 3, couldn’t sleep the night before because I was feeling very nervous, so I decided to arrive 30 mins too early, when I arrived I met Russell who was also a instructor there and he was doing CBT for the day. Instead of just having me to wait around until 9 to start my lesson, Russell got me to join the briefing with the CBT student and pointed out lots of advice for my Mod 2 exam in the afternoon. After that Andy took over the lessons, the first thing he asked us before we started riding was what I thought that I needed to improve on, and I told him that my turning, positioning and necessary checks would need work on, we then went out riding for 40mins before we stop and he would correct what I was doing wrong, he made it easy simple and a good laugh while correcting me, gave a lot of encouragement and just told us to relax and enjoy the ride, and so I did, that literally improved my riding. In the afternoon I managed to pass with 2 minors. The only advice that I would give for Mod 2 exam is to relax, I know it ain’t easy when you are on the spot, but go out and breathe, I keep on telling myself it is fine if I do fail, so relax and enjoy riding.

Our instructor is HOOMAN he was very gentle and kind , he put his full effort because of which I able to complete it am really thankfull to him. Overall everything was good there .

Fantastic experience: As someone who has never personally ridden a motorcycle before I found the thought of it quite daunting, I would love to personally say thank you so much to Hooman and Russell for giving me the support and confidence to ride a moped. They're such patient instructors with great teaching techniques while also having fun and a laugh in the process, I didn't feel overwhelmed either as Russell broke the certain steps needed to do the task down into smaller bite-sized pieces of information. With my newfound knowledge I started to feel comfortable riding a moped within around 30 mins and I personally don't feel as if I would've produced the same level of results and/or improvement in another CBT center. Once we finished in the car park we went out on the road for an hour or so, Surprisingly despite it being a first time me being on a motorcycle I felt reasonably safe considering I've had no previous experience other than riding an Electric scooter. Russell allowed us to actually look at roundabouts and junctions first hand to see how other drivers act when they're on a roundabout or a junction. That information could've been shown on a board but the level of interactivity produced by Russell has made me understand it exponentially more than showing a diagram as I can apply the knowledge I'm learning whilst looking at the actual junction or roundabout first hand. To summarise please do not hesitate to book here, you're in the safest hands possible and the instructors encourage you to do well. Another huge thank you to Russell and Hooman for the session! I definitely shall be rebooking a gear conversion course along side CBT renewals 2 years later.

Fantastic experience: All the guys here are absolute precessional. I needed confidence to get back on the motorbike as they say. They have a great range bikes and let you to gain confidence in going up the sizes. Mr Graham who was very professional in booking me on the right course. Fantastic experience: Very great place for leanring a CBT course for unexperienced/experienced riders. Instructor Russell has done an amazing job at teaching and practicing with learners on the day I was there.

Fantastic experience: It was an absolute pleasure dealing and learning with Passmasters who I found through the usual search on Google and who were closest to me. I had sessions with a bit of everyone at Passmasters and they were all as equally informative and professional but funny at the same time. I had Russell for my CBT, Dicky and mostly Andy for my DAS sessions. So thanks to all of them and of course Graham for organising everything for me, I have now my full A unrestricted motorcycle licence. Very happy with Passmasters and definitely would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: These guys here are absolute legends. I had not ridden in 15years and needed confidence to get back on the horse as they say. They have a range bikes and really allow you to build confidence in going up the sizes. From Graham who was ultra professional in booking me on the right course for a very RUSTY rider. The instructors Norm, Rob, Rus, Dickie were all friendly and really take time to give you constant feedback as you ride though the days. Russell should be on LBC as he ultra mellow, when he talks you listen as has wealth of knowledge, in showing what methods work best in the real world. In maneuvers like hazard avoidance etc. Everything works. Rob is a walking storyteller. My reservations about riding now that I am older and been off a bike for so long were put to rest as he explained his experiences when riding and dealing with situations on the road. Norm was from a different centre who came for the day to assist. Really helpful guy and took me around various ride routes during the day. Dickie. Looks like rocker but the guy has knowledge. Fantastic experience: I have done 2 cbt’s and das @ Passmasters. This is such a professional outfit, training was spot on from all the friendly and knowledgeable guys, hence I passed my mod1 and 2! I highly recommend Passmasters 100%, u won’t regret.

Fantastic experience: I took a 4 day course this week with Passmasters . I only completed my CBT a couple of months ago with these guys , having had very limited motorcycling experience in the past . Andy gave me intensive training on Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday . He very quickly accessed my capability and had me on a 650cc the same day , his tuition helped me to learn quickly and it worked ! I cannot express how expert these guys are at spotting your weaknesses and strengths and helping you to improve in the areas required to pass your Mod 1 and 2 . They have a fantastic team of very friendly and professional instructors . 3 days in Andy had me up to speed and ready for Mod 1 , Russel then took me for my Mod 1 test day 4 Passed !! Day 5 I met Russel and he carefully and methodically prepared me for every eventuality that I may come up against on my Mod 2 . Drove to the test centre . Took my test and passed !! One week off work and thanks to these guys I am a bonafide biker , the training has been so ingrained into me I will use it every time I get on a motorcycle (and it’s done) Graham (boss) also made the booking process very easy . Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Passmasters from Norman seeing me through my CBT at the high Wycombe site, to Russ at Greenford getting me through the full bike test. Very proffesional, they know their stuff and train riders to the highest standard, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended to contact Passmasters Rider Training by my postman and am very glad I did! Passed MOD 1 at end May and MOD 2 yesterday on first attempt each time! Owner Graham was very accommodating and helpful when booking as I wanted to spread my training days over a few weeks (even arranged training day on Jubilee Sunday!!) My instructors Andy & Russel were first class, made learning fun and felt confident when it was time to take the tests. Planning to return to complete ERS with Passmasters and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: My journey with this super professional school started with Norman, where I took my CBT. He was such a fantastic instructor and I was so amazed with the overall experience that straight away I booked courses with Passmasters for the A licence. On the 19th of May 2022 I started my first training with Russel. He is amazing, fun and as a former teacher understands really well the value to build your confidence and make you comfortable on your bike and he knows how to give you power boost during your exams. My results says all: 23 of May 2022 Mod 1 flawless pass, 27 of May Mod 2, pass with only one minor riding fault. Graham congratulations for all this amazing team. Last but not least many many thanks to Rob, Christian and Andy for all these moments that we have and for all this endless knowledge and advice that you pass me through this course that will stay with me for the rest of my biking life!! Fantastic experience: This is an extremely good school for learning how to ride a motorcycle and how to pass the practical tests for a full motorcycle licence. First of all Graham (the manager) was very good at finding timeslots for both training and tests that suited. Then all the instructors were extremely good at teaching and very friendly. I had different instructors each day of my training, which was actually very useful as they all had slightly different style of instructing, all very good. A big thanks to them all: Tony, Russel, Christian, Dickie, and Andy!

Fantastic experience: I went for a 5 days course to passmasters in Sudbury Hills with only 3 weeks motorcycle experience. I was really impressed the professionalism and the quality of the instructors there. at the end of those intensive 5 days training i went to my tests with full confidence i passed it first time my mod1 and second time my mod2. I would like to pass a special thanks to Andy and Rob, they are high caliber instructors. No wonder they get so many recommendations!! i would recommend them to anyone starting that journey, you won't regret !
