I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). I love being a driving instructor and helping people gain their licenses. Nothing beats seeing the smile on people's faces when they pass their driving test, especially when it's the first time!

I'm a happy, chilled out and patient instructor who believes that you can still have fun while learning to drive safely.

Please note, I currently only teach manual lessons. I don't have any access to teach automatic.

Fantastic experience: I can 100% recommend Julies Happy Driving Academy. Our son passed first time after only 12 weeks tuition. He truly was a 'Happy' Driving Academy pupil and was beaming from ear to ear with each lesson. Can't thank Julie enough for her excellent teaching skills. Thanks again Julie

Fantastic experience: Julie is amazing driving instructor!! 100% recommend to anyone. I struggle with anxiety and Julie was able to keep me calm in all lessons. I’m so thankful she believed in me.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend Julie as a driving instructor. She trains you very well and she will give you constructive criticism in a nice way rather than getting annoyed. She is very friendly and will also listen to you and if you have anything specific you want to work on, she will incorporate it into lessons.

Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend Julie! I was so nervous at the start and she made me feel so comfortable being behind the wheel. I had previously had lessons 5+ years ago and stopped due to nerves but with Julie I didn’t feel scared at all. I did the intensive as I couldn’t really fit normal lessons around my job and it was the best choice I made. Even with the long lessons I just had so much fun and couldn’t wait until the next one. Thank you again for giving me the confidence and helping me pass on my first attempt with only 1 minor
