Fantastic experience: Excellent Service at Crescent Motorcycles I recently returned to motorcycling after a 13-year break, opting for an electric scooter for commuting. I enquired at Crescent Motorcycles, now a Yamaha dealer, about their electric options. Greg was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He arranged for me to test ride an electric Neos, which, while impressive, didn't quite meet my range requirements. Undeterred, Greg introduced me to the Yamaha Rayzr and put together a fantastic value package within my budget, including a helmet, jacket, heated grips, top box, and security devices. At no point did I feel pressured, and Greg was always readily available to answer my questions. The handover for my new Rayzr was thorough and informative. The scooter itself is perfect, and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Crescent Motorcycles and especially commend Greg and his team for their excellent service.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I bought a new Yamaha RayZR from Steve Wood for her to commute on. We first met Steve a while back when passing by as I was vaguely looking at scooters - I bought a Vespa 300 eventually. However, Steve had made such a positive impression upon us that we went back to him, even though we live 60 miles away in Shoreham-by-Sea, to buy her RayZR. Steve is very likeable, he couldn't be more decent and accomodating, and his attention to detail and thorough approach to our purchase was exemplary. He became aware of an upcoming promotion reducing the price of the RayZR, after we had put a deposit down at the former slightly higher price, and when I popped in to pay the balance he had dropped the amount in line with the upcoming new price. I could not imagine finding a finer individual from whom to buy a bike. Many thanks Steve for all your excellent service and help.

Fantastic experience: GREG thanks alot for all you've done mate really couldn't have meet a nicer sells guy then yourself, there was no pressure to buy unlike some places I've been, very knowledgeable genuine bloke.

Negative experience: I strongly considered buying Tracer 9 pro plus but only one visit in this dealer put me off. I asked if I could sit on it to check the seat height. I was told that I need to wait until they finish with other customer. Then no one bothered to come over. It looks like they have too many customers...

Fantastic experience: My first time buying a motorcycle. Greg in the sales team has been fantastic! Gave me the advice I needed, no pushy sales tactics, competitive pricing and found me exactly what I wanted. Really great customer care throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
