Fantastic experience: The Instructor Who Helped Me Finally Pass – After 12 Years! I would give 10 stars if there was an option. I honestly thought I’d never drive. I gave up learning 12 years ago after wasting a lot of time and money with two previous instructors who didn’t give me the right support or direction. They left me feeling discouraged and convinced that driving just wasn’t for me. I would get anxiety and panic attacks at the thought of driving and dreaded my lessons. Then I found Uncle Sarfraz , and everything changed. From our very first lesson, it was clear he genuinely cared about helping me succeed. He never wasted my time or money — every session was focused, productive, and tailored to exactly what I needed. He was always patient, honest, and encouraging, even on days when I doubted myself. He knew exactly how to build my confidence back up after all those years. Most importantly, he believed in me. Thanks to his encouragement and expert teaching, I finally passed my test — something I never thought I’d be able to say. If you’re feeling unsure or have had bad experiences before, I can’t recommend him enough. He’s the instructor who made it happen when I had almost given up for good.

Fantastic experience: I was so busy with work that I couldn't find time to do driving lessons with an instructor before my Practical Driving Test on 9th of July 2025. But Sarfraz, a staff of Pass At Once Ltd met me for the first time 1 hour before my actual driving test. He taught me salient and crucial details that I was struggling with previously, despite driving with international driver's license in UK for a year. It seemed really intense because of the very limited time of just 1 hour, but I learnt a whole lot from him in such a short time and passed my driving test that afternoon on my first attempt!!! Sarfraz and Pass At Once Ltd are highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: I hired a car and an hour of the lesson before my test with Sarfraz, coming from another area, not knowing this area at all, we drove with him around the route, where he answered all my questions that I had, gave recommendations, told me everything about his car in order to answer the questions, tell me/ show me and wished me good luck before the exam. Fantastic experience: Honestly, I think Saff might be the best driving instructor on earth. I’ve been having lessons on-off from different instructors for 15 years but in the space of just 2 months with Saff, I went from someone who could barely drive, to passing my test first time. His approach to instructing is incredibly effective - he offers a framework of learning that’s tangible, and full of specific tips that make it easy for me to remember the important things for driving. Things that used to feel mysterious and intimidating to me, like parallel parking, intersections, etc. he has specific, tried and tested techniques to teach them that broke them down easily. The soundbites, acronyms and tips that make them really easy to remember suited me so much. I always felt safe with him. He was super patient. He humanised the process of driving and put me at ease. He is also *lovely*, personable friendly, and he made it clear he believed in me in the lead-up to the test which boosted my confidence no end. I learnt so much. I honestly feel unbelievably lucky that I had him as my driving instructor and I look forward to taking Pass Plus Lessons with him because I know I’ll be in exceptional hands. One of the key things that makes him stand out, is that he cares. He cares about his students, he knows that each one of his students are different and have different needs, and he cares about them doing well. He has an excellent knowledge of the things you need to be prepared for in order to maximise your chances of passing first time. He takes time to understand the test routes, and prepare you within the framework of these test routes so that nothing felt unfamiliar or new to me by the time the test came around. The process of booking and preparing for a test is even more intimidating these days because of the long waiting lists. It means that the stakes are higher for you to pass first time. But Saff made the whole process a fun experience. He cares, he puts the effort in and you can tell he has decades of experience because he really knows what he’s doing.
