His calm approach made learning to drive in a manual car so much easier and enjoyable. Andrew was really flexible with lesson times, which helped me fit driving around my schedule.

Negative experience: WARNING! Don't go near this driving instructor Steven Andrews. He took £2,000+ from my daughter for driving lessons. She paid him upfront in cash. No receipt ever given. He often turned up late, finished her lessons 10/20 mins early. Went into Tesco's to get his breakfast during her lessons. Didn't teach her any manoeuvres until 3 weeks before her test. Didn't ever teach her 3 point turn, hill start or emergency stop. Charged her £200 for the use of his car for her test. Charged her £50 for a mock test on top of the lesson this was in. Other instructors don't charge for this at all. He refused to supply his ADI number to me. And has ignored my messages asking for his complaints procedure. I feel he took advantage of a 19 year old girl and her money. Reading the reviews on here I suspect most of them are fake. I know one definitely is as there are two reviews one from a year ago and one from six years ago. Who needs to take their driving test twice!

Fantastic experience: Excellent driving instructor. My eldest son really enjoyed learning to drive with Steven and has just passed his test first time. A very patient and calm instructor I can highly recommend Steven and we will be asking him to teach our twin boys when they turn 17 next year.
